But by attempting to blame Vinicius, you're doing something awfully ignorant. I would use Vinicius's PM as proof, but since he's the one under scrutiny, I'll also use Lloyd Banning's PMs.
First of all, the fact that two glasses were untouched does, in a way, back up Vinicius's PM. But further than that, it's the evidence that Lloyd uncovered. The bloody handprint. It was smaller than Lloyd's own handprint.
Now, that being said, Lloyd looks like a pretty damn small dude. But in any case, Lloyd's inference does still seem to hold up. Since we know that the handprint is smaller than Lloyd's, and that Lloyd looks pretty small, we can assume, not to be sexist or anything, that the handprint came from one of the females. Right away, that narrows the list down to five: Kuroyukihime, Sinistercrabs, Jurie, Siren, and you. Now, we've proven Sinister's innocence and Siren's innocence like twelve times over. Sinister's more than Siren's. Jurie knew something, specifically the fact that she witnessed Kuroyukihime leaving her room and all that, which also makes her innocent.
That, once again, leaves you and Kuroyukihime. And we have many more reasons to suspect you than to suspect Kuroyukihime. Also, the evidence points a little away from her, and towards you. The fact that you left the room just to take a pill could be a cover story. It was obvious that something was wrong with you, so why not just say what was wrong and then take the pill in front of others?
Not to mention that you have no witnesses that you stepped out to take the pill, other than yourself. Also, I would like to play my trump card... But that's just something I want to do after I break through all of the other things you have to say.
Of course, we can't just say that Kuroyukihime is 100% innocent. There's very little to actually back it up. But you are the more likely suspect, and there's absolutely nothing to back you up.
EDIT: Also, on the topic of Vinicius... The kitchen locks at night, and there is proof that the drinks were not poisoned until right before Hero gave his speech.
