Game 95B | Trial 1 - The Music Made Them Lose Control

Flynn lets go of his pride. "Alright. Chimon, I'll show them that thing I do in the moonlight. But in exchange, you've gotta finish up the rest of your alibi and tell us what you found while we investigated the crime."

Chimon cries. “It’s beautiful. I will give you everything.”

[Evie The Bat]

Zane speaks up and says

"I guess I'll recount my night to see if it helps at all. I started my night with the Echidna mask.

A0-I was in the Aquarium. I saw the Clover mask go from the elevator to the staff room. Hyena came into the aquarium from the south and exited out the west. Lastly I saw Double A and Masquerade enter from the east and head south. I also decided to feed the fish since they looked hungry

A1-After a while Double A and Masquerade came back and left through the east. Hyena also ran from the VIP lounge to the stairs. I went to the museum next and saw Dingo leave the VIP lounge. I admired the art for a while ignoring Dingo.

A2-I do have a bit of a smoking habit so I tried to access the smoking area through the VIP lounge. My key card didnt work however as it wasnt Gold. I then went to teh library to read so i could relax.

A3-While I was reading I noted the time being 20:35 or 8:35 pm. There was a loud noise and Hyena came in with brownies. I did eat some which I now regret. I ran to the bathroom after around 20 minutes.

A4-After using the bathroom, I was attacked by hyena on my way out. I do not know exactly what happened but I do know it was not something I'd like to recount in detail and I lost my mask afterward.

A5-I managed to escape and hid in my room to really think about what the hell happened.

A6-I was in my cabin when I heard the announcement to stay in our cabins. My curiosity got the better of me and I went to the Main Hall and saw Cobra's body.

As for my investigation, I checked out the stage and backstage. The stage looked recently used and the lights were still hot. There was a hole in the stage where a light had fallen. There was what appeared to be a marking as to where it landed. Backstage I found a toolbox, cordless power drill, a roll of cables and wires and some nuts and bolts. Under the toolbox I found a green keycard that was snapped in half."

Alec looked at everyone

"I searched the storage and found a baton missing, some chalk is missing. There is also a cordless power drill, a roll of cables & wires, a toolbox, and a meat cleaver."

[Ktoasty]

”Thanks, Magnus, Alec, and all of the guests for joining in on this case. With everyone’s help, I think we solved a mystery of the identity one chaotic Hyena.”

Flynn points to the shining bald head in their group. ”Onus. You’re the one that gave Jirio food poisoning and attacked Dr. Zane, aren’t you? No other civilian could have worn that Hyena mask tonight.”

[Hoody]

“I just remembered something, remember what I said, about someone changing clothes or cleaning their clothes to get rid of blood. Well, after the body was found, I found Kou in his Cabin, where he is able to change clothes. I know the announcement said to go to your cabin, but it still strikes me as odd, as someone who seems to have extremely curiosity, at least when you asked me all those questions on the first day, would not check out what was going on.”

“Wait I forgot. It was Husky on stage end of [A3], NOT HYENA. My b, teehee.”

"I took the chalk from the Storage during the day. Just to let you know".

Sayaka looks at Flynn.

“I...believe you're right, it could be Hyena who planned this all out. However, I find it strange about the meat cleaver..don’t those leave blunt marks on your body rather than gashes?”

She then turns to (whoever Mao is playing)

“I..I am no killer! You..you invaded my privacy how could you!”

[Ktoasty]

Flynn thinks of the masks for a while. Then he asks the head. ”Captain H, we need to know about the masks. An extra Kookaburra and Biker mask appeared at odd points in the night. Where are the masks stored on the ship, and who can access them?”

Action 5: "I was in the Main Hall keeping watch of room after an incident occurred in the stage and investigated the Stage along with Double A whom I believe is Chimon. As I was searching around, I saw Cobra who claims they are going to the bathroom though I paid no mind. I heard them walking away and then I also heard running. It was at that moment that the lights suddenly went off and the running stopped. I then heard scream from someone who was probably Cobra and then heard a clang of metal which was probably the meat cleaver dropping to the floor and the sound of a body hitting the floor. As the lights flickered back on, that is when I saw Cobra lying on the floor with a large gash on his chest and bleeding. Chimon and Alec were also at the scene and they tried to save Cobra but at that point, it was already too late..." 

Zane rubs his forehead before asking Natasha

"Wait so...you saw Chimon and Alec there with you once the lights came back on. You also heard running, the sound of the attack, the body hitting the floor and the cleaver hitting the floor. The thing that confuses me is that there wasnt the sound of the culprit running away. Meaning...wouldnt the most likely answer be that the prime suspects would be one of you three?"

[Ame]

The Captain turns to look at Flynn

"The Staff Masks are kept in the Security Room, and the Civilian Masks are kept in Storage, I suppose I should admit I was in the Security Room from about 18:20 to 21:50, only leaving once to go to the Nurse's Office. Only 2 people came during that time, that being Dali, and later Biker, who came with me to the Main Hall."

"Well to clarify. I heard a clanging of metal sound as the body hit the floor. The metal sound I deduced was probably the sound of the meat cleaver hitting the floor. I think the killer wanted to dispose the weapon quickly and didn't want to be seen with it.

"Anyway. I go ahead and share the rest of my alibi."

A0: "I started in the Captain's Room and had a small chat. The room had monitors showing footage of all rooms in the ship. Suddenly on one of monitors showing the Dining Hall, we saw someone in a Kookaburra mask attack someone in a Biker mask which determined to be Flynn."

A1: "I immediately rushed over to the Dining Hall. While as I passed the Casino, I saw someone in a Tragedy mask keeping an eye on someone in a Kookaburra mask who then went into the elevator. I didn't pursue them cuz my priority was to make sure Flynn was okay. When I arrived at the Dining Hall. I went over to check up on Biker/Flynn and they were okay but unconsious. When they woke up, I questioned them and told me that they were attacked by Kookaburra and was also wearing their clothes and that their keycard was stolen. Awhile later, Balaclava came in who turned out to be Chimon. We spoke for a bit."

A2: "I told Flynn and Chimon that I was gonna look for Kookaburra while I told Chimon to take Flynn to the Infirmary, After we spoke, I went to Catering where I grabbed a knife for defensive purposes. Then I went to the Casino where I met up with the Flynn and Chimon and we all headed down into the elevator towards the Maintenance Deck. Once there, I headed towards the Storage Room where I think Kookaburra must have went to. I didn't find anyone inside so I went and looked for a baton for defensive purposes."

A3: "I decided to search around the whole Maintenance Deck for the attacker searching rooms in this order: Boxes > Kitchen > Staff Lounge > Janitor > Laundry > Cellar > Freezer > Nurse's Office.
At the Boxes, I grabbed a few pairs of handcuffs. When I went to the Kitchen, I saw Hyena with some brownies, I told them off for using staff utilities and left them with a warning. At the staff lounge, I noticed a half drunk bottle of Bourbon though I paid no mind to it. At the Cellar, I noticed that some Bourbon was missing. I eventually returned to the Staff Lounge to think of my next move."

A4: "I then decided to search around the Staff Deck, an area off limits to passengers. When I got into the elevator, I saw Duke get off the elevator and Tragedy who remained on it. I got into the elevator with them and went up. We stopped at the Casino where Tragedy got off the elevator while I continued up the to Staff Deck. Once I got to the Staff Room, I searched around the rooms but didn't find the attacker. I ended up in the Security Room where I saw someone in a Dali mask. We spoke for a bit and then suddenly we heard a crashing sound coming from one of the security monitors overlooking the Main Hall and looked over and saw something had fallen in the Main Hall. We both rushed over to the Main Hall to see what was going on and when we got there, we saw a chaotic scene... Chimon, Magnus, Akise, Alec, Ace, Tody, Sayaka, Maya and the Captain were gathered at the scene. Sayaka was on the stage holding an unconsious Maya. There was also a large hole on the stage where the lights had crashed into. I asked Sayaka what happened and she told me that the pyrotechnics came on and the lights suddenly came down onto the stage during the performance and nearly killed Maya. I tried to keep the situation under the control."

"I've already given my account of A5 so I will give my A6."

A6: "I contacted the nurse about the victim and told them to get back here asap and sure enough they return wearing a Biker mask and they saw the body. They apparently had an idea so they rushed out of the room again. We then heard the announcement from the Captain about the incident and I gathered everyone to the Main Hall."

Natasha then turned to Zane



"I can confirm that Alec, Chimon and Myself were at the scene when the attack happened which means one of us could be the killer. That said. I think there's only one person who could have done this..."

She then turns to Chimon with a stern look on her face.



"You've been acting pretty suspicious and have been hesitant in giving your full alibi. Not to mention that you were the only one who knew how to operate the lights in the Main Hall and the Stage. Perhaps you were the one who switched off the lights in the room so you could commit the murder without being seen. Care to defend yourself?"

[Evie The Bat]

Zane looks at the captain and asks

"What do mean Security Office? I didnt see a Security Office on the map."

[Ame]

Evie The Bat said:

"What do mean Security Office? I didnt see a Security Office on the map."

The Captain let out a sigh

"I was hoping to not have to answer this, but there are extra floors on the ship. As they are staff only floors, we are not required to show you them by law. It would a hassle if people tried to visit floors they shouldn't. I hope you understand."
