The first thing, that most people notice upon entering the Trolley Way, is that the trolley cars are now running much faster than before, in the opposite direction. A car docks, and departs, roughly every half-minute.
Upon reaching the Pool Room trolley platform, arrivals are greeted by Duokuma. He tells them to get off, and then turn around, and look into the water.
At the bottom of the electrified 'moat' water, is a small, beige shape.
...No, that's not just a shape. That's Ned, the Ultimate Puppet, at the bottom of the moat.
With each reaction at the dead puppet, Duokuma laughs, and then tells the person to go inside the Pool Room.
This room is normal, though, isn't i-
...Oh.
Walking to the alcove of the room, with the storage cabinet, tells a different story.
The deceased body of Kyle Rosenthal lies on the floor, just outside the open cabinet.
His throat has been slit; a zip tie has been wrapped around his neck just underneath. His clothes are bloody, but otherwise clean, and whole.
Two? Why are there two dead people? You didn't need to kill two to leave! Is someone among you really just a monster?
Slowly, the room fills up. All 15 of you are gathered together.
Before, of course, someone realizes that there shouldn't only be 15 of you.
Time for a headcount. Mr. Watoshi, Miles, Kyoko, Karen, Amaya, Seven, Judy, Todd, Cedric, Tyler, Suzume, Nao, Akira, Ayano, and Dio.
...Who are we missing?

{Pool Room Description}Exiting the trolley via a much smaller Trolley Platform leaves you standing at a sliding door; opening it reveals the Pool Room.
The Pool Room is a large open area with a wooden floor. In the middle is of course, a pool. It has steps leading down into a shallower end at the east side, and descends down into a much deeper area towards the west. It is filled with water, as expected.
Also in the room are 6 blue plastic chairs on the north wall, 6 blue lounge chairs on the west wall, a tower with diving board at the west end of the pool, and a storage container in an alcove in the north wall. The door to the Locker Room is in the south wall.
