“Let us go over what has been decided thus far.”
"Starting with the scene in the Sacred Wing."
{"How were these murders carried out? When did the victims perish? What caused their deaths?"}(Medic) (Applies to any)
Medic died during the explosions at the third actions.
Medic was struck by a clockwork animal (likely a pigeon) knocking him back into a room in the Sacred Wing (evidenced by the blood trail). This then triggered a spark for the flammable paint and the fireworks to go off, blowing up the Sacred Wing and ensuring his death, whether by intention or not. Based on the blood, the clockwork trap would've killed them anyway. Medic did survive the initial assault--though it was likely still fatal--based on his attempt to drink a potion shortly after being hit.
The clockwork animal was retrieved by the trenches by the murderer. The flammable paint and fireworks were set up by The Mask throughout the night (specifically A1 for Sacred Wing)
“With the explosions echoing across the city, I concur that Medic died during the third hour.”
“A rigged pigeon was likely used to deliver the burst, but perhaps that was not all it brought. There were a few things the cats found odd, like how the Medic had been holding burnt a scroll and rose. His skin was also strangely pale where the fire hadn’t touched. His bowels had also been expelled in an unsightly manner. One has to wonder if something aside from flame were his cause of death. However, it certainly did wonders for keeping others from the body.”
“Did Pim not say that Charlie had the clockwork pigeon during the first night? It is likely that he brought it with him when he boarded the ship. Another bought the pigeon during the second night.”

{"Why did the culprit murder? What events led to this?"}(The Mask as Culprit)
She wanted a show, an entertainment. What better climax than a literal explosive end?
“That does sound like the Mask doesn’t it? Well, everything aside from the rose. I’m sure everyone is familiar with the symbolism behind such a flower. Could the Mask have fancied the Medic? But what could drive one to murder the one they love? Did they see the Medic as another had? With all the unsigned contracts sitting around, I would wager that Mother is seeking one compatible with her. Perhaps she found something in the Mask that I cannot and made a deal with the Medic’s soul.”

{"Who is the Culprit? Did they have any accomplices? Who are the victims?"}Medic is the Victim
The culprit is The Mask.
“Medic does seem the victim. I’ve the feeling we are missing a few details, but the Mask could definitely have set everything up.”

"Now for the case in the Garden."
{"How were these murders carried out? When did the victims perish? What caused their deaths?"}(Medic)
The Medic gathered ingredients from Glaucous and the Garden--possibly getting Glaucous' flower from before night one. (a1) They then used the Med Bay and Alchemy kit to concoct a potion to turn the pond acidic (a2). They then set up a trap--either Glaucous's contract to knock them in or one that dissolved in the acid. The Fool and Veil triggered the trap end of A5/A6 and perished due to the acid in the pond.
“There is a difference between a poison and acid. If one were to take a quick search around, the hot springs were an abundant source of the latter. There are even crystals akin to those found within the vial at the bottom of the pond. I do believe no signs of struggle were discovered around the pond. Galucus pushing someone in would definitely leave at least their skid marks. An unspecified trap could possibly work in an unspecified way, it is hard to argue one way or the other about a hypothetical trap which leaves no remains. To me it almost sounds like they entered the pool of their own accord, but I’m sure one would quickly leave if they were to find that they waltzed into a pool of acid. Something or someone must have kept them from doing so. There are bruises over them, the signs of a struggle perhaps. Another odd point would be Veil mentioning that the garden had been tidied up when he passed. It is very much still the mess that it had always been. Perhaps that was an illusion of some kind? The cats also mention something strange. All the tall folk aside from the Fool became a headache during the garden party they were invited to during the fourth hour. Some of them were even screaming, like the unknown figures had reportedly done at the shop and the guest quarters.”

{"Why did the culprit murder? What events led to this?"}(Any, especially either of the Veil culprits or Medic)
The victim(s) were sacrificed for Mistress Ture as a member(s) of the cult.
“With such a circle, it seem likely they are the ones behind it. Sister had already stolen a fragment of mother once. I wouldn’t be surprised if she were back for another. As for the circle, it appears to be one for summoning. If only we can figure out what will cross over.”

The Culprit is the Medic.
“They appear to be the ones in the pond, although the Fool seems to have struggled considerably more. Perhaps little Veil is no victim after all, not that I know or care to know how a cult thinks. A point that bothers me would be how the lotus said that the pain came after the Medic left, but I suppose a slow spreading acid could theoretically explain it.”
