So we are going to be testing Tsurigi's sytem (see here: danganronpa-gaming.proboards.com/thread/1494/new-drg-system?page=1&scrollTo=25236 ). That's a given. Unless of course some other brand new system suddenly appears out of nowhere.
Now, we can go according to the new rules if everyone sees fit, with getting rid of completely the skill system. However, we can also still utizilize the SHSL Talent skill system if you guys really like it enough.
Basically, my idea was that the PuppetMaster and the Traitor are the only ones allowed to use their SHSL Blackened skill Trees, while the Secret Head and his Assistant will be the only ones who can use their whitened Skill Trees. But that of course makes things a little more complicated, as some skill have the Bad and Good proficiency and involve the alibi system (though, we are changing actions to minutes to make more sense so that makes things a little easier.)
So to fix the bad and good problem:
Good Proficiency Puppetmasters can only choose Bad Proficiency Traitors
Average Proficiency Puppetmasters can only choose Bad Proficiency or Average Proficiency Traitors
Bad Proficiency Puppetmasters can only choose Bad, Average, or Good proficiency traitors.
The same goes with the Secret Head and his assistant.
The traitors and Assistants are chosen by the Puppetmaster and Secret Head at the beginning of the game. Once a traitor, secret head, or assistant dies, there is no replacing them.
Traitors win if the Puppetmaster wins.
To fix the alibi problem (basically, get rid of it all but still keep a teensy bit of it) all players during recess phase can send in ONE action where they go to a room and do something in that room. That's it. Everything else is up to the host and the Puppetmaster (god-mode puppetmaster wooooooo).
Investigation phase is averagly the same.
