"Hey hey don't you remember what I said?"
"And here you all are! With- 5?! Incorrect votes?"
Monokuma looks up at the group, and spots a small, six-tailed fox.
"Hey! You! Get out of here! Scram!"
"As I was saying, with 4 incorrect votes! You know what that means!"
"Let's give it everything we've got! It's.... PUNISHMENT TIME!"

{Execution - Holy Grail of Gambling}A trap door opens up from underneath Gudako, sending her falling. The statue in the middle island reveals a TV, where you all watch what happens next.
The sounds of a Casino hit you before you realise what's been shown, but sure enough, there she is. In the middle of a casino, surrounded by glass, only with a slot machine. There are many, many people around her, pushing and shouting, all trying to do the same thing; bet on whether she'll live or she'll die.
Along the side of the machine, it lists a few options: Leg, Arm, Stomach, Heart, Brain, and Live.
With no other choice, you all watch as Gudako begins to spin the machine, but as soon as she does, it's clear that this is a one-wheeled slot machine, not a typical three wheeled!
Soon. The machine slows down, and lands on Arm. All of a sudden, a bloody explosion covers the glass where Gudako is, as she can be heard screaming in pain. As the glass clears, it becomes apparent. Her left shoulder has been ejected from her body. A cheer spreads over the crowd!
She looks at the slot machine once more. She knows she has no choice, but the feeling of putting ones life on the line... For a gambling like Gudako, that's far too much to pass up on! Without so much as a second thought, the sound of the slot machine can be heard once again, immediately followed by another cheer!
This time, the machine stops on stomach, and a violent spurt of red and brown covers all the glass. A macabre web of blood, bile, and undigested food covers all. Silence comes over the crowd. As the camera pans across, it's clear that everyone is looking at each other, uncertain, before one person begins to chant. Soon enough, the entire crowd is cheering too. The glass clears. Gudako lays on the floor, clutching her stomach. As she stands up, you can see a hole straight through her stomach. If she doesn't roll Live next, she will surely die of blood loss.
She rolls it one last time. It's clear from the look in her eyes that she knows it'll be her last. No matter what.
It spins, and spins, before landing on...
Brain.
Before she has time to react, the glass is once again covered in red, but this time, chunks of her brain cover the class. This time, there is no hesitation among the crowd. They erupt in joy and cheer!
The camera begins to pan away, and the glass clears one final time, as you see what's left of Gudako's body laying there. The top half of her head has been completely destroyed. And then. Nothing. The screen turns black.

{Execution: Video Game Nostalgia}Once again, trap doors open underneath the Nostalgia Critic and Angry Video Game Nerd, causing them to scream as they fall, where they find themselves in... Castlevania II: Simon's Quest (1987). A familiar game for the AVGN. Except, this time, there is no Simon Belmont. In fact, the both of you find yourselves with his whip, and his clothes. But you are no Belmont.
Fortunately, using AVGN's experience with this game, you manage to clear most of it. And on the eighth in-game day, you approach Dracula's castle. All prepared for the final showdown with Dracula, and getting the best ending possible. However, once you enter, you realise that... something is wrong. This isn't Dracula's castle at all!
Unnerved, but determined, you continue fighting through it, until you reach Dracula's room. You push open the heavy wooden doors, and find... Not Dracula, but some other mysterious figure sitting on the throne.
"You must be the Belmonts."
In a flash, they disappear. As you both look around, the Angry Video Game Nerd feels a warming sensation in his chest. As he looks down, he sees Dracula's sword through his chest. He lets out a loud whelp, before falling to the floor, pooling in his own blood. The Nostalgia Critic begins to panic, and he begins to back himself into a corner. He can't be attacked if his eye is on the opponent, after all.
As he does, he feels something behind him, and then all he sees is black. And yet, this stinging feeling, spreading from where his eye was, courses through his body, granting him the strength of a thousand men. He beings to crack his whip wildly, hoping, praying that he hits Dracula.
"That whip has no effect on me. Hit me all you want. It will do nothing."
He stops. This is it. There is nothing left he can do but beg for his life.
"Hoh, and here you are. You who have no mercy, now beg for it?"
"Hear my name, Belmont. I am Alucard. And your fate was sealed the moment you entered this place."
And thus, there was nothing. For a brief moment, he feels nothing, as though he's falling.

And then there was one. Samuel Manning. He looks a little panicked, after all, he voted wrong, and he didn't mean to attack the Nostalgia Critic, but he just, couldn't stand for the slander and hatred that he showed towards his idol, his reason for being, Sayaka Maizono.
And yet, he remained there. He had no punishment. After Monokuma left, he didn't know what to do, so he returned to the scene of the crime, put on his favourite Sayaka Maizono song, "Nothin better than a bland guy", sitting where he was before, and reading his magazine.
