{Neck Cut}The front of Phoenix's neck was cut from left-to-right with a clean incision.
{Mouth Scratch}There is a small scratch that didn't pierce the skin on Phoenix's face, on the right side of his mouth.

{Suit Keys}Found in Phoenix's pockets were 4 keys; each one with a different card suit (heart, diamond, club, spade) worked into the metal of the bow of the key.
{Underground Tunnel}The trap door in the Secret Library leads down a metal spiral staircase into a tunnel that heads approximately north-west. There is a second staircase and trapdoor at the other end of the tunnel.

{Crack in the Wall}In the Second Secret Room, there is a crack in the east wall, similar in size and shape to the outline of a door.

{Ripped Sleeves}In the Rosenthal's Dorm, one of Kyle's clean shirts had its sleeves ripped off.

{Sit Marks}Phoenix's bed was found to have been sat on, after it was made.
{Cedric's Cloak}One of Cedric's cloaks was found underneath Phoenix's bed. It has a small piece torn out of it.
{Shopping Carriages}Outside the Television Room are 10 shopping carriages. 7 contain ~50 red bricks each, 1 contains 7 containers of dry cement, 1 is chok-full of roofing material, and 1 is very neatly fully stacked with Oscar-Meyer Lunchables.
{Television Room Container}There is a plastic bin in the Television Room, containing a box of matches, 8 wax candles, a bag of party balloons, a case of nail-painting supplies, various bagged foods, 5 DVD movies, and 5 couch pillows.
{Disturbed Grass}Each of the 4 patches of grass in the courtyard seem to have been trodden through.
