Chie-sensei gathers everyone’s votes and counts them herself. With shaking hands, she piles them up neatly and turns back to face her class. “Well, the majority vote was for Sarah… Was that correct…? I don’t know… Sarah?”

Before Chie-sensei can finish her sentence, there is a huge CRASH! from inside the school. The class stumbles in panic and, as a whole, moves to hide behind Chie-sensei. Sarah grips Chie-sensei’s arm, wailing, “IT’S, LIKE, THE GHOST! OMIGOD! I TOLD YOU THERE WAS A GHOST!”
...But it isn’t a ghost. It’s a humongous, buff fairy.
“SORRY TO INTERRUPT THIS SAD LITTLE CLASS TRIAL! EXCEPT NO, I AM NOT SORRY!” booms Jorgen Von Strangle. “I JUST STOPPED IN TO CONGRATULATE WANDA HERE…”

“...ON BEING ABLE TO FOLLOW ALL OF HER GODCHILD’S WISHES, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE QUITE UNSAVOURY!”

It’s then that you notice Timmy laughing. He whips around and says, “Wanda, I wish you’d give me a high five!”
Wanda does as she’s asked, but looks crushed. It’s clear from her face that anything she did, not a single bone in her body wanted to do it.
“But waaaaaait!” exclaims Cosmo. “It’s against Da Rules for a kid to ask their fairy godparents to murder! Are you saying--?!”
“She didn’t kill anyone!” Timmy giggles. “It was all me! I wrote those notes, I hit ‘em, I knocked myself out with the fire extinguisher! That note I gave Wanda was instructions on how to clean up after my crime and make it an awesome locked room murder! …That no one ever really mentioned? That’s too bad.”
There is a long, uncomfortable silence. Finally, Sarah stamps her foot and yells, “Omigod Teach! I told you there was a ghost!”
Timmy rolls his eyes. “Okay, whatever, this craziness has gone on long enough!” He turns to the still-shellshocked-looking Wanda. “I wish that I had a massive fire extinguisher that also weighed as much as a feather!”
Wanda begrudgingly turns herself into a giant fire extinguisher, which Timmy grabs and uses to beat the ever-loving Kuma! out of everyone there except for Wanda, Cosmo, and Jorgen.
Jorgen pats him on the shoulder. “Nice save, kid.” With that, he leaves.
There’s another small silence… until Cosmo throws his arms into the air. “HEYYY SHOULD I BE A POOL AGAIN?!”

He left the notes in the Nurse’s Office, knowing they’d see them when they came in! He left his own blackmail letter in his clothes and brought Wanda’s outside. Cosmo did see her give the note -- the gist of the note was to make Wanda his forced accomplice by wishing that she couldn’t betray him!
He asked her to create the perfect locked room murder by standing the fire extinguisher upright and then turning herself into a Nurse’s Office key and locking the three ‘victims’ in! She also made that ink stain on Parriston’s sleeve as Timmy intended to frame him~♪”
