Game 72 #2 Result 3 + Final Daily: The Last Chapter...

"Accusing the dead ones huh.... You have absolutely NO respect for the dead, you trash! But alas. I am not the one to set up the rules."

"How intriguing. You all mostly got this murder plan figured out perfectly. Although, Sister Bodyguard didn´t really fight against her fate..."

"She was an Accomplice. And now... That gives me a perfect reason to finally finish your pesky souls off, so this place has energy to run on."
"PREPARE TO DIE!"
You all notice that the lady has started to switch voices. The 2nd one sounds very menacing and filled with madness beyond belief. With that, a sudden earthquake erupts just where you stand. Seems like she is causing it. There is no escape for you. Is this the end?
"NO. Stop!"
Mari´s shout reaches through. She appears in front of the lady, stopping the earthquake.

"The truth of the Red Manten is within their grasp! As well as the truth about you! They hold hope and trust despite the hardships! If you kill them like that, it will only gain me! And I WILL stop you if I even get the slightest chance!"
You are slightly confused by Mari´s words, but it seems to have hit a nerve on the lady. She glares at the rest of the living players, and then at Mari.

"Annoying kid! Fine! If you REALLY believe it... Then we shall find out!"
Her voice mixes again. She then raises her hands in anger. The aquarium shakes again, but it stop quite quickly. She then disappears, and you are all left alone with Mari. You notice she is holding a keychain in a deep violet colour. It glows softly.

"Everyone! Now is the time to confront the truth. You have all found something of clues form the aquarium, right? I will help you as much as I can for now..."

Kanaya looked at Mari. She was extremely glad that this was almost over. She could hopefully go home! Confidence in her voice, she asked,

"Mari? Before the first trial...You saved me, didn't you? When I almost drowned in the tank. And I woke up with the rose. Did you give that to me? If so, just what was it? And why did I feel so connected to it?"

[Oliver Kirkland]

"Hey, what was up with the note that Kanaya and I found?"

[Misaki]

"Tch! About time you showed up Mari. I... never really got the chance to say thank you for saving us back there so thank you I guess...?"

Sayo looked a bit flustered for a moment but quickly shrugged it off



"Anyway. I believe its about time we uncovered the truth behind Red Manten Aquarium once and for all. That said, allow me to begin the discussion. Now based from what I have gathered here, that girl is with the pink hair and the one behind this all is Yume Mizuno. I know this because I found a school ID in the staff room that belonged to her. I also know she had a friend named Eri Kurona and I found a camera with a picture of Yume and Eri hugging each other in front of Manten Aquarium. This suggests that Yume wasn't always the vengeful spirit she is now and that she and Eri decided to hang out in Manten Aquarium one day. However, something terrible must have happened to them and I think I might have an idea what could have happened..."

Sayo then paused for moment for continuing.



"While I don't possess all the information at hand. What I do know is that Yume and Eri had gone to a place they shouldn't have. A secret room hidden underneath Director's Office known as the Deep Sea Booth which according to documents I found was hated by the staff because it drained the budget but was also described as being very dangerous... I actually managed to investigate that room last night and discovered something very interesting there... There I found the mutilated corpse of who I believed belonged to Eri Kurona. The moment I found it though, I was suddenly attacked by Yume because apparently I knew too much and almost killed me but Mari and the rest managed to save me. That has lead me to suspect that Yume didn't want this information to come to light and that Eri's death ties in deeply to why Yume became what she is now and why this is all happening..."

Sayo pauses again then she turns to Mari.



"Now that I shared what I know. I'd like to ask you Mari to reveal what you know. Who are you really? How did you die here? What do you know about Yume and Eri and whats going on here? Also..."

Sayo then brings out what looks like a blue ribbon hair clip.

"What is this for? It appeared on my hand after I regained consciousness in my room following Yume's attack. Did you give this to me and do you happen to know who this belonged to?" 

[Cathell Ward]

*Cathells mood darkens...he lowers his face, his knife shaking with how hard hes gripping it...he grits his teeth, his voice angry* I've been useless...this entire time...I found nothing...Other than the note in the control room...GRRR! *He slams the wall with his knife, it ricocheting because of the angle and nearly stabbing Cathell in the side of the head* ...Im sorry... *He sighs, his breathing extremely irregular* Mari...do you know anything about the note I found in the Control room? *He turns back around to face the few that remain* ...I swear on my blade to assist you however I can. Merely say the word. *He looks at Sayo in specific, his deep blue eyes burning with determination*

"I also found a note, but at the aquarium stage. I found it last night before I went to bed, actually."

Lotus took the note put of her pocket and showed it to everyone. It read:

"I'm not too sure what it's for. Any ideas?"

"Those are emotions. The good thing about me surviving is that I can now testify on why I did what I did. I said before that I had no choice, and this was not a lie. As the night started everything turned red for me. I felt angry, followed by rage and ended with malice and hatred. The emotions were very sudden and I couldn't control them. Hence why I will confirm that the color red indicates anger. Something I should mention is that Mari shouted "red lights be gone" as she fought with Mizuno."

"Also I found this book. It reads: At some point, I saw the moon turn red. I was sure it was just an illusion and shrugged it off. When I came back the next day, the illusions continued. I saw red everywhere. Fish swimming about. I felt like drowning... I wonder if it was her fault? I saw a little girl with long hair and a blue winter coat running off somewhere. Is she the cause that I feel like drowning? I don´t want to d-"

"You see... The fact on how I came to here is not related into Eri´s and Yume´s mystrey at all. So please just turn your attention at them? And for this cute blue hairclip? I´ve seen it before... But I didn´t give you it. Maybe you know where it came from yourself? And... What note are you talking about, Mr. Togami? I got no idea. What kind of note did you and Mr. Cathell get?"

Mari then glances at Kanaya


"That rose... You grabbed it yourself, before I even got you to safety. I had just enough power to help you out. About that connection... It was... ment to be for the one who died here. The one I was with was in such guilt and sorrow, that she and I created this rose together, so the dead one could pass on without malice..."


"It... just didn´t work... We were too late..."

She then glances forward again


"That is what I never had been able to tell you... Emotions play a specific and important role in this unique world!"

"There was a note in the penguin area near the broken dolls within a broken dollhouse that reads,"

While I was searching for my friend, I saw some girl with long hair and a blue winter coat running somewhere. It´s weird to see someone with a winter coat in the middle of summer. I will follow her.

"What does this note mean?"

[Izumiko (Emi)]

"Ah. that must be when it was the first time she and I met. In the end, we walked together, as we tried to find her friend."

"So I might know who this hair clip belonged to?"

Sayo then remembered something and then let out a loud "Tch!" 



"Why didn't I realize that before? I'm such an idiot..."

Sayo sighed then turned back to Mari.



"Anyway. I figured that the killers were somewhat influenced into committing murder by the aquarium. And you say emotions can affect the aquarium? In what way exactly? Also the girl you went with was probably Eri am I correct? And you both went to look for her friend Yume I would assume?"

Sayo also turned Cathell

"Did you happen to read the note you found at the Control Room? What did it say?"

[Sara Soul]

"So that's why I felt a sense of sorrow from the rose...But...it's dead now...Will that have an effect of the one who passed on...?"
