Honestly, there wasn't much fanfare when you all found the body. The real fanfare had happened before that, you guessed. There was a huge hole in the wall between the Armory and the Scrap Heap, and the aformentioned Scrap Heap itself was looking a lot smaller and a loooot more scattered than usual. It honestly took some time before you could even find the body, but eventually, you came across it...
The soaking wet remains of what used to be Green Biker Dude. Scattered here, there, and everywhere. This is going to be a pain to make sense of in the mission report.
Suddenly, a transmission from HQ springs to life! You all listen intently for your orders...!
"Come in, Hunters. This is Layer. We've been working hard to re-establish our communications with you. Do you have any additional information to report on?"
"...I see. So what Sigma was saying was true... That's horrible. I have orders from the Commander, but you may not like them. The factory area is considered to be on lockdown until you can find the Maverick responsible for this... He has authorised any means necessary to prevent another outbreak of the Sigma Virus. I will re-contact you shortly. In the meantime, please try and get an assessment of the situation. Over and out."
Well then, only one thing to do...
TRUTH BULLETS
Green Biker Dude's Body
What's left of his corpse is scattered liberally around the Scrap Heap and the Armory. The majority of parts you come across are wet, or at the very least moist.
Armory/Scrap Heap Entrance
The doorway between the Armory and Scrap Heap has been utterly destroyed, leaving only a huge hole in the wall in its wake. The conveyer belt's busted, too, How sad.
Green Biker Dude's Bike
Crashed in the Giant Robot Hangar. It's moderately damaged, but likely still functional. There are some remnants of cloth(?) stuck around the handlebars.
Status of the Recharging Station
Honestly? It's hard to tell what was damaged more, the whole Armory/Scrap Heap thing or this room. Wires have been cut, fuses blown up, plugs plugged and unplugged haphazardly... What were you thinking, really?
Cooling Room
It's hardly fit to be called a Welding Room anymore. Half the room has been completely covered in ice - and it's not even the ice side! As you might expect, the hot side of the room doesn't tend to perform very well when frozen solid.
Assembly Line
There are miscellaneous scraps just sort of tossed aside everywhere. They pile up sort of like how the Scrap Heap is supposed to. Funny how that works out.
Broken Walkway
The walkway above the Quality Assurance section has been damaged somehow. There's a big hole in it.
Giant Robot Status
They appear to have moved only slightly from their resting positions. One of the robots has several scratches over its otherwise factory new coating. How rude.
Mysterious USB
In a remote corner of the Giant Robot Hangar, this USB was discovered. Its purpose is unknown.
