It’s been a perfectly normal day here at St. Leshawna’s Hospital, wouldn’t you say? Absolutely no bullying or strange occurrences, and definitely no murder -- right?
Huh? What’s that? Ultimate Michael?
Oh right.
In one of the imaging rooms of the radiology ward, Ultimate Michael -- or rather, what’s left of him -- is lying dead in the fMRI machine. There’s blood everywhere, dripping into a puddle beneath him.
He will never beat the Death Road of Despair™ now.
Truth Bullets:
State of the Body: Ultimate Michael’s body is in the fMRI machine. His chest has been sliced open and his heart seems to be missing. There are bite marks all over his chest. Blood is oozing from his head from countless small holes, and magnets seem to have embedded themselves in his skull.
State of the Imaging Room: There is blood splattered all across the walls with demonic sigils and pentagrams drawn underneath. Surgical tools and an empty blood bag lie on the floor. On the wall above the fMRI machine, the name ‘ALU’ is written in blood. The room is lit by candles.
State of the Emergency Ward: There are the remains of ripped-up photographs left in the Emergency Ward. It looks like… photos of a young blonde girl? There is also a clean scalpel left with the pieces.
State of the Surgery Ward: It looks like the entirety of the hospital’s medical marijuana stash was set on fire here to feed into the ventilation system. That would explain the weird feeling and the fog from earlier.
Broken Caution Tape: The caution tape that had been blocking off both entrances of the surgery ward has been broken from both sides.
Blood Samples: Ultimate Michael’s blood samples are negative for the virus.
Female Staff Bathroom: Scrubs, surgical cap, a gas mask and gloves covered in blood were found in the female staff bathroom.
Blackmail Letter: “hiyokoooo bby met me in ER word at like,,, A3 or esle !!!”
Unfinished game of Death Road of Despair™: Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony was left open on the TV in the leisure room. It seems that someone was playing the Death Road of Despair™ but was not able to beat it.
Coffee: There is a pot of coffee in the staff break room. Akira claims to have made it. The coffee is absolutely delicious, as if she picked the coffee beans herself... but maybe that's just the weed talking.

Occult Book: An occult book describing the conjuration of demon Alu was found in the surgery ward. It details a ritual, which allows one to steal the victim’s health by cannibalizing their heart while invoking Alu. The book also contains the following depiction of the demon and a quick blood ritual to summon them to answer any questions, but the demon is known to lie.
