Another: Class of 2004 (W2/M Homeroom Both)

A week full of tragedy, of days that tumble at you with endless violence, pain and misery. You wake up on monday fully prepared for a new day, however you're quickly herded into homeroom with the rest of the third years. Tired, confused and sleepy faces are present throughout the barren room and you're all lead to sit down on couches, ect. Each of you are given notebooks, and standing at the front of the class, amidst pained teachers and crying faces, stands Ranna.

"...Somebody else has died. Somebody else is fighting for their life. Ura Ai. Lyra Ralvei, and... as of saturday, Ushiromiya Battler. Three third years. Three brilliant, inspiring pupils, lost- and to what?" She gestures to all of you, and at that moment you notice the sorrow in her eyes, pained, hurt, and longing for some sort of justice.

"The curse. We can't deny it any more, i've gone through all possibilities but... It's the only logical solution. Due to the incompetence of some of our students death is being saught for all of us until those who once were dead, those who were supposed to die two years ago, find their places back in the grave. Two of you in this room should not be here- you may not know it but... but until you're gone, until you're eraicated people will keep killing. You were supposedto die two years ago, but now... you're stuck. As third years we need to work together through what we know to figure out how to find them."

"From what we know..."

1) For the after school actions the dead student who performed their curse had to be on the same floor
2) For the weekend actions they had to be on the same terminal at the time of death
3) The dead student can be any one of you.
4)  It's important to share any plot discovered as some peoples plot works in tandem with others.
5) Up to three NPC's can be called on from within the third year group, extrenally two others from other year levels can be called on.
6) You all have 72 hours, you don't have to kill anybody if there is not enough evidence.

"I won't go into detail with you all about the deaths that occurred... Lyra's was a tragedy, pummeled down the stairs, squashed. Battler was mauled by dogs in Saturday nights storm... and Ura... She killed herself" As she speaks there's a noise from one of the chairs, the sound of accelerated breathing. You all turn your attention to it, and notice Botchi Hitori on the floor holding his chest, his eyes bulging out of his sockets. Everybody crowds him, trying to ensure he's okay- but then he begins coughing up blood, there's so much...

And by the time the nurse gets to him it's too late. He's wheeled out of the room and you're all left... in this mess to deal with everything.

72 HOURS BEGINS NOW.

Katsuki first spoke.

“I guess..we have to look at where we were last night..and also the day when Lyra died..” he said with much confidence

“To do that..we need everyone’s cooperation..”

[Squidzz]

"U-unfortunately... I was present when both Lyra and Battler died... I-I'll try and recall what happened last night, just give me a bit to collect my thoughts and I'll explain where I was last night" (Posting tomorrow when I've got more time)

[Spell Craft]

Di holds her hair at her head. What is happening? What just happened to Hitori?
Di coughs a bit, trying to push on and not think about it...

"I was also there.... at least for when.. Battler, was it?"

Di shutters.

"I was with him and Sunny all weekend up until....he..."

Di chokes up a bit.
Clearly, you can all see lots of wounds all over her, mostly healing, and plenty of bruising.

Whatever happened, it tried coming for her as well.

"Should we talk about Lyra's first? She was the second to.. pass."

"I'm sure we all know what happened to Ura.."

Di looks down, holding her arms inward. Ura was the first to speak to Di at Tsuki, so the thought of her passing still stings.

[Misaki]

"I do agree with Di that we should discuss Lyra's death first. As for where I was during that time, I spent the whole night in the Library. Now I urge everyone to state where they were at the time of Lyra's death and share any info that may help us identify who the dead student for this case could be."

[Tetsu]

"Well..I guess we should begin..then." Katsuki nods

"So..I was in the Star-Viewing Room during that time..along side Aina and Daisy. I thought I saw Spelly and called out her name and Daisy got excited. Thus leaving the room, when the generator was cut and the emergency lights turned back on..that's when I saw Daisy crying and shaking. I went and open the door and seeing Athena looking in shocked and a traumatise Nichirin being comforted by Tenga. I move towards the edge of the stairs and that's when I see Lyra's body underneath that trolley filled with tech."

Katsuki pauses and looks at everyone.

[Ktoasty]

Tenga shakes his head. "Talking about where you were during the events isn't going to identify any dead students. Lyra wasn't murdered in the first place, so her 'killer' doesn't exist."

He puts a hand on his desk. "I don't believe in a curse nor in any dead students. And it isn't right to choose one of our friends for Ranna to kill because of a tragedy. I'd go as far as to say it's insane to think that way, and with all that we've been through this past week, there's no reason to blame anyone for thinking like that. But we shouldn't act on those kinds of thoughts."

One more look across the classroom before speaking again. "If you're 100% certain that this curse is real, that you need to kill your friends to survive, then I won't stop you. I honestly don't know if I can on my own, with what seems like all of Tsuki's higher-ups on Ranna's side.

"But if there's even a wisp of doubt in your mind that this might not be true. If anything at all doesn't sit right with you here, then you shouldn't be voting one of your classmates to die."

Tenga nods once he's finished. "I want to help people live, as you do. This is what I see is right."

[Squidzz]

"I think that two deaths like this... In quick succession cannot just be a coincidence, even if this curse doesn't exist, someone is going around killing people and making it look consequential, I'm not saying we have to convict someone for it already but we need to at least go over where everyone was and when, maybe that will help us figure out who is doing this..."

She pulls out a notepad she'd been writing in.

"I got together everything I did around the time of Lyra's death, I'll detail it now;
I started off heading up to the first floor, I went to the school necessities store to look for plant food, I saw Hitori go up past the rest of the group, and I saw Kang and Naoto on the second floor before I entered the store.
Next I went to the Game room, on my way there I saw Kang and Di head downstairs, Akari came up and went toward the Game room along with myself, and Shinchiro came up the stairs and ventured up to the second floor. Inside the Games room was Tamura, Tui, Akita they were playing Clue together, Tui seemed a little too into the game, she looked like she was about to call the police on Tamura with her phone before Akita stopped her, Tamura looked quite bothered by it. Shiro left a little while after but I stayed in the room a bit longer.
(I spent 2 actions in the games room)
Lastly I went out into the hall, I saw Kang and Di again with a 'strange girl' I didn't recognise behind them, I saw them all go down the stairs right before... The storm started. The lights went out, I heard a scream really close-by, and when the generator turned on, and the lights came back on, I-I saw Lyra... At the bottom of the staircase, Squashed by a cart full of technological junk..."

"I hate to interject but... I don't actually know when Lyra died. You all mostly seem to have been there or witnessed it, but..."

Di shifts around in her spot, tugging at her sleeves. She felt a bit lost.

"I never saw Lyra at all that night. I assume, from what Tsuri said, that she passed away while Kang and I were in the Sauna on the ground floor. Hitori was there too, with Taira and some other girl who's name I don't know... Kazuha maybe? At least, from their conversation, I figure that was the name."

"This was near the end of our night [Action 4], yes?"

[Zero One/Zero Two]

Let see...

[A1] Yesterday, I goes to the Cafe first. There, I saw Hiruma Kuniaki (Q) and Kouma Haru serving the customer. Battler is there too sitting with Sunada Okemia. While Jokki Di just stands by the entrance... looking for somebody, or something.

[A2] Next, I plan to go to Sketchy Maid Cafe. On my way there, I got on the first carriage with Di, Battler (with Sunada), Miki (with Yumi), Katsuki (with Kim) and Athena. But they all got off at Terminal Two, and I continue to Terminal Three. But to my surprise, the cafe is closed. Hmm... Something seems sketchy... *thinking emoji*

[A3] Upset, I plan to go to Denver's Burger Joint next. On my way there, I met with Naoto in the same carriage. But we part ways as we reach Terminal Two. There, at Denver's Burger Joint, as thinks I saw Calico there? As a cashier? I could be wrong tho.

[A4] Yeah, the next morning feels kinda... numb. I go to the Indoor Park just to relax, you know? But instead I notices Yoshioka Tamura? playing with a young girl? and has a very unhappy expression? But that didn't stop me from basking under a tree and just simply watch.

And then, an apple falls on top of my head.
...
Nah, just kidding, that didn't happen. But it could have.

[A5] Anyway, I kinda feels like I might be causing that unhappy expression, so I decided to leave. But that could've just been me. So I head back to the ground floor and goes to the Indoor Pool. Much to my surprise, there's nobody there, except for the lifeguard, Daisy Lee (G).

[A6] The last few hours are a bliss... I chill at the pool... Until I got kicked out.

That pretty much sums up my activity. Didn't think I met with Lyra the whole day.

[Razputin Aquato]

Naoto slowly looks up from his game. A very quiet "OBJECTION!" can be heard, but he mutes the game. 
"Y-Y-You...w-want me t-to testify...?"
He looks down.
"...w-well...u-um...I saw...L-Lyra...o-once...I-I was heading t-to the Robot Lab...t-to take s-some photographs f-for a-a video series...w-while I was heading there, I-I saw Lyra p-peeking in...Club Room B/14...t-that was my first n-night..."

Naoto sighs and shakes his head. He puts the Gameboy in his pocket.
"T-The next day...I was e-either in the Arcade or the Shopping Mall...I-I never saw Battler...b-but I really got some nice scores on T-Tekken and S-Street Fighter..." 

[Squidzz]

"Alright I think we should go over the rest of our alibis... The parts around the time battler... D-Died...

I went to the Pet Shelter, hoping that I could avoid the trauma from Lyra's death by playing with some animals... God was I wrong...
It was quiet for the first(action) few hours I got off at terminal two, I didn't see anyone get off with me so I assumed I was the only person at that terminal at the time.
I spent another(action) few hours at the Shelter playing with the dogs they had there, that's when I saw Di, Sunada and th-the victim Battler arrive at the Shelter.
Then it happened... (action 3) Right before my eyes, Battler was playing with some dogs... Throwing a tennis ball around, the wind picked up, and he fell to the ground, clasping a tennis ball. Th-the dogs turned on him, they wanted the ball off him, they tore him to shreds! It was h-horrible...
I immediately ran away, to the police station, to tell anyone who would listen to me about what happened, I passed out in a chair, I had a hallucination in the night, I saw Lyra's ghost, I-it 'glanced over it's shoulder at me... Her clothing was bloody and her body was mangled, she looked like a very old ball-jointed puppet that’d been through rubbish disposal and barely survived.'
I stayed there a little longer to see if anyone else would come in and tell the police what happened, confirm what I told them, but nobody showed up.
I tried to calm down by going to the cinema, I didn't see anyone other than Rika at the snack bar, I spent the rest of that time there.

I'm gonna try and collate all the information from the alibis everyone has given us during homeroom to see if that helps us find out who was near enough to the victims to possibly be responsible."

[Squidzz]

Tsuri looks up from her notepad

"So I was looking at the accounts we have...

And I've got a suspect, sticking out like a sore thumb.

According to Shiro's account, on the first action of the weekend, Di and Battler were in the cafe with him, he said "Jokki Di just stands by the entrance... looking for somebody, or something."

Then according to Shiro, at the beginning of the second action Di and Battler both got off at terminal 2. That's where we come to my account, they both arrive in the pet center and stay there for an action, and the next action Battler dies with myself and her as witnesses.

Not only that, but Spell Craft you've been very reluctant with the sharing of your actions, i'd be willing to back off if you can give a sufficient defense but as it stands;
A) You look very suspicious, having followed Battler all weekend.
B) If we don't catch a killer during this homeroom, by next homeroom there will be 8 of us left, with 2 of the 8 being killers.

What do you have to say for your actions?"

[Misaki]

"Allow me to elaborate further on my actions during Lyra's death."

Action 1: "I was at the Library and I saw Katsuki, Lyra, Battler, Airi and Serizawa there."

Action 2: "Was still in the Library and was reading some books. Didn't notice anyone."

Action 3: "Still in the library and this time I noticed Athena and Miki enter."

Action 4: "Was reading some more books and then I saw Athena leave while Miki was still in the room."


"And now for my actions from last Saturday when Battler's died."

Action 1: "I went to the Robo Dine with Ranna and we ate breakfast there."

Action 2: "Ranna and I then headed to the Robot Museum. Along the train heading there, I saw Kang and Tenga in the carriage with us. When we arrived the second terminal. All of us got off the train and then I also noticed another train arrived where Katsuki (With Kim), Di, Battler (With Sunada), Athena and Miki (With Yumi) got off. Athena and Miki (With Yumi), Ranna and I all went to the Robot Museum."

Action 3: "I saw Athena leave while Miki and Yumi stayed. Ranna and I went on the tour of the Museum and spent the rest of the day there."
