Welcome one, welcome all, to CODEVID-19's 2nd Game in recent years.
Coming hot off of the other 2 very successful Games this year comes your favorite person will Code in their name, asking a question of all potential participants of Game 93.
As some of you are aware, Game 89, my previous Game, followed a Real Time Action system of my own creation. It was the first time something like this had been done in DRG, and while I certainly thought it went well as a whole, there were definitely a number of issues, between the lack of player availability due to time zones, the difficulty (and uncertainty) of gathering evidence, and the lack of motivation to commit murder.
Especially due to the current global pandemic, rather than mandate the system to be used for Game 93 myself, I would ask you all for your general feelings of which system you al would want. I ask that anyone interested in signing up for Game 93 posts their brutally honest opinion on which of the two systems they'd like to see me Host. It will not simply be a democratic vote, as, well, I really enjoyed my RTA system and would rather do that; but I am certainly open to being swayed if that's how people feel.
Thank you all for your time, and stay safe out there.

{EDIT: Oh right, some of you don't know what the RTA System is}The Real Time Action System takes place almost entirely through posting in threads, as opposed to PM's. Similarly to Game 92's Daily Life Threads, players will be in separate threads, each thread acting as the room their character is standing in. To take actions inside the room, whether it be "I take a knife from the cutting block", or "I eat all the ice cream in the freezer", you post exactly that in the thread, and then it just happens, at the moment you post it.
Each of these room threads is hidden from all players who are not in that room. When a new player enters a room, a new thread is made, and the old one is archived. This means that each and every one of your actions will be seen by only the people who were in the room at the time to see it.
PM's between players and the host will be used for 2 things: Movement between rooms ("I walk to the Kitchen"), and for those who wish to commit murder. If you wish to take a murderous action, be it striking the next person to walk into your room, or setting a poisonous trap, or literally blowing up the entire school, you send that action to the host in private. Also, anyone can choose to murder at any time.
In addition to all of the above, to keep characters on their feet, and to spark creativity, all players will be given a task at the start of the night. Those who fail their task will suffer a penalty of some form, with the most severe penalty being death. One singular in-game day will generally last multiple IRL days, due to time zones.
