Your time is up. The investigating is over. An announcement draws everybody to the elevator to the Debate Room. Everyone files into the crowded elevator, and the decent starts. The elevator's display claims to be sending you down to floor B42, but the short amount of time the ride takes seems to contradict that. When the doors open, you all find yourself in a plain, orange-painted room. The only feature of the room is the large amount of podiums set up in a circle, all facing the center of the room. You all take a minute to get behind one, before the wall opposite the elevator parts way, revealing a throne where you find Minamimoto sitting. The throne is moved forwards into the room, and then the wall behind it reforms.

Well hello there, fractals. One of you clearly wants to leave my Game early. Let's see if you all can figure out who that is. Whomever you choose, we'll throw out with the trash like your zero cook.

Ah, the Trial. The best part of our Game. The Poll closes 3/15 at 16:00 EST. A few stragglers have been asked to resend their investigations; they have until the time I wake up tomorrow to do so, and if they don't, they won't get any. I may participate in the Trial if I see reason to. Whomever is voted, per usual, shall be executed and therefore eliminated from the Game. To reference my previous uncertainty about the possibility of NPC's being used in place of PC's for murders, I have determined the following; If you all succeed in finding the Blackened, another NPC shall die. However, if the Blackened gets away with their crime, they shall choose their next victim. With this being said, good luck to all Players!

alright i guess ill state my results

Yukimura's body was lying flat, face up, on the ground next to the left wall of the Kitchen. Her clothes had been mostly burned. There is a single stab in her abdomen, which has a single, clean entrance wound. There also was a small, linear indent on the front of her neck. Other than the burning and it being indented, the skin appears neither pierced nor cut, nor damaged in any way.


i also examined the kitchen, the only thing i noticed was a large, empty container of cooking oil thrown into a corner of the room.

"I investigated the camera pointing at the entrance door outside the kitchen. I didn't have access to the other cameras for whatever reason. Anyways, it was at a vertical angle, it was pointed down at a 270 degree angle, the quality was crap, and it was sped up the whole time until the very end. The camera only captured around 40 minutes of footage before it got cut off. On it, approximately 16 people either entered or left the kitchen."

"The order and time that they've entered was this: 2 - 01:37, 1 - 03:20, 3 - 05:48, 1 - 13:30, 1 - 24:18, 3 - 26:33, 3 - 27:37, 1 - 30:29, and 1 - 39:24."

"As said before, it was sped up and the quality was crap, so I had no idea who entered or left the kitchen except for the last person when the footage returned to normal speed. That last person to enter was Juliet. I know this because of the fact that her scream was heard immediately after finding the body."

"It seems that Satori went from the Gym, to the Incinerator, to the Storage Room, to the Laundry Room, to the Kitchen, back to the Laundry Room, and to the Media Room. Something's missing though... but that's most of it, I suppose."

First of all, I would hope that none you would think I could commit such a heinous crime against the fairer sex. 

Second, I investigated the lady's room, and the school store. Neither turned up anything of use i'm afraid, except a quite unnatural amount of spices in her room.

Yuuki sighed, fixing her scarf and eyeing down everyone. One of them was a murderer. We just had to find out who it was.

"It's sad to know that it's come to this. Knowing someone here murdered another for their own gain...Oh well. I guess it can't be helped. Anyways, since it seems we're discussing our investigations, I'll go next, just to clear things up."

"In the kitchen, there was nothing very important of interest. Like Yuichi said, there was an empty bottle of cooking oil in the corner of the room, with some blood on it, might I add. Also, a single chef's knife is missing from the knife's block. In the incinerator, there was nothing of importance whatsoever in there from what I know. And that's it for me."

"Natsumi Yukimura's room looks similar to the other Dorm Rooms. There is a single, queen-size bed, with 3 pillows, there is a night stand next to the bed with nothing on it; there is a desk against a wall of the room, and a comfy chair in front of it. A walk-in closet is opposite the desk, adorned with about a week's worth of school uniforms, and a single outfit that you saw Yukimura wearing before her untimely demise. There is a bathroom attached, near the closet; it is outfitted with a shower, a sink with a mirror, and a toilet. The only thing that even seems to separate this room from any others is the spice rack directly above the bed."

Well kids, I got a whole pot full of nothing. Unfortunately I will be dropping out of this game due to irl problems. Good luck to all of you.

Theodore slurps on his smoothie. "Ok, I checked the infirmary and found nothing at all, however, I found something in the laundry room." Theodore start munching on some gobstoppers. "I found the missing chief's knife and it was still bloody with a blood stained basket covering it. Strange thing is, nothing was used in the laundry to clean the blood away, so that means the killer decided to ditch their clothing within their room. Well, that's at least my thoughts." He cracks a can of pepsi and starts drinking it, then burps loudly. "Plus, when I turned to leave the room, I saw blood on the push open door. So I think the killer either went to their room or anywhere else to wash the blood on their hands off. That's all I got ladies. Good luck." Theodore sits down and starts munching on some popcorn, waiting for the trial to be over.

"Now, now, before I divulge whatever I found from examining the Storage Room and the Incinerator, I'd just like to draw everyone's attention to our victim's cause of death." Mina scoops the file out of her jeans pocket. She extends it out for everyone to see.

"Immolation," Mina utters, her voice unwavering. "Initally I didn't know what that meant until I recalled that immolation is in fact the act of burning someone, usually as an offering or a sacrifice."

"From what our anatomist has shared with us, I wondered if burning the body was really the cause of death since Yuichi explicitly revealead that the skin was pretty much intact other than the wound in her abdomen and the impress on her neck.

"I wonder if this Minamimoto is intentionally screwing with us. He didn't even provide the time of death!" Mina scoffs, crossing her arms.

"Anyway, with regard to what I have found in the Storage Room, exactly three things are missing: a box of matchsticks, a pair of sticks that resemble nunchukus, and a cluster of coil about three feet long. These sticks are 9 inches long and 3/4 inch in diameter.

"Now the matchsticks were incontrovertibly used to ignite the body, but I don't see the significance of the missing coil in the murder. The only way I believe the sticks were used was to choke the victim, taking into account the single indent on the neck of the victim." Mina crooks her neck to the side. "Having heard the findings of others, I think I have a suspect now."

"Alright, I checked out the camera footage within the cafeteria. Please bear in mind that these results don't capture the entryways or pathways to the cafeteria or kitchen, and it only recorded the middle and back tables of the cafeteria. It seemed that those who entered this area were looking for the scavenger objects mentioned by our host."

"I saw Kaname enter, Tamatsu enter, Tamatsu leave, Kaname leave, and there was a small amount of nothing afterwards. Then, Lord Vinny, Allen, and Reditel entered the area, followed a bit afterward by Myoui and Juliet. Then, Lord Vinney, Allen, and Redital left right around the time myself and Savage entered."

"Finally, Juliet left the area, and she screamed off camera after discovering the corpse. And...well, you can puzzle together the rest yourselves...but I can say that myself and Savage were together with Juliet shortly before the body discovery."

Miyoshi takes a deep breath, her eyes trying to keep up with whoever the hell was speaking. Compared to them, she found next to nothing. She brushes a stray hair from her face and waits for a pause in the discussion before starting to speak.

"I honestly didn't find much myself. In the storage room the matches were gone, which Mina has already stated, and it can be concluded they were the source of the cruel body arson or whatever- and in the school store nothing seemed out of place, and it seemed to be full of numerical related objects, which have no seeming relation to the current murder."

"Classroom A and B look like standard classrooms. Nothing out of place."
