Novella leaves the throne room and passes by Kaerun in the Banquet Hall. She enters the Kitchen, where servants, chefs, monks and guards are running around like madmen. They're tasting samples of every single dish served during the banquet, and are becoming increasingly agitated with every failure. She thinks that's funny in a messed up sort of way.
She notices that they're being, quite frankly, idiots. They're testing the same dish multiple times, and not tasting others at all. She sighs and raises her voice to take charge of the situation, as any good leader ought to. She was the editor in chief of quite the popular newspaper, after all!
"Listen up! You are all making this so needlessly complex. Put all the dishes there, and when they're done, put them over there! Is that so hard? Go on then! Get to it!"
The workers mumble something about not taking orders from her, but they change their tone entirely when they notice her bracelet. They do as she asked.
Once it's completed and all the food has been tested, Novella has a bite for herself. There appears to be no evidence of foul play when it comes to the meals served at the banquet.
Benjamin the Talker nods. "What the Prince says is true. His oldest sister, Princess Miranda, was supposed to inherit the throne, but after her disappearance the title of heir went to the oldest son instead. In the Lich Queen War, the princes each led an army on the Lich Queen's base, but as you see, only Prince Hector returned. Which person do you wish to know more about?"

Prince Hector frowns. "Yeah, I'm next in line. But that doesn't mean I'm happy about it! It was my sister who was supposed to inherit the throne, but she had to go and die, and my damned brothers followed her like sheep to a shephard. I don't know the first thing about running a country, but these nobles expect me to just because of my bloodline."

"Let's start with the Four Heroes. What can you tell me about them?"
There were currently 9 people she needed to create profiles for, she decided. Prince Hector, Benjamin, Malbad, the king, the guy with furs, and the 4 heroes. May as well take a huge chunk out.
"Also, how long have you been working with/for Hector, Benjamin?"
"The Four Heroes appeared from nowhere carrying crystals of light to defeat the Lich Queen and save the kingdom. That was prophecised hundreds of years ago, and it came true! The Five Bracelet Wielders are mentioned in the texts, as well. They say you are great scholars who live in a labyrinth of knowledge, and that you'll heal the kingdom's wounds. Do you think that's accurate as well?
Prince Hector, well, you already know. He is the type to think first and ask questions later. He trained to be a knight, but will inherit the throne instead. I wish it did not have to be that way.
I am Benjamin the Talker and I come from a faraway land. I've served as one of the King's advisors for five years, but only became Prince Hector's attendant when he returned from the battle with the Lich Queen.
Chancellorr Malbad is a good man. He and I are close friends and always hold the kingdom's best interests at heart. He has known the king since childhood.
The King was a jolly man beloved by his subjects. As a child I'm told he wished to conquer the world, but age seemed to have mellowed him out before his unfortunate demise. He shared a good relationship with all the neighboring kingdoms.
The man with furs? Why, that is me as well! Did you mistake my fur for furry clothing? I get it all the time!
The Knight Hero is a mighty warrior who could cleave a mountain in two, given the right weapon. I have not spoken with him very much, but his swordplay is exquisite.
The Mage Hero is a gifted magician who can perform arcane arts like no one I've ever seen. I believe a list of his spells has been recorded in the Library, if you're curious.
The Priest Hero is a kind man always willing to lend an ear. He enjoys helping those weaker than himself, though doesn't seem to care much for the nobility.
The Thief Hero is much the same. He did his best to avoid conflict with the King and the soldiers, but with such different worldviews, I suppose conflict among them was inevitable.
As I said before, all of the Four Heroes hold a Crystal of Light. I believe they're some sort of relics, though I admit I am not too familiar with them."
Benjamin bows after finishing his speech.
