| 9:00 AM Maxy wakes up and writes a letter using a quill and ink he keeps in his desk in his room. He writes a letter telling Jurie that he will be passing by later in the day to play cards as he wants to prove he is the best. He grabs his card mat from under his bed on his way out. 9:30 AM Maxy goes out to eat breakfast passing the note under Jurie’s door before heading to the kitchen for breakfast 10:00 AM Maxy talks with Emeraldice and Akira in the kitchen when Emeraldice suggests they play poker later which they both agree to. They all agree to invite only one person, Maxy then makes a sandwich and eats it on the way to the gym. 10:30 AM Maxy asks Chihiro to come with him to the card game they would have later in the dining hall. She declines half heartedly not even looking up from the computer. 11:00 AM Maxy gets a baseball bat from the gym checking to see no one’s there. He then uses the card mat as disguise and rolls it up in it before leaving the gym. 11:15 AM Maxy reaches his room stowing away the bat under his bed before picking up a deck of cards and stowing it in his pocket. 11:30 AM Maxy enters the Dining room to find a card Mat set up already with a pack of cards on the table. He recognized the Mat as BoyM4st3r’s meaning Jurie wasn’t going to break their meeting later. 12:00 PM Maxy greets BoyM4ster in the dining room and shortly Emeraldice arrives looking quite pleased with himself for some reason. 12:15 PM Akira and Siren arrive as Boy starts handing out the cards. They all proceed to play cheat, poker and old maid for hours. Some people at the table gets up at some point before returning some longer than others afterwards 4:05 PM Maxy excuses himself as he can’t stand beating them any longer as the last round of poker clearly shows he completely out matches them. 4:15 PM Maxy goes to his room collects the bat still wrapped in the card mat before heading to Jurie’s room, she answers the door holding a pack of playing cards ready in hand and her bed already set up for their game. 4:16 PM Maxy shows her the rolled up mat saying he had brought his mat so it would be easier to play on Jurie just said get inside so we can play she starts to let him know something… 4:17 PM Maxy cuts her off beating her face in missing that last remark she made, he beats it until she is completely unrecognizable, as she falls back her cards scatter in the ensuing onslaught. 4:18 PM Maxy covered in blood heads to his room and changes into a fresh set of clothes wiping away the blood on his face as best he could and balls up his bloody clothes and puts it in a gym bag. 4:25 PM Maxy takes the Gym bag and heads to the G&R centre throwing the bloody clothes into the furnace before quickly leaving and buying some gummies from the school shop. 4:30 PM Vinicius leaves the VR room missing Maxy's passing by five minutes 4:31 PM Vinicius knocks on Jurie's door but gets no answer but they had talked earlier so he gives her time to get decent but then he gets worried. 4:41 PM Vinicius opens Jurie's dorm room and finds to his Horror Jurie is dead lying in the middle of her room. He goes to get people. 4:44 PM people in the Dining room arrive. 4:40 PM Maxy thinking he has waited enough heads to the dining hall hoping to have dinner with the people he was playing cards with earlier bumping into Chiro who is also headed in the same direction. 4:44 PM BING BONG DING DONG (body discover music plays) Any questions or objections? |
@maxyramos is tied to a post surrounded by all the innocents each one looking at him in pity, some surprised that such an innocent looking young man could have done such a thing to Jurie ♥ Hero hands out torches for them to send @maxyramos like a witch. Those who did not vote for @maxyramos quickly lit the torches in hopes to hide that they had doubted the truth, those who did were against it but soon followed suit. All together the innocents throw the torches at @maxyramos some going out, some same falling short but a few landing at the base of the post and Lighing Maxy up like a christmas tree. All the innocents watch stunned as the flames lick away at their former classmates body until nothing is left of him or the post only ashes that slowly blow away in the wind...
Things to note:
-a key fact was never brought up in the trial, such as the fact that the three who had organized the card game had only been allowed to invite one person each. (i.e. you all knew that Emerald invited Panda, Akira invited Siren so that means @maxyramos invited Chihiro Fujisaki)
-another fact was that Chihiro Fujisaki saw the killer carrying a cylinder into Jurie ♥'s room which was the rolled up card mat.
-the card mat was such a powerful clue that held the mystery in its balance it could be overturned by the fact that Jurie ♥ was a gambler and also owned a card mat but the fact that the killer brought it in the room from the security footage made this the key piece evidence.
-When you have certain issues with evidence being unclear ask me and I will tell you if I can.
-Akira and a maybe Vinicius were cleared of being the Blackened from the beginning as both Boy and Siren saw Akira enter the room first directly after Vinicius creating the 3 person requirement for the Body discover alarm to go off.

Thank-you all for participating in the trial, I am happy to say it is now my favorite Trial out of those I have hosted, I don't wanna make a promise but I will try to make a commemorative signature or image for this and post it in my gallery. I will be posting a link to my game prep notes as soon as they have been properly organized.
