Casimir puts a hand on Vanyara's shoulder.

"I am sorry to have hurt you, milady. I know that you are still a woman, after all, and facing rejection. Please, accept this gift as a sign of my respect and admiration for you."

He whistles, and his noble steed comes trotting towards them.

"This is Lost in the Fog—Foggy for short. He has been my faithful companion for many years. It has been one of life's greatest pleasures to ride on his back throughout the countryside! I will miss him dearly, but..."

"But you d-deserve him more than I."

Vanyara opened her mouth to say she didn't give a damn about how he felt about her but then her eyes settle on the horse. A quality creature and one could never have too many quality horses.

Bowing deeply to the prince, but not as deeply as she would the King or Pope, Vanyara nods. "That would be best for our country. You life a happy life and I make sure the kingdom and your father are at least a fraction as happy as you no doubt will be with Lady Diana."

Casimir shares a confused and concerned glance with Diana before cautiously approaching Chibimon.

"Please, little creature!"

He kneels down behind Chibimon, and reaches out an uncertain hand to pet him behind an ear.

"I mean no disrespect. Your words remind me of an old friend, but he has passed on, you see. Please, tell me more about yourself, so that I may get to know you as much as you seem to know me."

Chibimon flinches a little at the Prince's touch. He eventually turns back around to meet his gaze, but he takes a while to figure out exactly what he wants to say.

"I'm the successor to the Domain of the Holy Beast- well, me and my brother are. I was raised by Papa Soy and Papa G'onta in the Pridelands, and I'm trying my best to do right... and bring smiles to the people that need them most.

...I still remember you, Prince Casimir. I died here while I was on my way to save you. I broke my promise to your dad, and I let you get captured. It looks like things turned out alright in the end... but the last me died failing to protect you. I hope you take my advice about the King to heart, but I don't think you should get too involved with someone like me."

"I think I'll stay behind with Papa Soy after all. Make sure you do your best, okay?"

Nezaripped, Final God of Gains peers down at the little blue guy.

Soy takes one look at the sad look on his digison's face and steps up to Nezaripped.

He is obviously trying to look intimidating, but he looks like a little webkinz next to Nezaripped.

Another heavy sigh and Vanyara's hand seeks out a goblet that isn't present.

"No harm has been done to me, Lady Diana. I assume you remember my letter to you over a season ago? My intention was to ask you to woo the prince and have a dalliance as I had no interest and hoped such an agreement would bring peace between our territories."

"If you want to help me find happiness, though, my needs are simply stated but difficult to accomplish. Bring peace to our nation. End this constant warring between us and stop acting as if each territory, each alliance, is its own nation. We should be united, but i feel every season it gets worse."

Casimir cannot help but scoop Chibimon into his arms, spinning him around in an impassioned hug.

"What is this nonsense you speak of, that I 'should not get too involved with someone like you?!' I shall hear none of it. Does Father know of your new form? You must come on this journey with me, it seems we have much to talk about!"

"Oh, but... perhaps you are right. If I could not keep you from harm in your previous form..."

[Sachi]

"Don't be silly, Your Highness. We both did all we could, so we should be proud of that. I know you'll keep doing all you can, too. It's been a little rough, but I think you're turning into a ruler the people can be proud of. I certainly am."


"I sure hope he knows! Now that you mention it, I don't think we even spoke when I was last at the capital. Geez! Maybe I'll have to clear some things up with him too."

G’Ontagnon beams with pure glee.

”I’m so happy you’ve been reunited! Bring it in, you two!”

He wraps his arms around the prince and dragon and hugs them both tightly.

”Oh, the Prince is right, Chibimon! You must come with us, your strength will make our mission a certain success!”

“But you should know, son, it was the Prince’s choice to be here. Final God of Gains Nezaripped offered him a safe space to hide and train, so you aren’t at fault for any capturing of the sort. You should trust him, and start your friendship anew on this adventure!”

He gives his son an extra reassuring squeeze to their combo-hug.

"If you think so too, Papa... Then okay! I'll go as well!"

Chibimon turns to his other Papa, the poor guy.

"We'll be back before you know it! Oh yeah! Make sure you talk to Uncle Almond! Me and him made a real awesome plan!"

Casimir embraces the group hug with glee. In fact, he is filled with so much glee that he wraps Soy, Diana, Vanyara, Cadance, Ratsworth, Columbrovolone, and even Zi Hao into the hug as well! He opts not to try to force Nezaripped into such a thing.

"If all are ready, then, let us depart. We have tarried far too long!"
