Our true blackened was Tsurugi!

Let's talk about a few things:

• Firstly Mana didn't post, her info wasn't overly helpful to the case, but had she investigated, which she didn't you may have found something useful from the cameras. 
  
  
• Next is that, true, Jay did not state that he saw anyone at the gym, which would be Boy, but, it also didn't say there was no-one else there. If you were going to use that as evidence against Boy, then perhaps you should of turned your attention to Tsurugi, who posted before Jay, and said nothing about bumping into Jay early in the morning and having breakfast together. This is also similar to the Hero not seeing Boy situation.

• But, I do take 100% blame, for my mistake. I acknowledge the fact I forgot to include in Hero's pm the chat and walk with Boy. Boy was the last pm I did, was late, mistakes happen, He was also meant to be suspicious, I was going to use him as a red herring, so I had other things on my mind when writing his pm. It was entirely my bad! So yes that happened.....but move on.
  
  
• Now this quote from Jerms alibi in his words is a big help to figuring out who it is."when I decided to leave as well. The change room was pretty hot due to the heaters being on, so I dried of fairly quick." In his actual pm it said "You left Tsurugi in the pools at around 7PM and as you exited, you noticed the heaters in the changing room, it was quite warm in there, you could feel yourself drying by the second." If Jerm had said something like "Drying by the second", then think about this: 

Here is a little, well, Lie that I'm going to point out:
Sissel as far as I am aware, never posted her alibi, but i'm sure she did on skype. So assuming you have all seen the alibi then you would know this quote is in it "While walking past the changing rooms for the pools, you happened to notice foot prints in the changing room, but no-one inside the room," She walked past the changing rooms at 9:30PM. Now, Tsurugi, the only one left in the pools at that time, stated "I headed down to my room to take a shower, and I remembered seeing Code enter his room at 9:20 PM." This would mean he was nowhere near the changing rooms, at the time Sissel walked by. So if the water was drying off quickly due to the heaters, why would there be footsteps there, surely if Tsurugi left 10-15 minutes earlier, there wouldn't have been footprints. Either way Jerm worded it, it still could have been picked up on. Also come on, surely it would of taken Code longer than 60 seconds to get from the secret library room, all the way down to the dorms on the first floor. 

• Also a recurring thing was that for the people who were obviously innocent, (which is why this didn't happen for Alexander, Code, and Sissel) that something was left behind to prove something they said was true. The playing cards, the knife for Satori, Hitomi's bracelet. Boy, had the Mp3 player, this one isn't a big one, but it is there.

• I'm not checking back on what I wrote, if something didn't make sense, just let me know so I can say what I meant in a different way.

• Anyways, I feel as though even after my mistake, there was still as much evidence/contradictions for Tsurugi to be caught out.

• Overall there was about 2000 words when combining all pm's. So I was bound to make a mistake lol.

Anyways, it was a fun round. Poor Boy. xD

I figured out who it was about an hour and a half after the trial ended, my first real quiet down time of the day.

Boy's alibi validated him, as no one else had claimed the music player. I would've looked at other people after he spoke up but I didn't have time.

Tsurugi's alibi was composed of 3 parts: Swimming with swim group, doing a solo thing, and seeing me go to bed.

Everyone in his alibi had already shared their alibi's. Tsur easily put pieces of the other alibi's together to form his own. This made his lie very convincing, especially compared to Boy or Alex.

I also noticed thay he was WAY quieter than usual this trial, making only one post.

His alibi is the only one that could've been made up. There were contradictions left behind for our other suspects, namely Boy and Alex. The other alibi's I looked at couldn't have been made up as other people confirmed them, or because they were playing cards through the murder time.

Well won, Tsurugi. You certainly earned this victory, especially since no one suspected you.

what's the moral for this always expected the unexpected plus I knew boy was innocent but the never expected tsurugi to be the blackened any who I say alibis should be added to the games cause it makes the trails more confusing now any who good game guys

Oops, I guess we were all on the wrong path. Sorry Boy. The old system is definitely flawed, but a lot of this loss was our own faults.

Though I thought it was fun to use the old system anyways, but that might just be because I prefer it.

And as always, Aki was a wonderful host. Very patient with us, which we didn't necessarily deserve.

I feel like we should do alibis though. I love the concept of finding people guilty/innocent through alibis, especially the items like the headphones and MP3 player.
