One by one, each member of the Tojo Clan votes, a lone finger (or hoof) pointing at who they think is behind the assassination of their leader. Swindler
who honestly looks shocked. A mere slip of the tongue and she's the primary suspect? Seems like her luck has run out.
CW this ain't gonna be pretty
She turns to run but an army of yakuza goons pour out of the alleys. They surround the group, boxing them in and calling for blood. MonoKiryu stands up and slowly approaches the terrified girl. He barks an order to the group, three short words that seal her fate.
Make her suffer
A few of the goons grab her arms and legs, others grab baseball bats, knives, pipes, any sort of weapon and mob her. The group blocks your view, so all you can hear are the wet crunches of breaking bone, the thwacks of metal against skin, and the desperate cries of the accused. After two long minute of this torture, MonoKiryu snaps his fingers. The crowd disperses immediately, revealing Swindler's battered body laying on the ground. She's still conscious, but covered in bruises and lacerations. Her legs are broken, her right eye has been slashed, and her long hair has been cut.
MonoKiryu orders the goons to bring out his favorite toy, and a few of them break off from the pack and grab something under a cloth. The hoist over a makeshift wooden cross and strap Swindler's broken body to it. As the cross is slowly raised up, another goon hands MonoKiryu a katana.
As Swindler hung on the cross all beaten up. She utters her final words as tears fell from her eyes...
“I didn’t do this I swear! I’m being framed and used as a scapegoat! I never wanted any part in this! You kidnapped me, forced me to join the Yakuza and took my normal life away from me! I can never do something like this because I’m just an ordinary person!”
“I’M SICK OF YOUR PATHETIC LIES SWINDLER! YOU TOOK EVERYTHING FROM ME. MAJIKUMA WAS ALL I HAD. YOU DESERVED THIS AND YOU DESERVE TO DIE!” MonoKiryu then finishes off Swindler by stabbing her in the heart with his katana.
She utters those words with a smile on her face as she finally stops breathing...

Epilogue
The war between the Tojo Clan and the Omi Alliance continued, as the leaders in the alliance sensed the fractured leadership at the top of the Tojo Clan. There would be no peace in Kamurocho, not for a long while.
In the aftermath of Swindler's execution, Wei Shen decided this cycle of madness needed to end. He (alongside Fuma and Hilda) discovered Swindler's carefully documented discoveries of weaknesses in the Tojo Clan. Her goal was to take out Majikuma and earn MonoKiryu's trust, all in a ploy to ascend to leadership in order to dismantle the Tojo Clan from within.
Wei attempted to recruit the others to his cause, trying to convince them that the Tojo Clan needed to be destroyed. Brandon, Atsushi, Fuma, Hilda, and Kenji seeing the writing on the wall, agreed to assist his group in their plan.
Wei's group incited more bloodshed between the Tojo Clan and the Omi Alliance, sabotaging any chance of peace they might've had. After months of intrigue and backstabbing, Wei managed to set up a police raid of both family's HQs simultaneously. Wei was there personally to put a bullet into MonoKiryu, hereby ending the reign of the Yakuza over Kamurocho permanently.
He got what he wanted, and after all this time he returned to Swindler's (and Tom's) graves and pays his respects. He now lives as the police chief of Kamurocho, always trying to keep the peace in this fair city.
Brandon Heat and Fuma, both needing a new line of work, decided to become professional bodyguards for the rich and famous in Kamurocho. They realized how good they were at busting heads, and protected the elite from any gang activity in the area.
Atsushi, Yuki, and Kenji became professional Pocket Circuit racers, holding contests and promotions every day at Pocket Circuit Stadium. The three of them had a constant rivalry, who's win/lose ratios change depending on who you ask.
Horse Firearms, Hilda and Keqing started a burglary ring together. Tales were told of the horse riders of Kamurocho, who rode on a half a horse each, making quick getaways from jewelry stores. Wei spent a solid 2 years of his career trying to catch them, but never succeeded.
Tom is dead which is probably for the best honestly.
