"Wow! I didn't see that one coming, kuma! I was sure I'd get to punish way more of you! What a shame."

"Yup, Cedric drowned Ned in a male bathroom toilet as soon as the Killing Period began, after he dropped his Duobook in, and he reached in to grab it. What a silly death that was!"

"At the same time, Kyle and Karen were subduing Battler in Amaya's Dorm! They injected him with a clear anesthetic."

"Later, around 20:15, Karen came back, and re-injected him in almost the exact same spot with air, causing a heart attack!"

"But she wasn't done. When she went to the Trash Room with her twin to melt their guns, she slit his throat in the incinerator! She used one of the zip ties they hadn't already to stop the blood flow, allowing her to move the body. Of course, when she rushed to the storage cabinet, some of the blood got on the floor."


"Meanwhile, Cedric was trying to not only convince people Ned was still alive, but also that he was missing; when in reality, Ned was dead and on Cedric's person almost the entire time. When Cedric arrived alone at the Pool, he threw Ned in the moat. Then, he went to explore the room, to build a solid alibi for himself..."

"When he stumbled upon Kyle's body! And you all know the rest."


"Well, anyway. You can all have a few more minutes together, because now that you went and got it all right, I have to prepare a new execution! Say your goodbyes!"

With extended survival confirmation delivered, Seven couldn't help but perk up a tiny bit. Strands of her hair, excited by the results, formed a short message.

Karen smiles. It doesn't matter too much.

"Good job everyone. Although, if not for the retrial, I would have gotten away with both murders. You should be more careful next time."

With that, she crosses her arms and turns to Duokuma.

"All right, bear. I am ready now. Let us get it over with."

Amaya looks away from Karen, the people who she hunged out with during the first night...they were nice...yet this happened

“Why did you do that!” She shouted are Karen

Karen turns to Amaya. "Does it matter? I am about to die anyway."

Amaya stares at Karen

“You were...so full of hope! You..were...” tears forms a little in her eyes

Todd struggles to look at Karen after the results. He though he could trust her, but... "So I was right. We were brought here because any of us would kill. Who can you trust now?"

He stands beside Judy, mostly saying this to her even though he speaks aloud. Will they get rescued before the execution? Or will two more people die right now?

Karen sighs. "I liked you, Amaya. I am sorry it turned out this way. If... if you truly would like to know why I did this...

My plan from the start was to kill Kyle. Battler was... collateral damage, as I needed an excuse to go into the weapons room without Kyle getting suspicious. He should not have died, and for that I am sorry. But Kyle... my brother..." She closes her eyes. "...I loved Kyle. Truly. But he has become an entirely different person. The Kyle I knew when we were children was kind... and somehow, as the years passed, he grew into something... else."

She pauses, clears her throat.

"Would you like to know the story of how I lost my hearing? It was Kyle. He snuck up on me and played music at a deafening volume right into my ears. Why? Because he could, and because he wanted to see what would happen. Kyle was... a monster. A psychopath. He was barely human. And I felt it was my responsibility, as his big sister, to fix things."

"So... Both duo pairing decided to kill their partner, huh? And here I thought being in a pair would make you feel safer."

He sighed to himself.

Amaya stares at Karen shaking her head. After listening to this she could somehow...understand the feeling, it was something deep in her memory, one she would have wished she’d forget.

Amaya then took a step towards Karen...and hugged her tightly

“I am sure...in another life...this would’ve been different...no killing nor anything of violence. Let Druandia be your guide in the after life.”

Amaya then placed a purple flower onto Karen’s hair and smile through her tears.
“I bid thee adieu, my...friend..”

Karen looks genuinely surprised by Amaya's response. "I... th-thank you... Amaya."

She brushes the purple flower with her fingertips, looking unsure for the first time since the trial started. She then takes a deep, shaky breath, and turns to Duokuma once more, at peace.

"All right. I am ready."

Fir the first time in, maybe ever, Dio was speechless. He pulled his hat over his eyes for a moment while he composed himself.
He had done some no, many things in his life that were inarguable pure evil, but this was not something he could comprehend. He pulled his hat over his eyes and stood   motionless trying to wrap his head around what happened before he finally spoke up, in an uncharacteristically quiet tone

” Your own brother... You say he was a monster, but maybe what you were looking at, was your own reflection on his face.”

 He just shook his head slightly. It was done and nothing anyone said could have possibly change the outcome. Besides, he was forgetting the most important fact here; he had avoided death a second time. The only thing now was to ficus on how he’d do it a third time.

{Execution: Gladatorial Combat}Karen and Cedric are dragged out of the Trial Room by their necks.


They each find themselves in a separate end of a roman-style arena. Each of them have a weapon rack on their respective side.


On Cedric's side is a large arrangement of pirate hooks; though it's not just hooks, there are also swords, hammers, shield, axes, and the like, all for an amputated hand.


On Karen's side is a Remington Model 700 Bolt-Action Rifle.


Karen picks up the Remington Model 700 Bolt-Action Rifle, lines up her sight, and fires upon Cedric in about 4 seconds. Boom. Headshot.


But what's this?


Someone the group has never seen before with purplish hair, carrying a knife, is sneaking up on Karen, still looking through her scope! Oh, no, Karen! Can't you hear the running behind you! Watch out! Don't get stabbed by the loudly moving person right there oh Kuma! they're right behind you why can't you hear us-


Oh yeah right she's deaf. Probably a side effect of her gayness.


Karen gets stabbed in the back; and the screen displaying the sight cuts out.

Todd felt sick having to watch the entire execution, but the mysterious person catches his attention. He only remembers how to speak long after the screen blacks out. "Was that... the mastermind?"
