Greetings to one and all! I would like to send to each one of you my sincerest thanks for joining Hope's Peak Academy, where everyone is the best at something, hehehehehe. Either way, in Monokuma's absence I have noticed it's become rather boring and everyone is getting rather complacent around here, and I believe a good dose of action will fix that... It gets pretty lonely around here when there are no students here to have some "fun" with. Now please gather around to the gym for a very special announcement! To start off the second day of your school life, I will be gracious enough to remind everyone: The only way to leave this place is to graduate. Oh? I seem to have neglected to mention how you graduate...well its rather simple.... all you have to do is murder a fellow classmate!
Of course freedom's too simple a prize...to make the deal sweeter as well as to help those who are a bit reluctant to kill off their fellow man I will provide a very tempting motive.
Now what to offer hmmm... I know how about I give whoever successfully leaves Hope's Peak academy 1 piece of art depicting (either their victory or the death of their victim) and 250kk at the end of the schooling session? Well, being in charge is keeping me busy, so I would appreciate it if you all would be so kind as to begin to murder, that would be very pleasing indeed!
