Game 98: Deadly 1 - It's the Caboose

Whether dragged, guided, or already there, 19 people show up in the operator room.



Ishigami, Majima, and Inugami are there first. Steve enters holding an assortment of papers and having a stained shirt and Blue is not long behind him. Danni enters with Hayasaka, whose shirt is also stained brown, and Neku who is holding an axe. Maddox, Kaguya, Chika, Rinko, and Miyuki are next, the last four sweating and shaking a bit. The next people are Nazai and Red, coming from the other side. Nazai's coat is torn and Red has a scrap of cloth on his head. Rinko with a slightly red cheek and a chuckling Neferpitou enter soon after. Neptune, covered a bit in flour and Kiryu come in from the same side of Rinko and Neferpitou. Lastly, a shaky and pale Laura enters, practically dragged by the wisps.

And one person is not all there.

{Katherines Body lies under the electrical table.}Tucked in the south east corner is the table, but so is the bottom half of a woman. The only one missing. Katherine has been cut in two.

The ghost who murdered Lance appears in the center of the room. "A sacrifice has been accepted, but the calls of the dead demand vengeance. We are not satisfied... find the culprit. And... if you fail... I require another sacrifice in addition with the one you think did it." It cackles to the group.

Investigations can now be submitted.

You have 2 tokens. To scan a room it's 1 token, to in-depth a room it's 2. There are 18 rooms and a body so choose wisely.


Please do not discuss your actions until trial.

Maddox walks up to Katherine’s body and kneels to make a prayer.

“May the blood moon guide your souls into the dark of the night. May you be sheltered with welcome and run free through the night.”

He then stood up and turns to the rest.

“I’ll do a thorough check in Dining Car A .”

He then walks off

Red watches Ken leave the Operator (Ghost) room.

Kaguya looked shocked at the scene and...



"Oh my...What a brutal horrible death... So someone did indeed offer a sacrifice..."



She then notices Neku holding an axe and she freaks out and hides behind Shirogane.

"Shirogane-kun protect me! There's some crazy axe guy in here! He's probably the one who killed this woman!"

Narrator: "MURDER ON THE PHANTOM TRAIN! Once again a murder had occurred and this one was quite horrifying. Being sliced in half it quite a brutal way to go. Kaguya was left horrified yet she felt a sense a relief that all her friends especially Shirogane made it out the night alive.

[Crow]

walking back into the room with an awkward look, Ken laughs nervously before In-depth investigating the crime scene.

[Evie The Bat]

Majima sees Kiryu and runs over to him

"So Kiryu-chan~. Looks like another murder to solve. I think I'll look at the Storage Room (Ghost) since that seems like a suspicious place. Isn't this exciting?~"

[Panda]

Neku looked at Kaguya

"You are so annoying"

He then will decide to in-depth Room 1.

[Ame]

Upon realising what gruesome scene awaited them, Hayasaka ran to Kaguya and covered her eyes.

"You should come with me. We are getting out of this room."

She begins walking to an exit, dragging Kaguya with her.

"I'm going to go look in the Kitchen. I'm going to go look around in some of the Rooms. What about you, Miss Shinomiya?"

[Misaki]

Kaguya is suddenly dragged off by Hayasaka.



"I think ill go investigate the Viewing Room (Ghost)..."

Kaguya then walks off and will in-depth Viewing Room (Ghost)

[Nazo S⸸aRo]

Neferpitou, looking very amused, walks towards the severed part of Katherine's body and looks at it. 

"Ooooh, is this how a human body looks from the inside?"

Neferpitou steals glances at the others, in between staring at the body, wagging their tail and twitching their ears while everyone is talking, murmuring "Nyow I understand" and such all the while.

They suddenly stood straight up with a serious expression.

"I'll go check out Room 6."

Neptune sneezes, and a cloud of flour poofs off of her. "Eh~? Sorry! Hey, what are you all looking at?"

She peeks out from behind the people in front of her, and...

"N...Not... again..."

She squeezes her eyes shut. 

"I feel... dizzy... I'm gonna go sit down..."

Neptune staggers off toward Room Hall B, where she'll also in-depth.

Shinomiya, I don't think he's wielding that for anything more than self-defense. If these strange ghosty-things are to be believed, you need to murder in secret to not suffer a gruesome death yourself.

Narrator: Is what Shirogane wants to say! But what he actually says is:

That's... he's... axe murder... secret... in half...
