I could bear a child and raise them with the preciseness I was taught--to look at an overall view and know where to take losses to get further gains down the line, to understand the economy and the people's distrust and where you can path correct. However, I don't believe bearing a child would be necessary, so I feel that even the men and non-humans could answer because there is a simple solution in the form of adoption. One may even ensure they find a qualified heir in such a way, so as to ensure their interests are with the kingdom and their talents are capable of following said interests."
