After the announcement, there's a bit of a scramble around the school as people try to find where the body is. However, you all eventually group up around the Male Bathroom, where Aqua, Viola, Kabuto, and Yuki are all looking inside.
Slumped against a wall in the bathroom in a huge pool of blood is someone only some of you even recognize, and someone who even fewer people know the name of...
He definitely wasn't there when the Professor and Milly first brought everyone into the school... so who is he, why is he here, and why in the world is he supposedly dead?
As you're all whispering amongst yourselves, Professor O'Kuma and Milly walk up. The professor barely even glances at the body; instead, he looks around at all of you, a huge, slightly manic grin on his face.
"It's time, my students! So you all want to become forensic scientists? Then show me you've learned something in my classes!"
Welcome to Deadly 1!
The night has been interrupted because 3+ people found a dead body. Therefore, we are now moving into Deadly Life. Now, it's time to investigate the map for clues!
Every room on the map (plus the body itself) is a valid location for investigation. Multiple people can investigate the same area.
There are two ways to investigate: scans and deep searches. When scanning, you essentially walk into the room you're investigating and do a quick visual scan. You wouldn't get any information on things you'd have to manipulate or move with your hands, and these scans are quick enough that you won't get as much information as a deep search.
While conducting a deep search, you will get far more information than a scan as you are devoting more attention to it and you are able to move things around to search more thoroughly.
Everyone will receive 2 credits for investigation. Scans cost 1 credit each, while deep searches cost 2. So you can either do 2 scans or 1 deep search. It's up to you -- you all have 24 hours to send in where you'd like to investigate. Please use the same thread as actions!
