Going from Top to Bottom, here's a brief explanation of the different rooms.
Overview
The Magic Castle, the clubhouse of the Academy of Magical Arts, is private, allowing entrance only to members and their guests, or through courtesy invitations which are available to magicians visiting from out of the United States.
A typical evening—if there even is such a thing here—features magic shows that range from miracles right under your nose to full stage illusions that stun an entire room. The Castle is full of rare memorabilia and magnificent posters, so there’s a lot to see. There’s also a critically acclaimed full-service dining room and a number of unique bars, each with its own personality, making it easy to find just the perfect spot for whatever mood you’re in.
Don’t be surprised to look over your shoulder and find somebody performing a minor miracle. You’ll soon understand why your visit will be one of the most amazing evenings you’ve ever experienced.

Turret Level
(I thought this said Threat Level for like an hour)
Library - Stuffed to the brim with Bewitching Books, Thaumaturgy Tomes, Prestidigitation Pamphlets, and quite a few books on tax evasion for...purely ethical reasons. Also has a huge stained glass window next to a little seating area for reading.
Offices - This is where the boring part of showbizness is done, mainly balancing the checkbook. There's a ton of filing cabinets filled with confidential documents, as well as various office supplies and uh...Magikuma's personal office full of expensive magical artifacts that you should not touch.
Theatre Annex
Parlour of Prestidigitation - This captivating showroom is based around the (rather cheap) magic of minor illusion. It contains rows of elevated seating and a control panel behind the stage that can control every aspect of the room, from chair positioning to lighting to even the pictures on the wall, all at the touch of a button.
Palace of Mystery - The main stage of our establishment, where the grand show-stopping acts perform. Littered about the stage are props used in more...successful magicians' acts, like that box where people get sawed in half, some top hats, and a whole load of caged bunnies.
Palace Bar - This bar is themed around Elixirs and Snake Oil Salesmen, to go with the cheesy magician feel. Try a "Magic Carpet Ride" when you get the chance, they're really quite delicious. We do use a large amount of dry ice in our drinks but it's perfectly safe! At least that's what my lawyer said.
Robert Houdin Museum - Wildly considered to be the "grandfather of modern magic", our little museum is filled with artifacts from his time. Notable examples include: The Light and Heavy Chests, The Marvelous Orange Tree, and quite a lot of bottles of ether. He sure loved the stuff.
Restaurant Level
Rest Rooms R - They're...bathrooms. There's a closet of cleaning supplies in this one but there's nothing really magical about it. Did you expect levitating toilets or something?
Dante Room - Famed illusion-builder, Dante the Magician built many illusions that are commonplace in the modern magician's repertoire. He invented the Sawing a Lady in Half trick you know. We've filled his room with many of the classic tricks you know and love.
Main Dining Room - Now this is where the magic happens. We require all guests to dine at our establishment and the rates are not cheap. There is a small attached kitchen where our expert chefs cook up our delectable dinners. May I suggest some Fugu fish as an appetizer?
Mezzanine Bar - While not as extravagant as the Palace Bar, this bar is a nice secluded spot away from the main dining area. Many of our off-the-clock performers frequent it, due to that fact alone. I believe there's a lost and found behind the bar there as well.
Terrace Room - While not necessarily outdoor dining "per se" there are some lovely windows here with some seating for couples. There is an attached balcony but that's strictly off limits for guests.
Cherub Room - California Law prohibits smoking within a restaurant. But this is a side room not affiliated with the restaurant so smoke to your heart's content here! Enjoy a cigar by the fireplace while you admire the numerous Cherub statues up in the rafters.
Houdini Room - Everyone knows Harry "Handcuff" Houdini, the Master of Escapes. Do I even need to explain what we showcase here? From straitjackets to milk-cans, we've got everything the "Houdini-nsane" would want!
Main Floor
Rest Rooms M - You want to...stop. Just...stop. This is a place of class, thank you. But yes, it is identical to the floor above.
Lobby - The entrance of our establishment, where our Valet will take your car, our Coatman will take your coat, and our coat rack will take your...hat. There's also a giant taxidermy owl hanging over the entrance way (yes take a look at the floor plans).
Grand Salon - We don't offer just illusions at the Magic Castle! Have a sit and a smoke while you listen to our singers belt out classics from your grandpa's playlist.
Irma's Room - Okay I'm actually not joking here. Irma is a magic, self-playing piano that we have at the Castle. Seriously. It's like player pianos are a rare thing nowadays. Look it's bolted to the floor, I've been meaning to replace it but the older crowd loves it.
Blackstone Room - A quiet little drinking area where you'll see sad middle-aged businessmen try to drown their sorrows away between magic shows. Honestly kind of a depressing aura here.
Close Up Gallery - We here at the Magic Castle understand that not all magicians work well on the big stage. This room is for those who prefer working a crowd hands on, so to speak. We've got several big cameras and recording equipment for the visually impaired too.
Haunted Wine Cellar
First off...I'm legally allowed to admit that there are no ghosts in this castle. Damn lawsuits...
Museum/Gift Shop - You want a cheap, overpriced bit of magic memorabilia? Do we have the room for you! Check out our knock-offs, which are decidedly more unsafe than actual equipment magicians use. That'll get little Timmy aching to see the real thing when he inevitably fails!
Hat & Hare Pub - A rabbit-themed eatery. I know it seems a bit morbid to have every dish on the menu be rabbit related, but honestly they do breed like rabbits. When life gives you lemons, ya know?
