Mini 38- The other pandemic (Sign ups)

(Hey y'all, since there is one pandemic happening around the world, I decided to come back as Mini host and give yall yet another pandemic to worry about, in the form of a mini trial~ *insert applause and people screaming out my name*)


We all start out from different walks of life, wether we start off with everything we could've asked for, well cared and never having to worry when your next meal would be. Some others are born into this world with little to no opprotunities ahead of them, and with the world casting them under a different light where they suffer greatly. Starting in the year 2045, one day in a cold December morning, everyday life would change dramatically.

Janurary 12th, 2045, at 4:38 AM, the dead began to walk among us, devouring all in their path. Quicker than the world would have anticipated, society crumbled like a house of cards, and only those with the strongest will to live, or the most bitter of hearts, were the ones to survive.

Though, somehwere off in a small neighbourhood in Wyoming, a group of survivors made refuge from the abandoned homes. Cassidy Baker was a resident of this neighbourhood having grown up here all her life, she had a kind heart she carried with pride, she would always let those who asked stay for as long as they needed. After what seemed to be months after months, a small community was born.

Now the year is 2046, you all lost track of the days, some of you think its wednsday but everyone else is sure it's Sunday (it's actually Tuesday). You grew a rather nice community, fending off from the dead and taking care of your own. The daily chores have been handed out...

Looks like today is the day some of you brave souls go out and take care of the overrun office, see if you can't reclaim it, you all have a bad feeling about this...

1- pristine blue bungalow; Cassidy Baker seems to live here, it's very clean as if the apocolypse never touched it. You can usually smell a good feast cooking up in there.

2- Dainty poop colored house; it smells heavily of cats, but there are no cats to be seen--That are alive that is...

3- Hippie house; a colorful van is parked outside, broken, but still pertty! The porch seems like its gonna collapse, but walking inside the house is interesting. Taking a tour through the house while on acid probably would change your view on life.

4- survivalist house; all the guns and canned food were taken out of the basement and locked in the storage, but you notice there are multiple exits throughout the house, you see some merchendise from the election here, Cassidy mentions her family never liked Mr. Crest for his political views, in fact, most of the block didn't.

5- Two story tan house; its a basic two story tan house, though the carpet in the kid's room downstairs is covered in blood. Upstairs two young girls hide in there, locked up in a room mostly to protect them. Mr and Mrs Winterfield now reside here with their two kids.

6- crumbling house; the roof is collapsing on the house on one side, one of the main projects is to repair the roof but you guys will need supplies for it first... You all have a feeling the Office might be the answer to your prayers.

7- nice house with a backyard; its a nice decent house with a backyard, with a treehouse and pool!

8- More garage than house; seems like whoeveer lived here was a big car freak, you see blueprints of cars EVERYWHERE, but seems like someone got a homd of all the mechanical tools already

9- Family home; its a nice standard family home in here, inside you see a big puddle of dried blood in the kitchen,knives scattered all over the floor. Pictures of the happy family are strung along the walls, with blood over one of the Mother's faces. That along with the crime scene tape at the door make you feel suspicious about the place...

10- Woodsy area; the area here has enough trees to block off the view into the forest, this is where you do the trading with that "friendly" caravan that has been "politely reminding" you of their existence with their guns. Probably best to make the payments on time.

11- makeshift storage; a very small market turned into storage using the back room, the front room has shooting and fighting dummies to sharpen up your skills.

12- Make shift greenhouse; a botanist store turned into a beautiful greenhouse.

13- Overrun office; HIGH DANGER LEVEL. Overrun by the dead but barricaded to keep them in. Three of you will be sent here to take care of it, be careful!

A Fraile yet intuitive woman, having had the comforts of wealth before the outbreak. Once the dead started walking, her whole world turned upside down when she and her family had to flee the comforts of their home and survive out in the streets, picking up an opiod addiction herself, to soothe the pain of everyday life. Now at the safety of Merwell Lane, she had the support to begin her sobriety, something she thought would be a distant memory.

Appearence- pale skin with bags under her eyes, she seems to have a frown on her face most of the time. Age is starting to show on her skin, but that's the least of her worries. Her curly red hair looks like something out of a magazine from the 80's.

A hardened man who seems to be distant, but really only sticks to his family. He was working a shift when the outbreak started, one of his patients rose back from the bed and attacked him, he was lucky that he got out alive. He now takes care of his family, for it's all he has left.

Appearence~ White skin with some tan where his skin is exposed. He has a small beard, not too wild really. His dark brown hair is kept short at the ears. He has a noticable scar on his lower back from having a kidney removed.

One of the first things you will notice of her is her thick southern accent, which is odd coinsidering she lives in Wyoming. She lived Merwell Lane all her life growing up, she knows all about the residents that used to reside here, and sadly, all their demises. She is a sweet woman who knows how to cook up a good meal, having took first place in almost any cooking contest she had been in (since her parents forced her to participate). She always doubts her cooking skills and puts it down as average, finding some way to tear it down, it is suspected since of this pattern in her behaviour, she suffers from Imposter syndrome.

Appearence- a tubby woman with wavy cheek length brown hair, she has a noticible bueaty mark above her lip. Her skin is pale. She is always seen wearing a flannel and coat of some kind.
