"Alright, let's start with the basics of a class trial! You will all debate amongst each other with clues gathered during the Deadly Trial to find whodunit! And if you get it right, then the blackened will be punished. But if you pick the dreadfully wrong choice. Then I will punish everyone beside the blackened!

"...huh? Who am I, you ask?"

"I am called the Judge," the being said as it suddenly transformed. "I have been appointed by the almighty Godhood to watch all over you. He has grown bored of you all already and has decided to end this game should you fail to find the blackened."

"Ah, but he said if you can entertain him during this trial then win or lose he may spare all of your fates. But at least one of you will have to die with who you voted if you get it wrong. You all have a little over 48 hours to solve this! If you are stumped, then you may ask for a 24 hour extension! I will be here should you need any questions asked as long as it isn't outright asking for the blackened's identity or anything of the like. Ah, but anything regarding your own investigations will only be answered in the first 24 hours." the Judge said very quickly as it transformed.




"Ready? BEGIN!"

"Right! Let's show this god what we're made of!"
Shulk smiles at everyone before pulling out a journal, opening it.
"I'll begin with my alibi for the night."
A1, I went to Cid's shop to explore. It had no doors or walls, it was just an open ended shop. I saw Sophia and Yasuo walk out of the 2nd district, and down the stairs. Thanks to the positioning of the shop, I could see they went into the Item Shop.
A2, I wanted to practice on some crates for a spar Maui and I were preparing for at the beginning of the night. There were none, but Godhood was..."kind" enough to help me by teleporting me into some kind of coliseum! There were crates and barrels respawning constantly! However, I was also a bit paranoid, so I kept looking behind me every so often (OOC: Every 5 minutes). The coliseum faded when I did so. I saw Lucius going to the 2nd district, and I saw Shiona coming from the 2nd district, but I couldn't determine where, because I had returned to training. 
A3, I went to get snacks for Maui and myself for after the spar, so I went to the Item Shop. I walk down the stairs (OOC: I believe I was still on the 2nd floor, so I moved to the 1st) and saw Shiona and June walk past me, heading up. I went into the Item Shop and saw Nanoha. She seemed miffed about something and walked past me. I grabbed snacks from Bionis, a pocket knife, and a pack of water bottles. I also saw Prof. Spellcaster, getting dog food. 
A4 was the spar with Maui. I exit the Item Shop and see Maui entering the Third District, along with Yasuo and Uganda Knuckles. I gave Maui a water bottle before entering the Third District, where Yuno, Guzma, and Battler were waiting. Maui and I get into fighting positions before Guzma summons some kind of monster! Everything seemed even, before I was ganged up on! I try to dodge, but Maui's hook connects with my chin, and...I lose consciousness...
A5, I had a dream of my friends and I fighting Zanza...I don't believe this is relevant to the case...
A6, everything was chaos! I woke up to Yasuo fighting Percy, Yuno, and Knuckles! The latter, Yuno and Knuckles, seemed to be bleeding, and the only reason I was not was because...they were protecting me...I ran out of there, along with Guzma and Tanya, to the Item Shop. I was so blinded by fear, I could not see who I passed. When I got there, I grabbed bandages and tried to bandage any wounds I sustained. Thankfully, my saviors had kept me from bleeding out!

"As for my results...the upper half of the body was entirely crushed, and the gears were bloody and jammed. What remained of the neck had marks, and small cuts. It wasn't enough for total blood loss, but enough for blood to be drawn. I tried to wedge the Monado in to fish the body out, but Yasuo had used the wind to take it out for me! I was going to thank him, but then the bloody bastard put the body back into the gears, ruining it even further! If I hadn't received the initial results, then I wouldn't have been able to discern anything!"

[Sachi]

"I hope nobody here is worrying except the killer. With Maui on the case? They're as good as found!"

The Demigod clears his throat as he begins his testimony.

"I went to the Gizmo Shop before anything else, and the stuff inside wasn't moving. The body wasn't there yet, either, so the murder... probably didn't happen during Action 1!I decided not to touch anything, and I went onto the Gizmo Shop Roof to train for my second action. Shiona, Professor Spellcaster and Lucius looked at me weird before going on their way. Shiona went to 1st District, Spellcaster went into the Gizmo Shop and Lucius went to the Dalmation's Den. Yuno came too, and she also went into the Gizmo Shop." (Action 2)

"Then, I went on my way to the Restaurant to get my stomach filled before my big fight. I passed Yuno and Spellcaster as we left the Gizmo Shop. Yuno headed downstairs, where Guzma was, while Spellcaster entered the first district. Oh yeah, and I ran into June as well. Had to make sure I didn't knock her down. Finally, when I got to the Restaurant, Knuckles and Yasuo were there. One of them was drinking wine, and the other started spitting on me for 'not knowing da wae'... What?"

"And now the best part: My Sparring Match in the Third District Center! Yasuo, Knuckles, Yuno, Battler, Shulk and Guzma were there. Obviously, after a super long and awesome fight, I won!" Maui raises his hook, in the same way he did when he won the Sparring Match the previous night.

"Anyway, I ended the night by going to the Living Room. I passed Percy while leaving the Third District Center. When I went through the 2nd District, I Tanya was hustling passed me. Then I got to the Center and met Chise and the Professor again. Obviously, I took the chance to tell them about my amazing spar. Chise and I relaxed in the Living Room, while Spellcaster went to the Dining Room. (Action 5). Eventually, Chise left and Spellcaster passed through going into the Dalmatian's Den. Battler walked by eventually. But other than that, nothing else happened while I relaxed."

"I'll leave my Investigation for a little later in the trial. Anyone else wanna speak next?"

[Violet/Ivory]

"Time for my alibi...."
Chise sighed heavily, the weight of the death still fresh in her mind.

"A1 I went to my room, to see what it looked like, which looked like my room from home, but there was one thing in particular that caught my eye, a piece of paper under my bed, that had a profile of someone named Kandy.
A2 I went to the living room I saw Prof. spellcaster and Shiona leaving the living room as I was entering, which seemed to have signs of puppies but no puppies were found. When I was entering the room Lucius went to the piano room, and something breaking in either the dining room or piano room.
A3 I went to the dining room to see if the crash happened in there, but I found nothing. I saw Bettler pick up a chair from the dining room and place it next to the piano room door, not in a way to block it, but in a way where if you opened the door the chair would tip over. Soon after Guzma opened the door causing the chair to tip over with Lucius looking at him in annoyance, then Guzma closed the door while Lucius was still inside.
A4 I went to get something to eat in the restaurant, on my way June walked passed me. I went passed Prof Spellcaster, who was jogging on the second floor. When i got to the restaurant the food i usually eat in my world appeared before me, and someone dropped icecream on the floor, someone was abusing the food system and apparently got barrel fulls of the food. 
A5 After I ate I went back to the living room to relax before going to bed, on the way there Professor was walking with me to the dalmnation's house, where we talked about our two worlds. shortly after I came across Lucius and June after entering the 2nd district. When I got downstairs I ran into Maui who talked about his spar with Shulk and Guzma. Maui followed me into the living room before I went to bed. 
A6 I went to my room to sleep, on my way there I thought I heard the Gizmo shop, but it looked to be closed and I saw Battler walking towards the den."

"though....For my results, the gears were straining to move because of the body that was jammed in there. There were no other blood splatters in the room besides the blood inside the gears. While looking around I saw a piece of grinded up metal, but there was blood on it. And there was also a piece of string tied to the piece of metal, which had hair on it but I couldn't distinguish the color." 

[Spell Craft]

"Alibi's first then? Sounds about right. But pay close attention to those who out right state their full alibi's first, and those who linger and wait for others..."

(ACTION 1) "I entered the Piano Room, and my heart sank when I saw that there were no dogs in the other rooms, although there is evidence they were here. >:( Regardless, I began to play the piano. Battler and Shiona stopped by and listened. I hope it was to their liking. After I finished, they clapped at my performance.... before heading to the Piano and proceeding to steal some wires.... How could you two do that to such a beautiful piece of art?!" (END ACTION 1)

(ACTION 2) "I walked out of the room with Battler and Shiona. Battler stayed behind in the Dining Room as we moved on. Then, Shiona and I ran into Guzma, who continued on to the Dining Room. Finally, we both exited the house and ran into Chise who moved past us both as well after giving a small hello and goodbye.

Just as we headed to the stairs leading to the 2nd floor of the district, we heard someone yelling "It's Maui Time!" We saw Maui on the roof of the clock tower just shouting random stuff. The both of us continued onward and ran into Lucius who clearly also heard Maui's outbursts and probably thought what a weirdo the guy is.

After passing by him, Shiona and I parted ways as she entered 1st District while I continued to the Gizmo Shop. I still heard Maui shouting before finally entering. Then, I realized that the Gizmo Shop wasn't even a Shop! More like where the mechanism of the clock is located. I looked around anyway for anything of use.

I found a unit that indicated that the clock has stopped moving so, naturally, I causally press it. As the gears start moving, an orb popped out. Just as I picked it up, Yuno entered the room. As soon as I noticed her, something peculiar happened... But I will save that for later during the trial. If anyone else saw things while picking up orbs, or you too Yuno, please speak with me privately..."(END ACTION 2)

(ACTION 3) "Afterward, I left the Gizmo Shop with Yuno. As I went to 1st District, she (Yuno) elected to go downstairs. Did she see the same vision as me and decided to check out 3rd for herself? Who knows, I sure don't. In any case, I opened the way to 1st District and immediately saw someone close the door to Item Workshop. Who did that, I don't know.

I did, however, almost immediately run into June. Sorry... I then continued my trek until I entered the Item Shop, where I found Shulk. He appeared to be finding stuff for a fight later. Not my business though, so I ignored him and got pet food for the Dalmatians. 'Maybe the dogs will show if I offer food?' I thought..." (END ACTION 3)

(ACTION 4) "I left the Item Shop and began to jog around. As I did, I noticed that almost everyone went to the 3rd District. Hrmm, wasn't there suppose to be some kind of spar happening there? In any case, everyone left and I was all alone.

At least Chise came by and stopped so as to not get in my way. After giving a quick hello, she then continued onto the restaurant and began to eat. In hindsight, I was kinda vulnerable out there, so it was nice to have someone nearby who might be able to help should something had  happened." (END ACTION 4)

(ACTION 5) "As I finished jogging, I saw Chise walking up the stairs. Both of us were heading to the same house, so we walked together, making light conversation. As we discussed the difference between our worlds entering 2nd District, we ran into Lucius and June. As we went down the stairs, we also ran into Maui, who proceeds to talk about his spar with Shulk and Guzma.

Finally, Chise and Maui stop to relax in Living Room while I enjoyed a meal in the dining room." (END ACTION 5)

(ACTION 6) "I left the Dining Room, noting Maui is now alone in Living Room, and entered the Dalmatian's Den. To my disappointment, no matter what I did, no puppies came. I was immensely filled with sadness... Battler eventually walked by at some point too." (END ACTION 6)

"I never saw the victim once, during my night... Which is odd, because, according to Shulk, Nanoha was there at the item shop (ACTION 3), yet I did not see her... I hope to find the menace who did this murder... No one should get away with something so criminal, without lawful reason as to why they did it."

TL;DR: 
Action 1: Play piano in the Piano Room. Such a lovely sound~
Action 2: Check out the Gizmo Shop for any trinkets that might help me survive. Pick them up. (T'was not a shop, but picked up some orb)
Action 3: Go to the Item Shop and buy items for doggos. 
Action 4: Head over to 1st District F2 Area, and jog around. (Alone)
Action 5: Eat some yummy food at the Dining Room if they gots any. (Alone)
Action 6: Pet allll the doggos at the Dalmatian's Den! Yay! (There were no doggos)

"...I'll just ignore Shulk claiming he was teleported and state what I did last night along with what I found."

"Alright, so in Action 1, I went to the Piano Room along with Shiona. When we entered we found Spellcaster playing the piano. She's pretty good at it. After she was finished, Shiona and I clapped, and then we both took some piano wire."

"The two of us also found a paper which talked about some fictional beings called "Omniversal Concepts". The paper also said they were infinite, and one of them was the most dangerous, but we couldn't learn its name because the paper cut off there-"

"...I'm getting off-topic here."

"In Action 2, Spellcaster, Shiona, and I left the Piano room. I stayed in the Dining room, but those two left. I thought nothing of note would happen, but I heard a loud crash coming from the Piano room. After that, Lucius entered the Dining room and went straight to the Piano room."

"In Action 3, I saw Chisose enter the Dining room. I left her there and went to the 3rd district center for the fight: I didn't want anyone to be hurt badly. Anyway, there, I found a fountain, and when I searched it I found a ball with paper inside, but Yuno came and snatched it from me."

"We then opened the ball and read this paper. I won't get too much into what the paper said, but it basically talked about how some fictional subject named Alexander was the strongest semi-deum in the writer's organization had as he had pretty much all the powers this organization knew existed."

"I... I believe these are things Fakehood put to mess with us, so let's ignore them from now on."

"Continuing with my actions, in Action 4, I searched the fountain to see if there was anything else, but nope. Absolutely nothing. While I was searching, Maui, Yasuno, Knuckles, and Shulk entered. Guzma was also there but had entered before-hand, and Yuno hadn't left the center, so she was still there."

"I sadly did not get to see the fight, but I saw the part where Guzma knocked out Shulk, and when Maui knocked out Guzma."

"In Action 5, I checked on the losers along with Knuckles as Maui left the center. Shulk and Guzma had bumps on their heads but were otherwise fine. After checking on them, Percy entered and Yuno started to leave, but..."

"Er, then Yasuo hit Yuno with his plastic sword, and Knuckles was cut up by the wind. Yasuo wanted to attack someone else, but luckily, Percy ran up to him to defend us. I have no clue what Yasuo was thinking, but I decided to leave those two to their thing. Tanya also appeared at this point, but completely ignored us and went to search the fountain."

"Finally, in Action 6, I left the 3rd district center and went to the Piano room, as I wanted to check what the sound was. On my way there, in the Den, I found Spellcaster. In the Living room I also found Maui. After some more walking I was in the Piano room, and discovered that the Piano had been completely destroyed."

"As for my investigation, I thoroughly examined the Gizmo roof and found a lot of sweat poodles on the floor, along with three pillars and some crates. The crates seemed to be hiding a room, but I couldn't move them by myself, so I left them there."

"After examining the roof, Guzma came to me and pretty much forced me to thoroughly check the Dining room. I could have said no, but I did it anyway. In the Dining room, I didn't find much. All I could get from the room was that people ate in it last night. There was also a chair knocked over near the Piano room's door, but I don't think it's related to the case."

"Okay, looks like I should give my alibi now."

A1: I entered the abandoned room with Tanya and Percy. Tanya and I proceeded to investigate the room which appeared to fit its name fairly well. There was a lot of dust and certainly looked like no one has been there for a long time. But Tanya and I noticed that one of the crates has way less dust than any other part of the room.

After getting Percy to help, the three of us worked together to push it out of the way. Eventually we all found a small tunnel leading somewhere. But I was slightly too big to fit through... (END OF ACTION 1)

A2: Tanya decided to enter the Tunnel while Percy volunteered to stand guard for her. With nothing else for me to do, I headed to the Gizmo Shop. The trip there was uneventful except for when I noticed Maui was on the rooftop shouting random stuff, he must have a few screws loose. Just as I entered the Gizmo Shop, I saw Prof. Spellcaster holding an orb in the middle of the room. I was blinded by a flash of light and that is all I will say for now, we can talk more about this later. 

Anyway afterwards I remembered I was in the shop, which I then noticed wasn't actually a shop but more of where the mechanism of the clock on the building is located, ((at the time there was no body in the gears so it could be safe to say the murder didn't occur action 2)). 

I explored the Gizmo Shop but find nothing more of interest. Spellcaster must have already found everything that could be relevant here, namely that orb. (END OF ACTION 2)


A3: Prof. Spellcaster and I exited the Gizmo Shop and ventured out. we both split up as she entered 1st District as I headed down. As I walked downstairs, I noticed Guzma walking in the same direction. 

As I entered 3rd and head to the Center, I saw Guzma stop and just loiter around. Why did he loiter around there of all places? Weirdo...

In any case, as I entered the Center, I saw the fountain that was in my vision! And Battler was already in front of it.

Battler found an orb with a piece of paper stuck inside. I am not sure on how he found it, however, the reason, I just quickly ran over to him and snatched the orb for myself. Battler got mad and says he found it first, but I countered that I saw it first in a vision.

Battler already explained what happened here on in. (END OF ACTION 3)


A4: After finishing reading, I turned around and saw Guzma enter the center. The doors from 1st District open and a group of people entered. Including Maui and Shulk.

As Yasuno and Knuckles step to the side to watch, the others got into battle positions. Guzma appeared to have joined as he summoned Golisopod. Since Maui and Shulk aren't surprised, I believe this must have been agreed upon elsewhere.

We all know what happened next, Maoi bested the two losers.. (END OF ACTION 4)


A5: Maui left while Knuckles and Battler checked on the losers. Percy then entered the area, so I decided to leave for the Item Shop. But then I felt something hit the back of my head so hard I could've blacked out!!!.

When I turned around, I saw Yasuo with his sword out and Knuckles being cut up by the wind. Then Percy comes rushing toward Yasuo with his... pen? I don't know why Yasuo decided to attack us, but there was no way I was going to go down without a fight!. (END OF ACTION 5)


A6: As Battler, Tanya, Shulk, and Guzma left us (cowards), I prepared for battle! But I was suddenly kicked by Yasuo and I fell into the fountain! My clothes became all wet! I got up and saw Percy and Yasuo engage in a sword fight with Percy losing. I didn't waste any time, sp I got up and tackled Yasuo and held him down. Percy then stepped on his face until he was knocked out. It is what he gets for messing with me, lucky I didn't decide to kill the bastard. (END OF ACTION 6)

"Okay, I should give my investigation results"

Unfortunately both Cid's shop and 1st district center had no clues, however, Cid's shop had some sweat on the ground, indicating someone was there."

"I assume you saw, only giving minor details, the two people hiding the ball behind the fountain?"

1. After everyone walked away, I headed straight to the statue to try spray painting! Only to realize... I don't have spray paint. I tried destroying the statue instead only for nothing to happen. At least until I noticed a piece of paper that must have been knocked loose from the statue.

It said "The answer you seek lies in an abandoned place.

2. I headed to the Piano Room. Just as I entered the living room, I saw Shiona and Prof. Spellcaster come in from the Dining Room. We passed by each other and I then found Battler in the Dining Room. He appeared to be inspecting the chairs so I continued to move on.

Finally I entered the Piano Room and began to play the Piano. But for some reason some of the keys weren't playing. A quick look confirms that someone stole the Piano wires rendering the Piano unplayable! I destroyed the Piano out of frustration! And then Lucius came in and saw me destroying the piano. He gave me a death glare, clearly annoyed that he didn't get to play it before I destroyed it.

3. Lucius continued to stare at me angrily as I got bored and decided to leave. But as I headed into the Dining Room, I heard something get knocked over. After noting Chise was in the room, I looked down and saw a chair was lying on the ground. Did someone place it in front of the door? Whatever, not my problem. Thus I leave the two losers behind and head to 3rd District.

Which was uneventful until I saw Yuno heading down the stairs from the 2nd floor of 2nd District. She then ended up in the same path as me but only further up ahead. She even entered 3rd District before I did. But it appeared she was just going someplace in 3rd District and wasn't heading to my spot. For as soon as I entered 3rd District, you saw her walking down the steps to the Center and possibly beyond.

Nothing else of interest happened as I waited around for my spar to begin.

4. I entered the 3rd District Center and found Yuno and Battler reading something by a fountain where two dogs were in a loving embrace. Weirdos. Then the door from 1st District opened and my opponents arrived! And two other guys, Knuckles and Yasuno, who stop to spectate the spar. In fact the only person who didn't stop to watch is Battler who was inspecting the fountain.

Maui and Shulk get into battle positions with weapons out, while I summon Golisopod (Godhood had restricted me to one Pokemon at a time). Then the battle commenced as I had Golisopod unleash its fury on the two! Shulk attempted to dodge while Maui charged at him. The battle quickly became me and Maui double teaming Shulk!

He fought bravely, but was soon knocked out by Maui's hook! Not wasting any time, I had Golisopod attack Maui! He was barraged by my unrelenting attack! In fact, I made Maui so desperate that he chucked his hook at Golisopod who easily dodged! Yes victory is-

But the hook... it was coming my way.

WHACK!

I blacked out.

5. I dreamt of my goals being achieved

6. You woke up and saw Percy, Yuno, and Knuckles squaring off against Yasuo. I proceeded to ignore them and head to Item Shop with Tanya and Shulk. I then raided the Shop while the others did their own thing. Also, I saw Lucius in the restaurant and Shiona heading down the stairs.

[Ktoasty]

June taps that foot a few times. "Hey, I'm here too, y'know. Listen to my alibi already.

I started at Gepetto's House with Lucius. He was lazily looking around, while I found a clue under a fish bowl.

Then I traveled to the Restaurant to act on that clue. On my way, I heard the sound of a door closing. Don't know, but could've been from the Accessory Shop, Item Workshop, Item Shop, or even someone coming from 2nd District or heading to 3rd. Whatever. Takamachi was going inside the Item Shop, and Knuckles went inside the Restaurant with me. I found a chest with some random information, and Godhood gave us both ice cream.

My next stop was the Dalmatian's Den. I saw Shinoa come out of the Item Shop when I came out of the Restaurant. We walked past Shulk, and Shinoa went inside the Item Workshop. Then I passed by Spellcaster, and later Maui. There wasn't much to do once I was in the Den.

I went to the Piano Room after that. I passed by Chise to get there. Inside, the Piano was totally busted. Lucius was standing in the middle, reading something. I checked out his paper and it was the same that Battler talked about just now.

Then I went to Cid's Shop. Tanya tried to knock me out on my way there. I passed by Chise and Spellcaster too. Then I went into that shop and heard a weird sound from outside. I looked outside and saw someone exiting the area into the 2nd District, but no one entered through that door or up the stairs while I was here. It was weird.

The last place I went to was the Item Workshop. I was hungry, so I didn't feel like doing anything in there.

That's my night. And don't you forget it." Hmph

"Yeah I did, it was... surreal. So if you saw it too that means we, in fact, did see the same thing. This is getting interesting..."

"I investigated Cid's Shop but it didn't wield any useful evidence. And now my alibi for the night."

Action 1: "First I went to the Abandoned Room and saw Yuno and Percy inside. There was suspicious crates and we decided check it out. We moved it and found a secret tunnel behind it. The tunnel was small and only I could fit through it."

Action 2: "I ventured into the tunnel while Percy stood guard outside. Eventually I ended up in what appears to be an old classroom. There were holes everywhere on the floor and out the windows was a purple haze. On the chalkboard. there were writings which read "Welcome to Heavenly Host Elementary" in Japanese."

Action 3: "I searched around the room and I found a note stuck on a table. What was on the note isn't relevant to this case but may be important later on. I then checked out the classroom door so see if I could explore this place more but strangely, it was merely just a fixture on the wall..."

Action 4: "Being unable to explore further. I left the classroom through the tunnel. When I returned to the Abandoned Room, Percy was still standing guard there. I then headed for the Gizmo Shop. As I headed up the stairs of 2nd District F1, I saw Chise enter the Ist District. I eventually made it to the Gizmo Shop. No one was there with me and I looked around and found an orb. When I touched the orb, I saw a vision which was apparently a clue to go to this certain place which I deduced was the 3rd District."

Action 5: "I left the Gizmo Shop and rushed for the 3rd District. As I passed the stairs from 2nd District 2nd Floor to 2nd District Center, I saw Lucius and June pass by and also saw Maui in the alleyway leading to 3rd District. When I got to the 3rd District center, I saw Shulk and Guzma were KO'd there. Yasuo attacked Yuno and Knuckles. Percy challenged Yasuo while Battler was protecting the KO'd people. I even made it to the fountain where I found a orb which contained a note the contents of which is non of your concern."

Action 6: "Lastly. I headed to the Item Shop along with Shulk and Guzmo. Along the way I saw Lucius in the restaurant while Shinoa when down the stairs from 3rd floor to 2nd floor. When we got to the Item Shop, I saw Guzma looting everything from the shop much to my annoyance..."

"So there you have it. Also I can confidently say that the murder definitely occurred after Action 4 as I saw no body in the Gizmo during my action 4."
