It’s been two weeks since your ship took off from Europa towards the distant outpost, Station C-832, in an uninhabited star system far away from civilization. You’ve all gotten to know each other during this short time and the completion of your mission is nigh, which means you are all about to be paid handsomely for your effort. It seems… a little too easy, though, doesn’t it?
As soon as you make it to the station’s proximity, located on a vast desert landmass with no signs of life anywhere near you, you notice something is off. There are no transmissions coming out of the station and no one seems to answer your request to land. Your incredibly wise and seasoned Captain Qwark makes the executive decision to park close to the station and continue your mission on foot. The readings outside indicate the air is breathable.
You approach the station in a triangle formation, your Captain in the lead, followed by Lieutenant Link and Pilot Loderon. In the middle, the prisoner is closely guarded by Agent Spiegel and Security Guard Antoine, and the rest of you cover their both sides and back. Once you’re close enough, you see that the station’s Hangar Bay’s gates are open, not wide enough for your ship to pass through, but still possible for your group to walk in without any trouble. When you get inside, you are greeted by the vast entrance and… darkness?
Huh, it seems the power is off. No one seems to have come to greet you either. It’s just you and the shuttles, the vehicles and the mechas, that this massive octagon-shaped hall houses. You see doors in the west, the north and the east, and… something further away near the northeastern wall. You all look at each other, taking caution as you begin to investigate the station and look for the client to whom you’re supposed to deliver the prisoner.
What will you do first?
