Q1. What were Professor O'Kuma and Milly's pasts before the start of the game? How did they meet?
Q2. Who is Scarlet Wilson?
Q3. How did Scarlet die? Is her killer known?
Q4. How did Milly die? Is her killer known?
Q5. What was Professor O'Kuma's plan for this experiment and how does it relate to his research?
{Your answer & Grade}
10 years ago, Monty O'Kuma was a student at D. Argee University. He was in the same year as Scarlet Wilson and was engaged to be married to her. In his last year of undergraduate studies, Scarlet was murdered. After her death, he started research on bringing her back to life. Years later, Monty began working at the university as a Professor, and Milly was one of his students that started working as his assistant. Milly was also interning at a detective agency, where she was involved in the Mellibour Copy case in 2019. After the case was solved, she came to the Professor to tell him about her paranormal experience with the amulet. He broke into the police station to steal the amulet and use the chemical hidden inside it since it was closely related to his research. Five days after the case, Milly confronted the Professor about the theft, but he retaliated by stabbing Milly to death with a Cerulean Scarlet-tipped knife. The chemical separated Milly's soul from her body as a ghost, and she was able to repossess her corpse with her knowledge of Biology. Even after her death, she continued to help him with his research.

Q5. What was Professor O'Kuma's plan for this experiment and how does it relate to his research?
{Your answer & Grade}
Professor O'Kuma set up an experiment with his students as the test subjects. By having them kill each other in the radius of the Cerulean Scarlet he previous buried around the Forensics Building, the victims would become ghosts, and he and Milly would be able to observe their abilities. On the last day of the experiment, he would ignite the Cerulean Scarlet to activate its heated effect, making all of the ghosts on the Forensics grounds visible to the living and able to commune with them freely. Additionally, by an unknown ability, he and Milly guaranteed they would be able to revive all ghosts that were killed during the experiment. The Professor's original goal of his experiment was to revive Scarlet and find her killer, but as the years passed, he progressed his goal to be able to revive any murder victim so they can testify and be able to bring all murderers to justice. This experiment would allow him to confirm his hypotheses about the Cerulean Scarlet and use it for real-world forensics science purposes.

Q6. Bonus: What are ghosts capable of?
{Answer}
Very good! Here are the two you’re missing:
Snuff Film: you can show a whitened of your choice the final moments of the person who died that night with all faces blurred out
Tastes Off….: once per night, you can give a player of your choice food poisoning

Snuff Film: you can show a whitened of your choice the final moments of the person who died that night with all faces blurred out
Tastes Off….: once per night, you can give a player of your choice food poisoning
And with that, the experiment comes to an end.
The students’ wish for Milly was for her to pass on. Knowing that she would only be prosecuted if she were to come back to life, Milly finds this a rather agreeable outcome. Besides, the research she worked on with Professor O’Kuma has come to fruition. With one last warm smile to the students, she bows, ready to depart.
Before she can, though…
“Wait,” says Scarlet. “Milly… wait. You don’t have to go. I think… I think I can bring everyone back to life.”
Her words send a wave of silence through the room. All eyes turn to the red-headed ghost, who blushes a little at the sudden attention.
“You what?” asks Professor O’Kuma. “Even I… wasn’t sure I’d be able to do it right now. Seeing the ghosts was the first step. But you… think you’ve figured it out, Scarlet?”
Scarlet nods. “It’s only a hypothesis, but worth a try, I think.” Looking out at her fellow ghosts, the students who lost their lives during her fiancé’s experiment, she clasps her hands together. “It was my death that led Monty down this path. Please… let me help him atone.”
At her request, Professor O’Kuma leaves the room and returns a few minutes later with a hot plate, a bowl of ice water, some chemicals from the Chemical Waste Room, and a bag with… something in it. You quickly realize that it’s the remains of the strange amulet, still dripping an oddly luminescent blue liquid.
Scarlet hovers just behind her fiancé and instructs him, step by step. Mix these… heat these… cool this, and then add it to this… And then cool it all when it’s at its hottest…
All of a sudden, the majority of the ghosts disappear. Rantaro, Ada, Yuri, Nana, Mei, Halara, and the Enoshimas, to be exact. Milly gives a sudden gasp, looking down at her hands, a sudden flush to her cheeks that’s been absent for years.
Scarlet grins. “You should go unlock the corpse lockers,” she says. Milly nods emphatically and skates out of the room, as Professor O’Kuma starts to laugh.
“If anyone was going to figure this out, it would be you, Scarlet,” he says. “You were always at the top of our class, after all.”
A minute later, Milly returns with the previously deceased students. There’s no trace of any injuries on their bodies. Professor O’Kuma gives a little incredulous laugh, but Scarlet only smiles. She didn’t doubt herself for a second.
The students greet each other, hug, laugh, cry. At the same time, Scarlet turns to Professor O’Kuma. “You’ve done terrible things, Monty,” she says. “But… I know why you did them. You never did anything out of malice. You only wanted to make sure… that criminals would face justice for their actions. That no one would get away with murder and get to live out the rest of their lives in peace.”
Professor O’Kuma nods. “But somewhere, in the course of my research, I became exactly what I set out to rid the world of. A criminal. A murderer.”
“Monty…”
“No, it’s all right, Scarlet,” says Professor O’Kuma. There’s a smile on his face. Not the genuine happy smile he wore when Scarlet was alive, but not the manic mad scientist smile, either. He looks quietly content. Bittersweet. “I did do terrible things,” he continues. “And I have to atone for them. Whether everyone is alive now or not… the scars I’ve left on these young scientists’ hearts are unforgivable.” He turns to his students, and sighs, standing up straight. Even now, after everything, everyone goes silent, waiting to hear what their professor has to say. “It seems this was my final lesson. But at this point, I don’t know what more I could teach you. Every single one of you have shown amazing potential over these past few days. As an educator, I’m proud. And as a forensic scientist, I can face whatever’s coming to me, knowing that the criminal justice system lies in hands as capable as yours.”
Scarlet sniffles, and you notice that she’s crying. “I’ll keep watching over you,” she tells Professor O’Kuma. “Even if you can’t see me… I’ll be there.”
He shakes his head. “No, Scarlet, please. I got to see you again, and that’s all I can ask for. Someone like you shouldn’t have to live the rest of your life in jail, just to be with me. It would make me happiest… to know you’re at peace.”
“I love you, Monty,” sobs Scarlet.
“I love you too, Scarlet. Always and forever.”
And with that, the spirit of Scarlet Wilson departs from D. Argee University. Professor O’Kuma sits down. Tears start to spill over his cheeks, but he’s smiling.
He keeps smiling, even when the police take him into custody.

10 years later
“...and that’s the end of my lecture for today,” says the professor at the front of the room. She looks out into the crowd of students. “Any questions?”
Slowly, a young man near the back of the lecture hall raises his hand.
“Yes?”
“I had a question about the publication you mentioned earlier,” says the young man. “The, uh…” He looks down at his notes. “The Cerulean Scarlet one. I’ve never seen a research article with so many authors attached to it before. And… apparently they were all students here at D. Argee University? Does that mean the experiment actually took place here?”
The professor nods. “Yes, that is true. This paper was written by a group of students about ten years ago. Of course, back then, the idea of bringing people back from the dead was completely unknown, and the article was met with a lot of criticism. But, without a doubt, it’s one of the most important publications in the history of Forensic Science, one that has changed the world as we know it forever.”
She brings the publication up on the projector.
