Game 72 Deadly Life: Death in the Line of Duty

You all hear screaming in the halls. Fujimori is running about, trying to get everyone's attention. She says that there is a body in the Break Room. The first ones to hear the message start running around the halls too, and soon, everyone is (unfortunately) awake and headed to the scene of the crime. As you all reach the room, your eHandbooks vibrate and play a cool sound effect.

"A BODY HAS BEEN DISCOVERED!"

The front of the group, led by Fujimori, all see the corpse under the picnic table when she points it out. Your handbooks beep and display a new message.

Victim: Kris Seigi
Cause of Death: Exsanguination
Time of Death: OMITTED
Misc: Severed arteries caused bleeding out and prevention of blood flow to brain

So, it happened. One of you did this. And one of you will have to pay for this. Some of you are filled with suspicion and paranoia, and some of you may feel exhilarated at such a scene.

It's investigation time. You have two credits. One credit for scanning a room, and two for an in-depth investigation. The body and crime scene are counted as separate. You have 48 hours.

Gift hides her face in her hands, letting out a hiccup before pulling the blankets draped around her over her face to hide it better. She sobs for a moment before peeking out of the blanket. “Y-You’re not serious, right? This… This is a joke? C’mon guys, any minute he’ll pop up and wake up, smiling and waving… Right?” She mumbles something under her breath before letting out a soft sound of realization. She glances around for a moment before letting out a soft sniffle. “Naw…. I’ll investigate the break room.”

[Sorin Poe]

The TV on the wall of the break room turns on, revealing the familiar face of your favorite host.

"Holy sh*t, you guys are fast! Still, you guys disappoint me. Not a single one of you f*cks took part in my challenge! Eh, whatever. I'll just give the reward to the killer if they survive. Unless it was a suicide..."

He pops a handful of popcorn into his mouth.

"Anyways, you have a limited time to investigate before the trial begins. So get your popcorn ready, folks (I'm looking at one of you), 'cuz it's about to get reaaaal!"

[Squidzz]

Logan's eyes widen as he is presented with the sight of the body.

"O- Oh god... I- I didn't think anyone would do it!"

He glares angrily at Jason.

"IT MUST HAVE BEEN THAT ****ING KILLER NOBODY ELSE COULD'VE DONE THIS"

Logan thinks to himself for a moment.

"Or... No... Ugh... i don't care if it was him or not, I'm going to check the body for evidence."

[Sara Soul]

Sara couldn't stop staring at the body in horror. It was real. The body was real. She could tell it was by the rotting smell. What was worse to realize...One of them did it...For a reason that she didn't know about...

Sara took a deep breath, then fixed her glasses and spoke calmly and quietly.

"It...Seems we have to figure out who did it...I'll...Investigate the crime scene. I'm sure it will be helpful."

Maybe it wasn't the best idea to play a blind guy in a game like this but oh well

Snake's eyes widened as the smell of rotting flesh filled his nostrils. How does he know what rotting flesh smells like, you ask? Well, use your imagination and mind your own damn business. 

"..."

"I will investigate the store and storage room. I may be blind but I should be able to find something."

And so It began. Shocked, Fujimori was unaware that one of the Students just have killed him. How cruel, how monstrous. But, this isn't the only thing that matters know. She probably will be suspected, and she has to do something about it before everything ends. 


"I-I can't do this..."
She said, still shocked from the Situation she's in. After a short moment, she gathers up all her Confidence, and began to investigate, somehow...






"So 2 already are checking the Crime Scene, so I think I'll check the body and the Storage Room."

[Alucard]

Raiko walked in and upon seeing the body nearly puked.

"Are you Kumaing! kidding me? That is disgusting! I'll check out the AV-room, as far away from here as possible."

She grabbed a cigarette and tried to calm herself down. Without looking at the body again, she spurted off with a disgusted look.

[Hosh]

Amelie entered the room, looking terrible; her hair was messed up and you could easily tell she had cried a lot. When she saw the body, her beady eyes widened somehow.

"O-OH my god! N-NOOO! Not him ( ... I'll take a look at the.. Laundry Room and the Store..."

She then turned around and left, without looking at anyone.

[Lee Yuha [Hansel]]

Taking in the sight of the ghastly cadaver of one who was recently just alive few moments ago, Yuha gingerly stepped away to a spot where the body was out of range of her vision. She might not be well acquianted with the guy—or anyone for that matter, really—but she felt a twinge somewhere in her chest she had not experienced for a long time. Yuha swallowed hard before taking deep breaths to mitigate a surging fusion of debilitating emotions. Obscuring her eyes with her hand, Yuha walked away from the scene, her feet planning on taking her to the Classroom and the Nurse's Office.

[OOC: We need people to disperse so we obtain as much information about this as possible so I advise inspecting the places no one has gone to yet, or those that only one person is about to check!]

"Woah, what the f***ing the f*** what? I never f***ing killed anyone in my life nor have I been charged nor accused of it before. What makes your b**** a** think that?"

"Well, since nobody else seems to be doing it, I'll do an investigation of the Trash Room."

I pull out my ehandbook and walk out of the room.

Racheal stares at the body, trying to figure out how his blood was drained. She thinks about it and starts heading to the nurse's office.

Yosei would be grumbling as she walked to the scene of the crime, still drip-drying from the shower she took that night. "Ugh, someone better be dead..." As her eyes laid on the lifeless body of their friends, she was swiftly starting to regret those words. Someone was actually murdered. "Wow, I... oh god... wh-who did this...? Ummm, anyway... sorry about that comment. I'll... be in the Nurse's Office if anyone needs me." She then slowly walked off to do her own investigation.
