Game 99: "New Faces In Strange New Places" (Freetime I)

As everyone settled down after their "first day" on the island, the group all flocked back into their hotel rooms, ready to turn in for the night. Some were tired out from having fun, some bored out of their minds, and some still weary about the strange circumstances they find themselves in... As the last of the islanders drift to sleep, a deep gentle rumble filled the island, of course disturbing not one of them. A dreary fog soon encapsulated the entire island as it was soon plunged into darkness... It was in a darkness for a long while, before suddenly dissipating and the world outside bright once again.

As the clock turned to 7:00 AM, everyone's alarms began to ring. Some were more eager than others to get out of bed, some hoping that they would have woken up in their own beds once again. After walking around your rooms to take care and wake yourselves up, you go out to your windows to let in some nice...

Wait what?

It was so bizarre it could have been a weird dream... A weird dream this must be!
For the entire island had... Changed?!

Before long, your buddiwatches had rung, answering them, a new voice greets you all.

"My my! It seems to be that time hmm? Well then, I ask of everyone to please come down to the lobby and gather up, I cannot wait to show you all this lovely island!"

With no other options really displayed, at least you would have the chance to explore more of this odd island... Begrudgingly or with a hint of curiosity, everyone made their way out of their dorms, and down to the lobby once more, this time greeted by a young lady, her smile welcoming. She smelled of eucalyptus and shined bright with her aura. She waved to you all, pulling out a paper from her own bag.

"So, you must be our new residents hmm? May I welcome you all! My name is Bianca, and I have the honour of being your island guide!"

Rubbing his eyes from disbelief of the sudden scenery change

"Wha-. Wait. How did everything change? Where exactly are we and who ARE you people? Able to somehow change an entire island in just a night? Or, was it all fake? I'm so confused by everything. Agh, I feel like I'm having another migraine just thinking about everything.

"I have been waiting for you when do we get to start?" Nero asks

Frog, now convinced even more (although slightly less irrational) that magic is afoot, hops up to this Bianca person. He studies her with his keen eyes (which frogs are known for)

(Ignore the sword please. He does not have one yet.)

"Hmm...you don't seem to be under a spell nor appear to be an illusion. Yet I smell the foul stench of magic throughout thine land. Clearly something is amiss here. Pray tell, Lady Bianca, does a warlock by the name of Magus reside here? Also who is thine superior? If you can answer mine questions I will gladly accompany you on this tour."

[Crow]

Giving out a slight smile, Spark nods towards Bianca.

“Greetings Bianca, my name is Spark and it is my pleasure to be in this tour. I'd like to say, this island is very beautiful albeit a bit confusing. I don't think I've recalled some places from yesterday even after exploring for a while.”

Chuckling, Spark glances around before asking.

“By the way Ms.Bianca, how are Ms.Aiko and Ms.Marisol on this lovely day?”

[Tetsu]

Kitaresu leaves her room, dressed for the day as with make up on her face. Then she grabs her umbrella and locks her hotel room door before following the message from the buddiwatch on where to meet.

As she arrives, a few has already been there and she notice a new person…possibly a hotel staff.

“Good morning, you say you’re a guide? What shall be the activity of today? And also…do you know what happened between the island view from yesterday and today?”

"A spell you say? And Magic? You seem to be the creative one indeed!"

"I haven't heard of any Magus here, he should've been with the rest of you if he was here. If you must know who my 'superior' is, I would say that would be Aiko, she is the one who keeps tabs on everything and gives the rest of us staff here our orders. She is a kind lady indeed, though a little intimidating."

"Well, Aiko is currently at her office right now, she's very tired from the meeting yesterday, so it would be safe to assume she may not be with us until later into the day. As for Marisol, she was tidying up the Cafe so we could all have breakfast together!"

Giving a brief glance to Ellie, Spark nods towards Bianca.

“I see, that's quite a shame. I would love to greet Ms.Aiko and Ms.Marisol but I believe we can do that on our way along the tour should we run into them.”

Frog impatiently taps his foot, scanning the area.

"I am getting rather hungry, there are a scant amount of grasshoppers in the area. Possibly because this is close to a beach but I have not tested mine hypothesis yet. I suppose I could settle for some mayflies or a cicada or two but I hardly call that a meal."

[mao]

Mao yawns loudly as they get downstairs into the lobby. They seem to be doing much better now (after a week of crying) and actually think their new robot leg is kinda rad.

"Yo, so like... Good morning, my dudes. And like, can we leave now? I'd love to go home, but I'm not sure if this is an abduction situation or... what's the deal?"

"Look, I can see that tensions are a little high, but you are all here to have a nice wonderful getaway! I'm sure there must be a reason why you are here, you would know that in yourselves hmm?"

"But, so like, it's like my bro said, dude. This is the last place me and my bros would want to be in. How did we even get here? Cause my leg I can sorta understand, but there's no way I'd ever be drunk enough to sign up for a vacation in here, especially during surfing season. I have a competition to get to, dude!"

She clasped her hands together with a smile.

Setora asked, seeming rather impatient.

"I can tell everyone here seems to have gone through quite a bit, whether it was the loss of someone close, war conflict, or social rejection and ostracization. You were chosen specially to come here and rehabilitate, enjoy a well deserved break that you all desperately need."
