Three actions. In action 1, Sana began brewing the tea. In action 4, Sana prepared the tea set of 8 cups to appear as if anyone could have poisoned anyone. She could have retrieved the rat poison in either of these actions. In action 5, Sana chose her cup and then slipped the rat poison in to ingest it.

The purple voice's source is the 'Narrator' specified in the Thy Basis for Game 102 thread. Mumei has said that the Narrator is imprisoned, so I will say she is located locked beneath Yandeer Fauna's trapdoor.

Sana's body slowly lifts out of Kronii's arms and raises into the sky once it hits the night sky above you her body turns into dust and spread into the night sky above, she is home again.
Kronii stands up.
"Well at least no one else needs to die today."

Shouts Yandere Fauna and she jumps down.
"I've lost a friend. She can't be turned into my forest, it's all my fault and I can't kill someone? Psh as if, you're hiding someone if you rememberrrr."

Shouts Ame, but it's too late, Yandere Fauna clicks her fingers, that familiar monitor is brought back down and this time you see Elias on a Pirate Ship.
"Fauna, did you managed to put Elias into the VR free-world playtest material?"

"Yes, yes I did, and as you know Mumei that means he can also die in that world."
She clicks her fingers again.
Execution: Fight to the Death
You witness Elias on the Pirate Ship facing a pirate opponent. He throws Elias a sword and they start fighting on the Pirate Ship. As Elias goes in for a direct hit the ship hits a giant wave and he's thrown off balance. He falls over and his opponent slices his arm not holding the sword clean off. Elias gets back up, not backing down. He manages to fake a sword hit to kick his opponent over. Elias stands over his opponent sword above ready to put it right through his body when suddenly a sword goes right through his back. An enemy popped up from the floor below and made it a two vs one fight! Elias drops his sword and tries to find a way to get the sword out but it's too late. Blood spurts out from his teeth and he falls to the ground on his front. The opponent he kicked down stands up and takes the sword out of Elias's back, he proceeds to cut this symbol into Elias's back:

"Fauna!"
Screams Ame but it's too late, she's blinked out of there.
"I'm.. I'm sorry everyone, look tomorrow night is the Solstice. Please just relax I'm sure... everything will be fine."
She sounds worried. But the rest of the vtuber's all started to disperse. However just before Mumei leaves she flicks a Black and White gem at Luca and winks.
"Even by dying he achieved his goal."
