It's Sho's Maya's birthday!
The daily breakfast meeting in the hotel kitchen ended with Minikuma enlightening you all with this information, before hearding you all over to the newly-opened Third Island, using a Minibeast to keep everyone trapped there.
Exploration, and the hope contained within it, became the obvious thing to do. The small group of four decided to use the Hospital as the base of operations, and set out to learn something new about their mysterious circumstances.
However, being the omnipresent deity it is, the sky started to openly weep at what it knew was coming, water droplets rapidly falling from the dark storm clouds that soon filled the sky with their presense.

Truth Bullets
{Maya's Body}Maya is lying faceup on a muddy patch of grass on the left side of the hospital. Her neck has been cut, and right hand appears to have been severed from her body. Blood has pooled along her open neck wound, and on the ground where her severed hand rests.
{Bloody Knife}Maya was found clutching a bloody knife in her left hand.
{Severed Hands}2 seperate right hands were found near Maya's body. One hand was found near Maya's body, and the other was found in some nearby bushes. The second hand is believed to be Maya's, and the first hand is believed to be prosthetic.
{Boxed Necklace}A necklace made of seashells, with the words “Best Friend” carved into the front of it in bad handwriting, was found in a small box on the roof of the Hospital.
{Open Umbrella}An open umbrella was found on the roof of the Hospital.
{Photograph}A blurry photograph depicting two figures standing on what appears to be the Hospital roof. It was found in a polaroid camera, on the Hosital roof.
{Jikus Location}Shortly after Liz and Morticia found Maya's body, they found Jiku, locked from the inside, in the Music Venue.
{Minikuma's Testimony}According to Minikuma, only 3 non-clothing items were brought to the Third Island from the First Island.
