"One and two are explorers and weaknesses respectively." Meloetta mutters, sitting next to Eevee and Mimkyu and feeling guilty now that the entire sloth family except the littlest one is here.

[Vaellin the Bard]

"Four is kill, six is chatot." Meloetta hums quietly. "Eight is soul, nine is hope, and ten is joy."

[Vaellin the Bard]

"Five is explorers and seven is survive..."

[Vulpix]

Chimecho looks shocked and delighted! But soon, her face grows more sullen. Her voice resonates through the spirits' minds once more:




"...Wigglytuff still has it inside the guild somewhere. If this madness is to stop, the Relic of Despair must be returned. It should be sealed away, far away from anyone! Oh, I wish there were something we could do..."

[crazynuto]

Emolga, after totally helping out in the puzzle, leaps to his feet!

"We can't just give up! I'm sure if we all work together, we can tell the living how to stop this! We need to find some way to destroy that Relic. Maybe chuck it in the ocean or something! Would it even be possible to bring back to Beach Cave if it corrupts those who are closest to it? Perhaps we can get them to smash it or something I dunno."

He looks pretty annoyed at his incorporeal form. If there was any time for smashing things it was now! Emolga takes a breath and sighs.

---

"Alright let's come up with a plan then. Here's what we know. The Relic is definitely in Monotuff's room. I tried to get in there way back when it was just me and Rayquaza, and I couldn't get through that evil aura that was blocking the door. So we need to get the living to do this. Still if Monotuff figures out our plan, he'll probably move the Relic somewhere even more secret, so we gotta be smart about this."

[Peregrine]

At a time which must be close to sunrise, Monotuff and Chatot make their way out of Treasure Town—alone.

[crazynuto]

Emolga can barely believe his eyes.

---

"Oh okay I didn't even come up with a plan yet. Uh....I guess we should give the living a sign or something."

---

He draws an arrow in the dirt next to the spellbook, to signify importance.

[crazynuto]

Emolga floats around, thinking aloud.

---

"I mean...I want them to leave but what about the Relic? Who's to say Monotuff won't capture more apprentices and repeat this cycle over and over again? We gotta tell them about it somehow!"

He draws another arrow to the door, signifying even more importance.

[Vaellin the Bard]

Meloetta leaves that part to Emolga, going to try and follow Monotuff and Chatot from earlier that morning. What were they up to?

[Peregrine]

Meloetta makes to follow Monotuff and Chatot as they leave to the east, when—

Bonk.

She steps right into an unseen barrier!


Meanwhile, Bidoof stares at the iron spike that fell out of the book. He suddenly winces, as if in pain.



"Urgh! My... my eye... it hurts!"

[Vaellin the Bard]

Meloetta returns to the group to see what is going on. "Cannot follow Monotuff or Chatot. Something's blocking us from entering. How goes things here?" They look at Bidoof and Emolga.

[Peregrine]

Bidoof looks up at Meloetta, panting.




"Huff... huff... I think... I remembered something."


He takes a moment to collect himself, rubbing his scarred eye momentarily.




"Have any of you seen... a Zigzagoon?"

[Peregrine]

Suddenly, a flash of light shines through the Spirit Realm like a beacon. It glows brightly from the Marowak Dojo, beckoning.

[Ame]

Having been one of the only spirit's not focused on the whole 'relic of despair', Rayquaza immediately spots that bright light and begins heading for it.

"Oi mates! I'm gonna go check whatever that was out, this could be trouble, so be ready for whatever it is, yeah?"

Rayquaza flies over to the Marowak Dojo, trying to find the source of the bright light.
