Virgilia, who has been standing back solemnly since Kaerun threw the book, steps forward.
"Of course. There will be no need to use brute force. Everything we've seen thus far suggests that this is a battle of intellect."
With that, she turns her wrist to expose where the bracelet reads MAGENTA TRIO 6. She runs the bracelet over the doors of the cabinet, hoping that it will unlock some kind of hidden mechanism. If that doesn't work, she will run her hands over the front and sides of the cabinet, looking for a place to activate an opening mechanism.
Beep.
It's hard to say whether that came from your bracelet or from the cabinet. But it looks like it worked. The cabinet's glass door opens ever so slightly with an audible click. But that's not all.
Just as the three are about to open the glass further for some more deep investigating, the cabinet begins sliding to the left. Not so that you can't interact with it further - and thank goodness for that, because I'd dare to say you do need those figures - but rather to reveal a hole in the wall that the cabinet was previously covering up. Virgilia and Kaerun step through, while Novella grabs one of the newspapers from the now-opened cabinet and starts reading.
Through this hole is a little balcony area overlooking the first floor. You think you can recognise some landmarks, like the little hub area just off in the distance, but... There are a lot of bookshelves. So many that it stretches off into the horizon and continues even further. No library in the entire world could be this expansive, hold this many books (even if most of them are gibberish filler you can't even read). Any who view this sight begin to feel a migraine coming over them after only a few moments, as they wonder... Where exactly are you?
Your eyes are drawn away from the pain-inducing sight by a soft light to your left, also on this balcony area. Another objective completed, you think. It's the RED door, in all it's bloody glory.
Pardner, having experience in studying criminal slang, understands that Big TONY is more than likely using the term 'boys' to refer to his subordinates. He goes around the Beach looking for people who match Big TONY's surly demeanor, asking if they may happen to be his boys and if they could accompany him.
Of course, he doesn't disregard the possibility that Big TONY may just have very wealthy and charitable children, so Pardner also keeps an eye out for younger folk to ask if they might be related to the man.

"I'll take ya up on that offer. Thank ya kindly for the well-meaning advice."

Any and all that Pardner ask about Big Tony wind up turning their eyes in another direction and giving decisively evasive answers. Some don't even acknowledge his question at all. Pardner feels that, aside from Big Tony's content demeanor, there's a sense of unease blanketing everyone else that only seems to grow with every question he asks.
