Mini Trial 4 - Investigation

It was pretty obvious that your friendly neighborhood Hackerman was unwell when he showed up late to the morning breakfast meeting, only to vomit in a trash bin not a minute after he arrived, and to collapse soon after.
The wise thing to do, of course, would be to send him to the Nurse's office.
So you all grouped up, and escorted him there. Quindecim, having knowledge of various bodily functions, agreed to stay to take care of him for a while.
You then all went on your various ways for the day, doing whatever activities you did. What exactly? Who knows.

The next morning, Hackerman was nowhere to be found.

Splitting up into two groups of 4, you all went to check his Dorm room, and the Nurse's Office.
When Leo, Mii Gunner, Justin, and Skjöldolfr showed up to the Nurse's Office, that all-too-familiar sight greeted them.

My word, what a terrible sight.

A good look at his Body wouldn't hurt, and one around the Nurse's office would do us well. While we're looking, I want to see if there was anything suspicious in Hackerman's dorm, and since he is currently the most suspicious, we had better get a grasp on Quindecim's alibi. Something also tells me we might find something useful in the Chemistry lab, if we can find the time to head up there.

It upsets me that there is no library in this place; how can you call this a school? It's a tragedy.

We must not lose heart—to triumph is our goal, but also to forgive.

needless to say, this was not what konomi wanted to see this morning. she’d just thought that it was some sort of illness... but clearly, someone had had it out for him.

she thinks it’s a good idea to check the kitchen. someone might’ve given him food poisoning. maybe they could check the trash rooms to see if anyone tried to dispose of anything. the nurse’s office would also be a good place to check.

Skjöldolfr was no stranger to corpses. His first instinct was to investigate the body for any signs of internal hemorrhaging or external wounds, but he refrained from doing so immediately, as he was preoccupied with gauging the reactions of his peers. Years of miming had taught him to register the most minute movement or expression, so Skjöldolfr did his best to monitor and catalogue any suspicious behaviours.

Once he had seen all he could from his peers' initial responses, he did plan to conduct a hands-on investigation of the corpse. After that, he thought it would be a good idea to look in the cabinets and containers of the Nurse's Office, investigate the Kitchen, and, for good measure, to take a look in the Storage Room. His unique ability to perceive objects invisible to most could allow him to identify what could be missing.

Justin was thinking and then decided to pick a few places he think could be a just in case moment. So he went to pick Art Storage room, Chem. Lab, Storage Room and School Shop.

Infinite, senseless screaming seems to come from K1-B1 for a solid 5 minutes all the while her eyes seem to be completely white. Once they return to normal she shrugs, "Sorry, I was trying to call the police. Robotic Laws dictate if I see a crime I have to try or I might get scrapped. Little do they know, I'm actually on Airplane Mode right now! But who needs the police? You can, like, totally do this yourselves."

She glares down at the corpse of the Hackerman. "I don't care about this guy. He was, like, a MEGA robophobe. Every word that came out of his mouth? Anti-Robot. Yikes. We NEED to search his body for anti-robot propaganda, then we have to look around the rest of this office for it too. It's not going to hurt to hear out Quindecim's alibi either, in case that damn Hackerman tried recruiting him into his Anti-Robot, human supremacy group. Ugh, so gross."

I agree with the Kitchen too. Maybe he got sick because he thought his food was prepared by a robot. Like any robophobe would! And after that, the Chemistry Lab! Maybe he was prepaing some... robot killing juice! Sickening! Disgusting! Pathetic! I hate humans- I mean, just that human! Robot pride!"

"Uh, that's like, everything important, I think. I don't know! I don't want to help a robophobe anyway!"

“How bouts thems kitchen and cafe too, the best was to the mans heart is through thems stomach, like my ma told me.”

“Y’all talks bouts the storage or rec rooms yets, ya hear?”

“I like what’s y’all thinkin with the chemistry lab, thems new founded science contraptions seem to hits the spot. Me, I like me tinkers and inventions more, but it’s all a science well enough. Different pig from the same pen, ya dig?”

“Three more? Weeeellll, that tight there’s a toughie. But, I’m gon’ hafta try out a AV Room, bout them computers and a hacker mans, dater processing room, just thrownin out places our hacker might have been, and a latest is aaaa. Well how bouts a headmaster room, cause why lots try to hack the most top higher highest importante room to try to escape or somethin.”
