Mini Trial 31 - Horn E. Jail

Hero guy is gonna detail his alibulibi. Probably.

He starts by saying that he and Mukuro took the elevator down at the start while Rancey was chatting up with a guard.

Then, he parted ways with his outside-bound elevator buddy and went to the kitch, joining Ren and Ray in cooking, although the latter leaves. The feast-planner-queen-lady waits out in the doorway and bids hero guy to do her laundry and cafeteria setup before bailing.

Soon after, Poppy pops in at the doorway and talks about fried chicken with Renny. Hero guy goes to do laundry, zipping by goat-lady Rorona. While fetching them clothes, hero guy heard some library sounds. On the return trip to the kitch, goat-lady and Ray are, well, with the G.O.A.T. Hero guy rendezvouses with Renny to arrange some tables in the caf.

Following that, table workers are still at it in the caf. Goat- and queen-ladies roll up from the yard, so hero guy reunites the later with her spiffy-clean clothes. The two bail to the vator after one of them launches a perfume attack.

Right then, Ray exits the vator so that the guys earlier enter and ascend. Hero guy is struck with the case of the can't-see-cuz-geneva-violating-weapon-affecting-eyes and wizzes to the yard. Pop gets the lead from a copper for messing round in their room. Ray and hero and copper get Pop to the docffice pronto. Like, asap. Medicine and natural selection take their due course.

Time passes, though some booms do too, hero guy presumes. Ray and Hero guy are sorta coming out of a blood bath, so both of 'em agree to take a real bathower in the room where it happens, waddling sadly through the yard while processin.

Nearing the end of all endings, some kind soul deposits a chic new outfit for hero guy near the lockers before bailing. With some fellows, namely Renny, Roro, Marge, and Ray, hero guy vibes in the caf til the coppers lock the squad up.

Gareki then begin to speak

"I'm guessing, Dog was murdered by another scum in the Secret Room, which is most probable. Meaning Dog must have been missing after the second horn and that who ever killed them must have been someone who had gone to the a place where there could be sharp items. Which could be the Kitchen or the Armoury. However, based on what we have found, it is highly likely that the scum must have been in the Kitchen at the beginning. This means it would narrow down the suspect pool substantially to half of us; namely the Low Risk."


Gareki lets out a mocking laugh

"Hehehe, to think the High Risk was dangerous but only to have a Low Risk becoming volatile."


He then continue with his thought

"I believe, the killer must have taken a non-transparent plastic and the knife and put into their bag and then started out to look for someone to kill. When they are alone in the 2nd floor, they stumbled onto the Dog alone. Taking the opportunity since no one was around, they suffocated Dog using the bag and then gut him. Thus minimizing the movement and sew him back up and taking the sew kit along with them to avoid being incriminated. After that, they remove the gut and place it into the bag along with Dog since he would be small enough. Then they head down to the Courtyard to do their chores or so call walk around to search the area."


"Now, they probably tried to dispose the knife into the Kitchen but it was occupied, more so, they had to divert. But...as luck would happened upon them, they were able to put the evidence into a certain morgue box and continue helping without being conspicuous. Furthermore, they took a shower along with a witness as an alibi. Afterwards they chuck the body of dog which was neatly sewed back beside the Goat. After that, they wanted to try the Kitchen again but was foiled by the sudden explosion and then followed by the gathering in the Cafeteria, they decided not to be too suspicious.."


He then points at Ray and then Rororina

"Isn't that right the both of you? You both are working together! However, Ray, you are the scum who ended a life!"

"Well, I should let you know of my alibi too... given the Frankendog was found in my pen..."

"I spent most of the time alone in my pen, I saw some people pass by. I didn't see everyone who visited the courtyard, though. You may need to refresh my memory if you were at the courtyard! Around right after the second horn, Mukuro walked out and laughed like a maniac. Then he left for the library."

"At the sound of the third horn, Rorona came out of the showers and hanged out in the courtyard. She came to talk to me and we chatted for quite a bit, until about ~10 minutes after the fourth horn sounded. Ray was there too, came in some time before the fourth horn and left soon after, just ask her! Then Rorona left me all alone, when Margaery came to the courtyard. They spent some time talking to one of the guards... y'know, can't tell which one, because their uniforms cover their faces and they wear no identification. They went back to the cafeteria about ~10 minutes before the fifth horn."

"Then the fifth horn was heard and... that shooting happened. Poor Pop broke the rules and walked out of the north sector. The guard shot him on sight and Ray and Luka, who just happened to come out of the cafeteria, rushed to his side. They saw he was still breathing so... They carried him to the medical area with haste. There were people coming out of the west and the southwest, coming to see what happened. There were three guards and three prisoners, I think. Right before the sixth horn, a naked man came running out of the same place as Pop. He was yelling something, but the barrage of bullets drowned the noise."

"Scared, I covered my eyes with my ears and went to lay in my shelter... I didn't pay attention to anything after that but... I can most definitely say, that there was no Frankendog by the time I saw the guards leave the prison after locking up! It wasn't there in the morning either... I think, whoever put it there, must have been the culprit, tampering with the evidence's location!"

After being silent for the whole trial. Ray finally spoke up...



"That is enough... Pls just execute me now...I am a sinner and therefore I must die..."

She then knees down and begins to pray...

Mukuro snorts at Ray's "confession." She may have still done it but he wanted to be sure. "Well, if the box we found is important, then whoever took the box had to have gone into the guards room on any horn other than 3rd and 6th. No guard would let a prisoner just walk off with a box. Unless they have something to confess? Kufufu."

 Ren scoffed at the idea of being ‘prey’.

” As usual, the violent thug is incapable of anything but the most simplistic of reasoning. Risk is about intent, not ability. And, I believe that note proves that there was intent.”

He shook his head in disappointment, at himself.  

“ Ray was in the kitchen for a short time. Just long enough to steal a knife? It’s possible. I was too absorbed in my work to notice of anyone took anything. I did find it odd that she claimed not to be feeling well but returned not long after seeming just fine.”. Perhaps I could have stopped this if I had paid more attentions.”
