"THE DATING GAME!!!"

Thunderous applause echoes from the live studio audience. The entire council is in attendance. Of course, the competitors sit not in the audience.

A lively host struts onto the stage. It's the one, the only: RuPaul!

"Alright, ladies! Today is the day our very own Prince Casimir finds the love of his life! So let's introduce the bachelorettes, shall we?"

"Why don't each of you start off by telling us a little something about why you want to marry the prince?"

The six competitors walk on stage, each of them obscured from view by a coloured curtain.

There are six contestants:

Diana, Vanyara, Nezaripped, Cadance, g'Ontagnan, and Soy.

The structure of the competition demands anonymity. To achieve this, all six competitors shall be sharing one account, the login credentials of which shall be privately DM'd to them.

Each contestant should choose a distinct colour to represent themselves: red, green, blue, pink, purple, or orange, as determined by whoever posts in that colour first.

Please DO NOT share this information with ANYONE else, including the hosts. Doing so will disqualify you from the competition.

Please do not post using the colour of another competitor (although imitating their speech and behaviour is fine).

Please do not ping after posting on the discord - we'll have to go Vinny mode and just check proboards religiously for the duration of the competition.

The winner will be determined partly by the king, partly by the prince, and a small amount by the audience votes. The audience is welcome to suggest questions or challenges for the competitors, although most questions and/or challenges will be asked by the king or prince.

"Hello, I suppose I am... Bachelorette Purple. I love to cook, and bond with those close to me. I am skilled in many fields, but I would say my malasadas are the thing I am most known for. Today I am here, because I love the prince. We met only a few months ago... but I dearly wish, more than anything, to spend our lives together. Even if we were both penniless commoners, at the edge of the world... I know we would choose each other, no matter what."

"Casimir needs to put some meat on his bones. The easiest way to make him get some gains is to become his spouse. ...What's his max bench again?"

[KOTC NPC]

"The prince is best suited for a bachelor/ette who can assist him in defeating the Kingdom of Ronpa's most persistent problems. The Pirate Enoshima, distant empires, and even it's own people can become hazardous."

"There needs to be someone by his side who can be a good leader and listen to the people in a civil manner."

Rather than being upfront on stage, King Tyronius sits off to the side with a panel of nobles. He looks increasingly annoyed at the "oohs" and "aahs" coming from the audience, but keeps his mouth shut. How he was talked into this farce of a show is beyond anyone's comprehension. For now he'll sit and wait, scratching behind the ears of Balthazar Tyronius IV, who doesn't like the crowd very much.

Rupaul winks suggestively to the audience, as if to say if the Red Bachelorette doesn't win a marriage with Casimir, they have at least one option to fall back on!

The audience laughs and whistles.

The prince steps onto the stage with pomp & circumstance. He seems to be in high spirits.

"Thank you, Sir RuPaul!"

"Okay, honey, now's your time to ask our bachelorettes some questions to get to know them a little better."

"Very well, then! Bachelorette Orange, if you were to be my queen, describe what it would be like to wake up next to you in the mornings."

"If any other bachelorettes would care to answer that, by all means, I would like to hear from all of you."

"To imagine you waking up beside someone else... There's no greater despair! I can only hope, you'll only ever wake up next to me! As for what it's like... Well, of course you'd awaken with the great joy of your love beside you! I would give you a kiss, we'd make breakfast together... It sounds so wonderful, doesn't it? As we eat, we'd probably tell each other about any dreams we'd had, our plans for the day... Maybe we both have the day off, and we'd then go to spend the whole day together! Each day and each night, we would be truly in bliss!!"

Casimir is speechless for a second, but recovers his footing.

"My, Bachelorette Purple, that does sound rather blissful. I'm sure the cooks wouldn't mind allowing us to cook for ourselves once in a while, after all."

"Water-proof blankets?"



"Hmm... I am not sure how necessary that will be. Whomever I marry will live with my father and me at the royal palace of course, but if you worry about potential flooding or rain leaks, I suppose I would not object to water-proof blankets. And kiss on the forehead sounds like a delightful way to begin my day."

"How many children would you have, ideally? Of course, my queen will be expected to produce at least one heir. This question is again for all of you."

"Well, I'd like at least three... But it's better to see how we feel when the time comes, right? I know that together we'd raise the most wonderful children, any number of them!"
