The votes are cast, you are all certain who it is. You look around at each other for a moment, everyone is dead set on who it is, but the person who did it isn't present in the room, due to the fact that they're dead, so no theatrics this time.
Or so you all thought, moments later, an apparition appears in the middle of the room, it takes the form of a tall, dark figure in a long robe, he introduces himself as a vision of the demon lord.
"Alright congrats I guess for one of the simplest trials i've held. As you all guessed Serena committed suicide, giving you guys an easy win... Now to sort out what we're all concerned about here. Your win conditions."
He grabs out a long parchment and shuffles through it, mumbling to himself.
"Alright so the following people: Marko, Kogarashi, Lucy, Aayala, Silentking and Poom, you guys succeeded so I guess you guys can go." He clicks a finger and the thick stone door of the dungeon opens, you are raised into the air by an unseen force and thrown out the door into the open, once again taking in a deep breath of fresh morning air.
Some of the rest of you know what is coming, you try to run out the door but it slams shut on you.
"Alright next up, Satou, poor poor Satou, you failed your condition."
He reaches his hand out in her direction, she looks on in shock, too paralysed by fear to run, you look on as her body begins to shake violently, emitting a crimson gas, it envelops her body entirely for a few moments before dissipating, leaving a small pile of soot in her wake.
"Alright that's one sacrifice, now regarding the other two."
He looks at the two remaining people in the room.
"Rerru the prodigal worshipper and Inari, you two technically completed your condition but in the wrong way, its a bit of a grey area, I'll give you two an ultimatum, you may either join me and I'll grant you a position of power in my order, above a regular cultist. That or you can just leave, but if you pick that option you better pick quickly, because I'll lose my patience with you quickly."
The stone door opens once more, slower this time, it may be a trap but the choice is up to Inari regardless.

Congratulations to the surviving players for completing the game and getting through it despite the upkeep troubles towards the end, thanks for staying active and thanks to the other players that died valliantly for the cause of the game. Good luck with your future games, for now I must retire my host role for the next person.
