Bio: Dom never really got along with any of the kids he went to school with. Sure, he'd talk to a few of them, but he never really reached the point where he could call them "friends." This caused him to be secluded for most of his schooling. When he reached high school however, he started to find people he could better relate with. He became a bit more social than he had been. He had realized just how important having other people there to help you was, so he started to value other human lives just as much, if not more then his own.
One day, one of his friends had been going through a bit of depression. They had considered ending their own life, but Dom didn't panic. In fact, he remained calm. He had opened up to his friend and offered to be there for them if they needed to talk. When they took advantage of this offer, Dom was able to help them through their depression, and make them value their own life again.
Doing acts such as this felt natural to him, so he studied a bit more. He found out how to spot people suffering through depression and other issues and helped many of his friends through their difficulties. It felt good every time he helped someone, and realized that is what he wanted to do with his life.
One day, he recieved a letter in the mail that read as follows.
Realizing what the oppurtunity he'd just been given to further improve his ability to help people cope with pain, he had immediately accepted this invitation to Hope's Peak Academy.
