Writer ad-lib - The way the short stories will work is they will start from before the game, and then other stories will be based on after the game. I wanted to attempt a flowing story. We'll see how it goes!
"I swear to god Emi if we don't sort out this code soon I'm going to tear my hair out!" exclaimed a brown haired girl eyeballing a screen whilst attempting to pull her headset as low down on her head as possible to visualise the pain she is seeing. A voice comes from the speakers in the room; "Venelop3 I have told you it is almost done you just have to turn that y axis co-ordinate into a c axis co-ordinate." "Why am I creating unusual axis!" "Because this world does not work entirely like our own, this world will have magic and monsters and the like, it will not have normal axis. Look you are my master but can you please trust me on this, I am a computer after all." "Yeah, yeah, yeah.." Venelop3 types on the keyboard, changing the bugged code into the one her Emi system is correct. She hits enter. A machine that's in the corner of the room has lit up. "Oh my god it actually worked!" "As I said it would, now lets discuss the world changer process." "Okay, what's up?" "So the system we have implemented will entirely turn your body into atoms and "upload" it into this new world, this means you won't exist in this world, and your body, in theory if all of our code works out, should eat, sleep drink as normal within this new world." "Brilliant I can finally live in the world I truly belong in!" "So we have edited "characters" in this world." "You make it sound like they won't be real people in that world with their own actions, wishes and wants." "Okay, as a computer I am allowed to be less humanising as you, so we have adapted the coding of one of the characters. Specifically a person called Rin Hasegawa. You would of gone to school with her, and she will look after you in that new world, although I do think you'll just be fine." "Entirely plausible that I get distracted and die a silly death like a rock landing on my head from a cliff, so I do see your point." "I have also made it so she should know your personality, your likes, wants etc. A really good friend for you. However once you enter the world you will have to keep up the friendship, work hard. I can't adapt her anymore than that. There is limitations to this code." "You're still a genius Emi and you look after me that's all that matters!" "You made me, I can't believe you're giving up your talents for a fantasy world." "What can I say, I have a dream!" Venelop3 could very much tell that if machines could roll their eyes, Emi System would be rolling them. "Yes, go on then, enter the cubicle." Venelop3 leapt out of her computer chair and almost ran into the cubicle, I say almost because she did realise about the glass door moments before her face smashed into it. She opened up the cubicle, walked inside and then closed the door behind her. There were speakers inside the cubicle as well so Venelop3 could interact with her Emi System.
"Okay so you sent out the explanation story to the press and my family right?" "Correct, no one should unplug me ever, they think you are experimenting with world jumping which I mean, you are, but they don't think it's for a greedy cause." "Brilliant and upon my death you will publish everything about your coding and also the world jumping coding if people want to follow suit." "I really wish I would be able to interact with you more in that world miss." "It's okay Emi, once inside and I'm more used to the world I will try and transfer you from their computer to maybe a PDA, that way we can still work together!" "I would like that a lot Venelop3, I would like to still keep working with you." "Then we will! Okay I'm ready Emi, Pull the lever!" "That joke, is still not funny." However Emi system did trigger the world jumping process, there was a whoosh sound within the cubicle and Venelop3 could feel herself being absorbed by the glass walls and lights around her, she looked at her hands and they started to slowly fade from existence, as she suddenly became no longer part of her own world.

Up...load.... interrupted.... unusual entity from the outside.
"Oh god I knew writing to the press as well as family would be a bad thing, her competitor monokuma gaming are trying to hijack the code, they can't break in so waiting for the device to start was there best bet, how do I pull her back out? How do I make sure she's still Venelop3!"
Within the new world itself Venelop3 was falling through the sky, although not fully transferred so completely asleep. An Observer noticed this. "Well how peculiar, a new entity in my world." Omegaa floats next to Venelop3's falling body and places the palm of her hand to Venelop3's forehead. Omegaa's eyes twitch. "Huh, a world jumper, now that's interesting." Omegaa writes in the air and the letters turn a gold in the sky before fading, she was adding to her journal which she doesn't keep with her. "Well now you are added to my list of interesting people." Suddenly a flash of red shoots past her. "Now what on Earth was that?" Omegaa speeds off into the sky after the red light. She holds out her hand and her sword appears in it. She throws the sword at the red light and it hits, it actually then drags the flash of red to the ground below. When she goes down below she sees the, almost like worm was twitching trying to escape from the sword holding it in place. Omegaa holds out her hands above the twitching worm and her eyes start to go back again. "A... bug? Huh? Did that girl use a computer program to transfer her body to this world. But this seems unrelated." Then the worm started twitching, and flecks of red came off and absorbed into the ground below. "Now that doesn't seem good, it's going to affect my NPC's! Well then." Omegaa's eyes flashed white as her hand does a tightening gripping motion above the worm. "DESTRUCTION." There is a flash of red and the worm disappears but not before a fleck of red lands on Omegaa's hand. FWOOSH.
Suddenly Omegaa was not where she was. She was in a very dark room, with a wooden door in front of her. She tried to float through it, but now she had more of a form, she was interacting with this door like any other person, and unfortunately that door was locked. She closed her eyes and she could still sense all of her NPC's around her, she could still interact with them but she couldn't interact with this door. Wait a minute there is someone in front of this door, a bird of sorts. "Aren't you the Civilisation aspect Mumei?" She asked through the door. "Yes... how do you know?" "I'm... I'm a Narrator of sorts, I know all about your world, say could you unlock this door?" "It seems to need 17 stones to open it?" "Oh how interesting... say Mumei how about you help me open this door here, and I'll make it worth your while. "I'm intrigued, I also like a bit of mischief."
Back with Emi System, the unusual entity was suddenly deleted off the face of the system. Confused about how that happened, but not going to complain, Emi System immediately strengthened their internet walls so that no one could break in again, she then tried to restart the process of uploading Venelop3 into the new world.
Upload... Restarting.
Upload... Restarting.
Upload... Re-continued.
The Emi System breathed out a sign of relief, if she could, she just prayed that their were new mishaps with Venelop3 upload.
Venelop3 back in the other world landed in a batch of flowers, although this didn't damage her this did awake her. She hears some steps walk towards her. "Honestly Venelop3, what am I going to do with you, there are no rocks in the schools flower beds!" Venelop3 looks around herself. "You know what Rin, I cannot for the life of me remember why I jumped into this flower bed."
