Chapter 3: A Bargain of Darkness (Deadly 3)

It was the morning after of all your adventure in the Enchanted Dominion. You were mostly curious you did not see the two ladies there at all. As each of you arrived at the Diner for breakfast, you noticed Regina walking in.




"Good morning, Storybrookers. I hope you've had a safe night and that everyone is safe and healthy."
She then walks to Granny who hands her a take away cup of coffee. After awhile, a guy in a white coat entered and whispered into Regina's ear, you noticed her expression changed and then she walks out of the Diner following the man in coat. You all look around worried at what might have transpired in that silent conversation.


After most of you finish your breakfast you went around for the day working on your chores and feeling the sun beating down your face. That's when you all feel a purple swirl surrounds you and you were all transported to the hospital. 

Once there, you all find yourself in front of Regina and behind her on the floor were dark red stain near the door. She turns to you and spoke, you noticed her tone has turn dark and long gone was her cheerier expression earlier in the day



"It seems I was wrong, something did happen. The Dark One has struck again and this time, it has claimed some victims. As you know, we will investigate and a trial will be held to weed them out."

Then a swirl of purple smoke drops two envelopes on your hands and you open them up and began reading.

410, currently wearing a full suit of armour, looks... genuinely caught off guard by Kyrie’s death. It seems to be the first time a death didn’t excite her.

“Hey... What happened here?”

“Death of our second esteemed librarian...and Edward.” Regina said coldly.

410 looks solemn. “I’ll deep search Kyrie’s chest— I mean body. And I’ll deep search the room she’s in. And with my last credit I will... scan her chest again.”

She hangs her head in a way that tell you her scan will be in the audience chamber.

Frog's head hangs low. He holds his sword outwards. Edward was a good ally. Bards often are rather squishy. He should have protected him.

"This Knight here will find the culprit, that I am certain. I shall deeply investigate poor Edward's Body, and the room he was in as well. Although I don't have much to lead on, so I will scan over Kyrie's body too. Although I will say one thing before our trial.

Do not trust that Battler scoundrel. He has a wicked heart."

Donny is the most sad hes looked at losing not one but two friends. Well one friend and one acquaintance.

"Golly...who could've done somethin' so horrible. I didn't even know folks were back in town. I need to think about where to search.."

Lydia had been sure that Regina has just been messing with them, it had been 2 weeks since the last murder, and even then, those murders appeared to have been done by crazy people, at best, freak accidents by unstable people, at worst, instigated, intentional murder; to her, A double kill could mean that this was only a case of murder. However, everyone who survived that whole ordeal showed at least a shred of sanity, though she had found it strange that neither Kyrie nor Edward were at breakfast.

However... as soon as she entered the Hospital, she knew something was wrong, Regina didn't seem to be kidding. That was, until they reached the Psych Ward, and everything came crashing down.

She saw Edward.

She saw Edward's cold, lifeless dead body.

She screamed, and fell to the floor.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!"

Trying not to look, she crawling back up against a wall, with her hands covering her eyes

"N-No! It's been so long, I thought-"

"I thought it was over!"

Before the rest of the group could go and find Kyrie, Lydia had run out of the Hospital, bawling her eyes out. She was not prepared for this. She had gotten comfortable, living her quiet life with her friends in Storyville. Why did it have to change? Why did the craziness have to continue?

"Well, looks like the boobies and the bard are dead," Red smiles devilishly.

He in-depths the Pawn Shop (2) and the Bar (2) and scans the Graveyard (1), remembering that Edward was fond of that place and might have gone there.

"Yo, TETSU! Are all maps open for investigations? Asking for a friend," Red says in Mao's obnoxious voice and entirely metagaming.

Regina stares at you.

“You talking to me, doggy boy?”

She walks right up to Red and stare at him in the face menacingly before turning away

“Yes, all places you have been are fair game, unless you would like to be more specific .”

[Evie The Bat]

Donny clears his throat and says

"Most folks seem to be checkin' out areas 'round here. I think I'll search the Dungeon and Hall (2 each) back in the Enchant'd place. I'll also take a quick look 'round the clearing we start'd in back in Nether...I mean, Neverland. The first two places had lots a folks goin' through there. The clearin' because the murder'r might've left somethin' there to try and hide it."

Gretel in-depths Tower Room and scans Well, Sheriff's Office and Pan's camp.
