"I'm not really sure if this can be considered crucial to the case, but when I went to check the storage, I noticed that a bunch of boxes had been disturbed; they were scattered all over the floor in a confined area. Someone must have knocked them over from their piles and left them there. Perhaps that's a sign that the killer went in there, and that they're not the tidy sort, but perhaps someone else entirely had been in there earlier...?"

"Having said that, maybe it's possible that's where the blackboard you guys mentioned originated from... I should have checked more closely to see if anything was missing..."

*After a short pause, DLR suddenly changes topic.*

"Anyway, I spent some time standing outside the laundry room trying to recall if anything caught my attention earlier. We were meant to be playing basketball in the gym, as Bodhi mentioned, but... I overslept. I had to really rush in order to get there before the end. On my way there, I'm sure I caught a glimpse of Tsurugi going into the bathhouse with a towel chucked over his shoulder. I probably should have said 'good morning' and all, (sorry about ignoring you like that) but I had to run since I was late. I can't really remember meeting anyone else before reaching the gym, or much else happening... besides the discovery of Hitomi's body, obviously."

*DLR turns pale.*

"Also... um, while I was standing outside the laundry door, I... I saw that person... um...
... err, actually, I'm probably just being paranoid. While I was standing around the laundry room, I thought I saw someone go into the public baths. If Tsurugi said he was there, it must have been him, right? He probably went there after I was done with the storage. If not, then I was probably seeing things. It couldn't have been anyone else, least of all... nevermind, I'm sure it's all in my head."

Sorry for this late addition, I was playing Undertale yesterday.
I scanned Hitomi's Room and my room for memories.

I remembered being in Hitomi's room the morning which she died to get some notes from her. At some point, a note was slid under Hitomi's door. She read it, and started blusng, but Hitomi refused to show it to me. Then I left her room, and totally didn't steal her favorite pen so that she'd have to come see me for it later.

I'm not sure exactly when, but at a separate point in the day in my room, I was  trying to work up the courage to ask Hitomi out.

And then right before the Trial, as I was laying on my bed remembering the day's events, I heard Hitomi's voice, telling me that we must catch her killer to put her at rest. Which seems a lot less delusional now that similar experiences have been shared.

For my investigation. I took the liberty of investigating the Laundry Room and the Infirmary since we already have 3 people examining the body.

In the Laundry Room, I found a knife covered in blood in one the washing machines along with some dirty clothes on another. I took a closer look at the knife and found that it was all wet and slimy on the handle.

I then decided to investigate the Infirmary to see if anything was missing and noticed that a couple of bandages and painkillers were missing.

Then as I was looking around the room, I witnessed something very strange...

I noticed there was a person lying on a bed covered in a blanket. Curiously, I walked over to it then removed the sheet and what I saw truly terrified me...

The one behind the covers...was Hitomi and she was staring right at me...

I couldn't believe what I was seeing and I slowly backed away in complete shock then I saw her pull the sheet back. I then approached the bed again and removed the sheet but mysteriously she disappeared...

Yes I know I could be imagining things but I know what saw and it was definitely Hitomi who was supposedly dead...

"So... let's try to make sense of this. First of all, the murder took place between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM. Some of us were meeting up to play basketball in the gym, which was arranged to begin at 10:30 AM, but I actually woke up after noon and before it had reached 1 PM, so the murder took place after the start of play in the gym and very likely before I passed Tsuguri as he went into the bathhouse, where he saw Koromaru at the time. Anyone at the gym should be innocent, unless they turned up later than the start time like I did, or left before I arrived. I know that that may point some suspicion towards me, but I think it's important to address this. The first question I have to ask is this: Bodhi, if you can remember, who else was at the gym with you at 10:30 AM, who arrived late, and who left before I got there?"

"Second, we've all for the most part experienced something we shouldn't be able to explain as anything other than a trick of the mind. Suki hints at whispers from the closet and the slamming of a door, Jurie thought she imagined someone grabbing her shoulder, JJ heard sounds coming from behind the couch, Myst says he saw Hitomi in the corridor when he went to check the cameras, Tsugari heard screaming when he went to leave the sauna, Codeskull actually heard Hitomi's voice, and finally, I thought I saw someone go into the public bath. Bodhi didn't seem to experience anything like this, assuming he was talking about the morning the whole time, and it's difficult to get Koromaru to accurately convey any sort of strange activity he saw."

"So... let's try to put this in some sort of order. Jurie and JJ were both at the crime scene, so it's probable that they experienced what they did roughly around the same time. When they experienced it, I'm unsure about, but it was probably before Myst left or after Tsuguri heard that scream. Myst left before I did, and he saw Hitomi as he checked the cameras. I only saw someone go into the bathhouse after I checked the storage, which was likely after Myst had finished. Likewise, Tsurugi only heard the scream after he investigated the sauna, the second place he investigated, which in turn would have occurred after my investigation in the storage. We can assume that, if we are in fact talking about Hitomi's ghost being real, she may have moved from that corridor to the bathhouse and let out that scream. Then, long after she had spooked both Jurie and JJ, she went to where Suki and Codeskull were, and she interacted with them both in completely different ways, scaring away one and confiding in another..."

*DLR stops talking and thinks for a moment.*

"... If the ghost's actions have any bearing on this case, and if she started doing what she did after we found her, then it might be her way of trying to interact with us or her way of expressing grief. That'd explain why Jurie experienced that feeling she did. That was Hitomi reaching out to her... but for some reason, Jurie couldn't see her. If that's the case, the scream in the bathhouse could be from how overwhelmed she was, and the actions she took in Coldskull's room was to, firstly, scare off someone snooping around in there, and second, to look for help from Coldskull... but if this were to why that all happened, there's one thing I can't quite explain..."

*DLR looks at Myst*

"... Why would you see her smiling?"

I ponder Satori's words before responding.

"...well based on what we have all experienced, including myself. I am inclined to believe you. In any case, does anyone have anything else to share?"

"No, from what you're saying, it doesn't sound like this other person is me, and it definitely can't be Koromaru, since he's a dog. Also, he walked out of the baths once I got there, so the other person might have walked past him and me while I was in the Jacuzzi to hide something in the sauna. Although, considering that Bodhi was chasing a girl at the time, this makes it very likely that both him and this girl are innocent."

"Also, I remember hearing a female scream that sounded like it came in the sauna while I was investigating it, but I'm pretty certain the ventilation ducts caused me to hear this scream from another room."

"Also, it looks like I heard Satori screaming from the laundry room after witnessing Hitomi's ghost from the ventilation ducts in the sauna, most likely...
Alternatively, I suppose it could have been Hitomi's scream as a way of signaling that she put up a struggle with her attacker before she died."

"I can guess it'd be confusing... see, I remember seeing you go into the public bath as I ran to the gym, which was between 12 and 1 PM, and it was during our investigations that I was standing by the laundry room and I thought I saw this other person I mentioned go into the public bath. The other person wouldn't have passed by Koromaru since these are two separate times, but in the second instance, if you were in there during your investigation, you might have encountered them in some way, which I assumed to be the scream you heard. However, if you're sure that that scream came from the air ducts, then that blows some of my theories out of the water."

READ THE IMPORTANT NOTE AT THE BOTTOM AT LEAST

After hearing Bodhi's comment, Tsurugi smirked and looked directly at Bodhi.

"Bodhi, you said earlier that the person you saw was not Hitomi, but was this something you determined from your investigation, or was it told to you directly by Vini? I'm asking because this figure's sudden disappearance seems awfully like Hitomi was running away from you as a ghost, and it would make sense when connected to the scream that I heard along with everyone else's findings."

"I think I know why you told us all this. You wanted to draw the suspicion away from yourself, didn't you? But why would you want to lie to us all, Bodhi? I see two possibilities, but both of them make it seem like you killed Hitomi. Possibility 1 is that you actually were chasing the Scrooge, who is a woman. Possibility 2, you lied to us to cover for yourself, but you didn't realize all of the other innocents saw traces of a ghost too, since you posted early."

"You murdered Hitomi in cold blood because some wicked scrooge told you to kill. The fact that Hitomi was targeted right away makes me think that you killed her since you were afraid her valuable investigation results would cause you to die. She would know whether you were lying about a crime scene investigation, so you needed to remove her."

"Also, a blackboard in the Entrance Hall that got brought there? That makes me think that the culprit felt that they could lure Hitomi to them by acting like they needed her as a tutor. This culprit also wanted to cover up their weapon proficiency, so they shot an arrow at the blackboard to try killing her."

"Unfortunately, because they were Sharp/Blunt, the arrow missed, and Hitomi looked at them in fear of her life. Not wanting to get caught, they pulled the arrow out, and they began stabbing her with it. Afterwards, you placed the arrow on the blackboard and fled the room."

Important Note: Bodhi should NOT be executed this trial. I believe that because he's the only person who knows that the figure was not Hitomi, that's only because he killed her. I think it's a hint Vini left us to let us know that the Scrooge is female and that Bodhi, the murderer, was chasing her because he had a faint recognition this girl told him to kill.

I will share my Findings without copying the investigation notes. I investigated Myst's room, because i felt something was FISHy

The locks were not previously picked, and then absolutely nothing unusual, apart from cheddar in a glass and a unorganized item of furniture used for resting.

Hitomi was emitting tears from her eyes on top of Myst's unorganized item of furniture used for resting. and at the moment that i decided to advance, she transferred to a different location.

However, the events Bodhi's told about took place at 10:30 AM, right at the beginning of the window of time Hitomi was murdered in, so if Blue Snow can defend him, we could safely argue that he's innocent."
