Over 50 years ago, a young girl named Sachiko was killed within the grounds of Heavenly Host Elementary. It is said that to this day, her spirit wanders the Earth, granted the power to grant wishes and ease the suffering of others.
To invoke Sachiko's power, one need only a paper doll and willing participants. If performed correctly, Sachiko will grant all those involved in the ritual her blessing; they will be eternally bound as true friends for all of eternity.
Craving this eternal bond, a group of good friends of varying circumstances has come together to begin the ritual and ensure their earthly connection will last until the end of time, and perhaps even longer. One among them in particular has given the topic extensive research.
