A large group of people awaken on the shores of an unfamiliar island. How they got there is unknown, everyone seems to have arrived at roughly the same time. And they all have a strange device on their neck, like a metal color. It seems dangerous to remove.

Metal gates that buzz with electricity surround the perimeter of the island, except where you all seem to be (as far as you can tell for now) but there are definitely buildings beyond.

Only one person seems to know what's going on. A strange woman in green who weirdly resembles what a melon soda would look like if you turned it into a human being. She looks troubled and about to burst into tears.

"Oh dear, you guys aren't here on purpose are you? Well, no worries, please fill out this form. It's um... necessary. Don't look at me so angrily! Please don't hurt me! I'm just doing as I've been told!"

She hands over a piece of paper to everyone.

"Once this is filled out by everyone, we'll let you into the island. And no, um, there's not really a place to escape to. Nearest island is very... very far away. And there's mines... and stuff."

On the back of each notice is a note reading "Enjoy your stay on Naro Island - Sue Miley"
