- Ishigami suffer two wounds on his person. A sliced throat and a steak knife stabbed onto his back, the latter appears to be done post mortem.

- His body had some dirt on it, mostly from the environment. No signs of struggling.

- The cause of death are what you can imagine, massive blood loss due to the slitted neck.

- The victim possessed a Keycard to his room and a digital camera. The camera had some picture taken of the operator room but it is likely to be taken a few days back.

“There's not much to tell for the crime scene, but I'll tell you more if I could make sense of what I got. For now these are what I can tell you:

- Many footprints could be found here,it appears a lot of people had pass by the location tonight.

- Some bloody writing saying "One more falls under you conscience... Kaguya..."

- An empty spilled vial with glistening white powder around it could also be found here, this is the ghost repellent Maddox made.

The bits of powder on Rinko are because of this. This happens around 1:00am, close to when I saw Ishigami steps into the graveyard at 00:38am."

Closing His eyes for a few moments, Ken took a deep breath before saying.

“I think I have sort out the information I have from the scene.”

Scanning his gaze across the people within the room, his eyes linger a bit longer on Kiryu, Majima, Steve, and Neferpitou.

“I won't repeat much of what I said before but from what I can tell, these are a couple things I should point out from my investigation:

A) Ishigami's body

1) Ishigami has a thin line of blood coming out of his eyes and nose but no signs of irritation. His body are stiff as rigor mortis has kicked in since we found him this morning, I can't give any professional guess for his time of death.

2) his body was found facing down with his hands simply by his sides, there are some dirt in his mouth but otherwise there are no signs of poisoning.

3) he is facing the right door, as if he came out from room hall b and headed towards transport (coming from the left and heading to the right)

4) both the cut on his throat and the wound on his back are deep, the cut slice across the entire throat and the steak knife are stabbed to hilt in the back. There are no signs of hesitation, removing possibilities of suicide if the stab isn't obvious enough.

5) His camera and Keycard was found within his pocket and as I suspected, the photos of the operator room dated back to two days ago at around 10:21am in the morning.(daily 1)

6) the steak knife is covered in blood. Well.. it WAS in his back so I guess this one is obvious as well.

7) Peculiar ash like dirt as well as faint trace of powders can be found on the sole of his shoes, I recognize them as the dirt from the graveyard and the powder within the forest.

8) Ishigami hands are clean, except a bit of dirt.

B) Crime scene: Forest.

1) again, not much I can get from the pool of blood beneath him. The blood had long coagulated and seeps slightly onto the dirt. Clearly he died hours ago.

2) Some of the dirt and grass looks disturbed and kicked up, but they are mostly from the train of footprints going left to right and vice versa. There are however, 5 sets of footprints leading towards the magic circle that takes you off to the graveyard. 4 sets appears to be leaving while 1 seems to be entering.

I can testify that 3 of those sets are mine, Rinko, and Majima's. The other two appears to be made my Ishigami himself when he entered and leaves the graveyard.

3) other than the pool of blood beneath the victim, the knife in his back, and the written message, I found nothing more of interest other than the missing doll, which we can see is now on Majima.

4) following one particular solitary track out of the graveyard, I can see it converged with the small trail left by the traffic but Ishigami's body isn't far from it.

From all of these, it appears that Ishigami lost his life at around 1:20am to 1:32am, could be later. But this at least gives us a rough estimation for the time of the victim's passing.”

Turning towards Majima, Ken eyed the doll on his arm and asks.

“Mr.Majima, would you mind telling us how you obtain that doll?”

“Mr.Majima, would you mind telling us how you obtain that doll?”

Kiryu is lost in thought, his eyes absentmindedly bouncing between Majima, Red, and Ken. Once Ken mentions Majima however, he focuses on him, glaring.

"Oi, I hope you're not accusing Majima. I know for a fact that he's innocent. He and I have a perfect alibi."

Kiryu cracks his knuckles and points at Ken.

"But first, let me mention something that's been bothering me for a while now. I think I was the last person (aside from the killer) to see Ishigami. I was in Room Hall B at around 1:30 (A4). I had been looking for Majima when Ishigami came out of the car on the right, muttering something about a strange man. I assumed that it was Majima and go the way he came, which was The Forest Car. Majima was there with the doll, as well as that strange powder on the floor. Neither of us saw any sort of trap while we were there.

We both left to the right, looking for Red and found him in the next car over, Viewing Car A. It must've been 2:00 by then (A5).

The three of us were together the rest of the night. Ishigami must've been killed after we left, but I'm finding it very strange that he left the Forest and his body was found there. I feel like he might've been lured by something, but I honestly have no idea what could have done it.

All I know is that it couldn't have been Majima, Red, or me. It's impossible."

He calms down a bit and looks at Majima.

"You're lucky I was there or they'd start pinning you up as a murderer. Tell them what happened already, being silent ain't gonna help either of us."

Majima first answers the question about the kitchen, trying to get the doll off his arm gently.

"The kitchen hasnt that much, from what I could see. The body that was in there was moved and some meat in the oven was moved. Nothing was taken or put here though. Room 1, the victim's room, was practically untouched, aside from 1 person who went in there. Now..."

He points to the doll

"I found this thing A4 in the Forest just outside the Graveyard. When I found Kiryu-chan~ and the others, it attached to my arm and will not let go. Oh also this may be important. I last saw Ishigami in the Graveyard A3, he left it A4 and I lost track of him after that"

"We last saw him...at the forest...at some point between 12:30 and 1:00 [during A2]. He was...going to the...graveyard."

"Very well. That establishes the Time of Death after 12:30, probably after 1:00."

Miyuki can be heard grumbling to himself about this development, or rather, lack thereof

"Somewhere between 1 and 1:30 [During A3], in the forest...we heard some whispering...and the ground started to shake. Ken dropped his things and...one of the ghost repellents...was opened and poured on me. That weird doll...started moving...on it's own too."

"It's possible you were visited by a ghost, and they decided to play tricks on you. I... don't know about the doll. I don't want to know about the doll."

Miyuki smirks sheepishly, wiping some cupcake icing away from his cheek, only just then realising it was there.

Ken tried to...knock him out...but I stopped him. Steve told us...that the photo was cursed and...you couldn't craft with it. Ken caught the door to...Room 3 where the...pillow and photo were. I...tried to stop Ken but..."

"But he triggered Steve's trap."

Miyuki falls silent for a moment, thinking about this

"Would you mind telling us what was so important about that photograph?"

Miyuki eagerly await's Kentaros' or Rinkos' response, before interjecting

"Oh and, while we are on this topic, the bloody handwriting on the pillow is distinctively different from that of the one on the note. I believe it is nothing more than coincidence that the bomber and killer just happened to have had left bloody notes."

“Although a bit behind, Rinko and I chase after Steve but we were a tad bit late as the door to Room 3 just closes as we arrived.”

"So, in effect. You two were with Steve the entire time he was in Room 3. You must have got there closer to 1:00, because around that time Kaguya and I were heading to Room 2."

"That's.... peculiar. Why is there human meat in the oven? Why has it been mixed?"

Miyuki thinks for a moment

"Y'know. I don't think it's important. It's probably Steve, or a ghost messing with us."

"Are you kidding me? Someone tried to blow up Room 3 again? I told you someone wanted me out of there! This is probably why I was drugged for half of last night! I was hoping that Neptune had drugged me because she'd finally come around to the idea of committing a double suicide with me.

About the footprints, I noticed that most of them had passed through on their way around the train, but a few sets of footprints led into the graveyard. So at least one or two people went into the graveyard last night. Also, I noticed some dirt was moved around. But it seems like there was no sign of a fight, so Ishigami was either attacked from behind, or he let himself be killed. I noticed that his fingers were clean of blood, so he probably didn't slit his own throat."

"Well. That someone is Steve. It's undeniable that they rigged that bomb."

"As for the drugging. Was it Neptune who drugged you? And at what time did it happen, if you can remember."

"This also confirms the fact that this could not have been suicide. The knife in his back Post-Mortem helps this idea, too."

"About the footprints. If we knew when he died, we could probably get a better idea of what happened, as, if he did die in the Forest like we assume, is there a pool of blood there too?"

"I doubt he let himself get attacked, so from behind seems like the most likely reason."

(Listen this is a really long post and I'm not gonna try and edit it down, I'm just going to write the "truth bullets" like I have so far, seriously go read the source for this if you don't believe what I wrote down.)

Ishigami's Body:

There are 2 wounds on his body. His throat has been sliced, which was what caused him to bleed out and die. A steak knife was implanted in his back after he died.

Though slightly covered in dirt, there are no signs him resisting his killer. His mouth also contains a bit of dirt. In addition, there are traces of a glistening white powder on him.

Ishigami had 2 items on him. His camera, which had photos of the Operator Room on it. The photos are dated a few days ago. He also had his Keycard to Room 1.

Ishigami's fingerprints do not have any blood or dirt on them.

Ishigami had blood coming out from his eyes and nose. In spite of this, there are no signs of irritation.

His body has reached a state of Rigor Mortis. Meaning, Ishigami has been dead for at least 4 hours.

There are no signs of poison in his body.

His body lays prone in the dirt, with his hands by his sides.

The cuts indicate no sign of hesitation.

There is a pool of blood underneath the victim.

The body is positioned nearest to the door on the Right Hand Side.

State of the Forest:

There are a lot of footprints in this area, it was visited frequently.

A note that reads "One more falls under your conscience... Kaguya..." can be found near the body. The handwriting on this note is different to the handwriting found in Room 3.

One of Maddox's vials have been spilled. An area glistens due to the white powder inside.

The message appears to be written in Ishigami's blood.

There are 5 sets of footprints around the Graveyard. 4 sets are leaving, and one set is walking towards. These sets belong to Rinko, Majima & Kentaro, who left at the start of the night, and Ishigami, who entered and left later in the night. One set of footprints leaving is close to the location of Ishigami's body.

"Nothing personal Kiryu, but as you were the last person to see the victim alive, and you were alone when you saw him, I cannot say with certainty that it's not you. However, I doubt it will be, as you have just confirmed that it wasn't Majima or Red."

Listening to the Council gang president give his piece, Ken nods before answering his questions.

“Yes, Rinko and I should have stayed in room hall a for a while since we did saw you and Kaguya enters Room 2. That is before we heard odd noise coming from either room 2 or room 3.”

“and no, we don't see anyone enters Room 1 while we were there. But that could have happened once Rinko and I entered room 3 at 2:00am.”

Steve lifts up his head.

"Ok so here is what I did this night. Sadly it wasn't that much...

I started out in the Forest. I headed into viewing room A and then into Dining hall A. Then Kaguya tossed something into my eyes. And then something clonked my head and knocked me out.

I woke up near the end of Action 4, where I was in my room. I looked around and saw on my Pillow the words "Photo = Death" and was like hell no.

A5 I left the room where I saw Ken and Rinko, and Ken was trying to hit me over the head! But Rinko was holding him back, which I'm super thankful for. I told them about the cursed photo thing I saw and left into the living quarters.

A6 I layed down in the straw bed and heard an explosion! Then I saw two spooky ghosts, a young woman and man who looked like they were the same age. The woman was crying and holding the man. They were both bleeding. And then they just, disapeared, into the mist. Then Danni came in and the Phantom made his announcement.

Oh and my investigations! For the body, he was dead, with a slit throat and knife in his back, but that didn't look like the killing blow. He died of blood loss, and there was some dirt on him as well as his keycard and some blurry pictures. For the Central Platform there wasn't much. You can see every entrance from every part of the room which is cool. You can also see transport and when someone is on it. Dazai said he can see Kaguya on it while we were investigating.

Anyways thats it."

Having fallen silent after finding out about an accomplice, Miyuki asks everyone a question.

"Very well then. As far as I can see, the duos this could be are: Kiryu and Majima, Steve and Dazai or Dazai and Neptune"

"Neferpitou, Neku, Chika, Makomo are all... possibilities. Though, I doubt Chika would have killed a Student Council Member. In addition, None of us had met Makomo until recently, so I doubt there was a spur-alliance made. Neku.... is unsociable at best, seems to be a loner. Neferpitou? It's not impossible, but it just strikes me as unlikely."

"I can't even see Ramona here, so, if anyone knows where she is, that would be good."

"Neptune and Dazai were... drugged. Although I don't know when it happened."

"Red... I doubt it was. Maybe if Blue was alive, but... I just don't think they did it."

"Ishigami would... only maybe ask me to be his accomplice, but I didn't do it. I can prove it wasn't me if need be."

"By extension, that also means it wasn't Kaguya."

Miyuki lets out a sigh

"Kentaro and Rinko are more than likely innocent too."

"What this means is, Kentaro, Rinko, Kaguya and Myself are all innocent, more than likely."

"I don't think that Neku, Danni, Chika, Makomo, Red, Ramona or Ishigami are involved, either"

"The potential suspects that leaves are any combination of: Kiryu, Majima, Steve, Dazai, Neferpitou and Neptune"

"Well then, I suppose it's time to cross examine evidence."

Miyuki points to Majima

"You, you claimed to have seen the deceased at around 1:30 in the Graveyard. I believe that Rinko and Kentaro were there... about 1:00. Rinko and Kentaro left, seeing Ishigami enter the Graveyard. Did you, or did you not leave with Rinko and Kentaro? And at what point, did you enter the Graveyard?"

Miyuki diverts his attention to Kiryu

"Mister Kiryu. Are you a member of the Yakuza?"

"I believe you when you say it wasn't Red. Unfortunately, I cannot believe you when you say it wasn't yourself and Majima. You say you last him in Hall A, at around 1:30? But that is very strange. Hall A was to the left of the Forest at this time. His body was found on the Right Hand Side of the Forest, near where you two entered right after... Viewing Room A. Surely, this is naught but a coincidence?"

"Well. I would be willing to write it off as such. I believe it was Makomo? They are in charge of investigating Dining Hall B."

"Though until we know for certain what happened there, this is speculation."

"But I saw you there. You were absolutely in Dining Hall B. The steak knife, used in the murder? Well, it wasn't from the Ghost Kitchen, nor was it from Dining Hall A. That leaves 2 locations. Storage, which... I doubt. And Dining Hall B. Could it be that, while in Dining Hall B, you took a steak knife, which we now know to be the murder weapon?"

"That, is too many coincidence for me to ignore."

"So, Members of the Yakuza, what do you have to say for yourself?"

Miyuki ends his accusation, with a new question to the Phantom

"In a case like this, with accomplices, does it matter who we vote for? Or, must we vote for the killer, not the accomplice?"

Majima slams his hands on the podium thing

“Now listen here! Accuse me all you like but Kiryu-Chan~ would never kill anyone! Now to answer your questions.

How long was I in the graveyard? Almost the entire night. I was there from A0-A4.

I was the last person to leave, as I left almost immediately after Ishigami.

I ran into Kiryu-chan as they came into the Forest. We weren’t there for very long as we went to find Red. Also the doll I found was in the Forest? Does this thing have something to do with Ishigami? Also if you would like more detail on my night, I can share exactly what happened”

“That would be helpful to tell us what's so interesting in the graveyard that you stayed there for so long despite having an agreement with Red and Kiryu.” Ken says with a nod. Glancing at Steve from time to time.

“Also, the doll has nothing to do with Ishigami. It was left there by me when I chase after Steve.”

"Interesting theory but unfortunately for you. I beg to differ on that because I don't believe Ishigami was actually killed during A4 but was actually killed between A5-A6 and I have proof to back it up!"

Kaguya then brings out a piece of paper!

"Behold for I have the alibi of Ms Danni during the night so lets see what it says shall we?"

Kiryu sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose. Of course this had to come out at the worst time. He looks up at Miyuki, meeting his gaze.

"I know this may come as a shock, but Majima and I are...part of the Yakuza."

I started out in the Forest. I headed into viewing room A and then into Dining hall A. Then Kaguya tossed something into my eyes. And then something clonked my head and knocked me out.

I woke up near the end of Action 4, where I was in my room. I looked around and saw on my Pillow the words "Photo = Death" and was like hell no.

A5 I left the room where I saw Ken and Rinko, and Ken was trying to hit me over the head! But Rinko was holding him back, which I'm super thankful for. I told them about the cursed photo thing I saw and left into the living quarters.

A6 I layed down in the straw bed and heard an explosion! Then I saw two spooky ghosts, a young woman and man who looked like they were the same age. The woman was crying and holding the man. They were both bleeding. And then they just, disapeared, into the mist. Then Danni came in and the Phantom made his announcement.

Oh and my investigations! For the body, he was dead, with a slit throat and knife in his back, but that didn't look like the killing blow. He died of blood loss, and there was some dirt on him as well as his keycard and some blurry pictures. For the Central Platform there wasn't much. You can see every entrance from every part of the room which is cool. You can also see transport and when someone is on it. Dazai said he can see Kaguya on it while we were investigating.
