Trial #2: The Darkness Slowly Rises.

Because I just want to list this information it won't be in RP style, you may have all this info already but just in case a little bit is missing here you go:

Crime Scene (Balcony Room + Outside): The Balcony Room is in a mess, the couch has been pushed over, the place seems to have be trashed really badly. You see a piece of cloth on the floor near the couch, tables and chairs has been broken. The glass window from floor-to-ceiling has been smash to bits, probably from the body being smash out of it. As you descent down to the Castle Outer Wall, you look around the body and noticed that there’s glass pieces under the body and a a shot putt was next to it, bloodied.

Body: The body you can see that it is laying in a broken position. All the limbs and joints are broken and most of the bones in his body was broken from the fall. You check his head and noticed a deep indent and a minuscule wound on his neck. You turn him around and his eyes is still open and mouth is as well. The body splat has created a pool of blood around him and glass shards are embedded on his body.

The cloth is white.
The sign of struggles are evident.
Yes it does the wound matches the shot putt.

No marks on the furniture but the chairs are broken.
And some of the couch has a small torn scratch.

Some drag marks on the floor.

It was caused by furniture movement.

Nothing else strange with body.

EDIT: My Alibi:

Action 1: Infirmary with Ayumi - I took a pen.
Action 2: I went to the computer Lab and saw Naoya.
Action 3: Storage, I was bored of this holiday and took some weird parts to concoct a toy in the smithy.
Action 4:P Smithy, I saw Julie - wondering around and looking anxious.
Action 5: I went back to the computer Lab, on the way there I bumped into Yuri who was being her strange self as usual but this time no one was in the computer lab.
Action 6: Went to the office, Emi, Naoya and Joe Takaki were all in the room. Well I can't figure out if Naoya left when I arrived as I took his seat, but who knows. I wasn't focused. That's me as per usual. But seeing as the body was found at this time I'm pretty sure we can write off Emi and Naoya as only Joe arrived in the room after me.

Did anyone see the deceased during there day? At all?

"Considering how the syringe and needle had been discarded during the first three hours of the evening, the timeline for this murder appears to be infirmary for the first hour, with Chuck... possibly in the kitchen for the second hour, and in the smithy for the third hour. However, the only two individuals in the infirmary for the first hour had been seen elsewhere during the latter two, so the items in the smithy and needle wound itself may be a red herring that had simply been discarded to throw off the murder time."

"Did the ones who checked the body find any signs of Chuck being drugged? Gypsum may have taken what was intended for Chuck if he didn't just fall asleep in the kitchen on a whim. We also need the ones who checked the kitchen to speak up about what they found."

"Alternately, Chuck may have been knocked out through other methods in the kitchen during the first hour and dragged to the infirmary for the second. This would allow the needle and syringe to be in the smithy during the third. Then they grabbed the shot putt on the fourth and murdered Chuck on the fifth."

"T-Then..w-what about the condition of the room...in the Balcony...Room...?" Julie asked

"Well I believe the killer must have went to the Gym during action 1 to grab the shot putt, took the syringe and bottle of sleeping medicine from the Infirmary during action 2, Killed chuck during action 3 and then went to smithy some point after to dispose of the the syringe and sleeping medicine."

Ayumi then turns to everyone else.

"To those who haven't shared their alibis yet. Pls speak up now."

"I apologize for speaking so late. I must have been in a daze from all these terrible happenings...

The majority of the night I spent sleeping in my room ((1-4)). I woke and left to the 1st Floor Main Hallway outside my room for a brief moment ((5)), and then went to the Entrance Gate to observe the night sky ((6)). The weather was rather awful.

I did not come across anyone last night, unfortunately."

"(1) I stayed in my room first.
(2) Then I went to the Storage to grab some glue and wallpaper. I saw Ayumi grabbing some items, including a lockpick!
(3) I headed into the Office and glued myself behind the wallpaper, perfectly hiding myself from sight! No one would've found me if it weren't for the fact I had to sleep in my dorm.
(4) I stayed there and saw Ayumi and Yuna enter! They must be so surprised, knowing I was there all along.
(5) While behind the wallpaper, I noticed Yuna, Leio, John, Penni and Naoya all enter! It was so crowded!
(6) Finally, I miiiight have fallen asleep for a few minutes. But not before I saw Noaya, Miya and Joe in the room with me!
When I woke up, I freed myself and returned to my dorm to sleep for realz."

1: Went to library and found a book that I suspect is plot. John was here with me

2: Stayed in Library alone and read "A Christmas Carol"

3: Checked out computer lab. Naoya and Penni are here with me. Penni was looking at plot documents

4: Went to the office. Emi and Ayumi are here. I grabbed a random book. Emi is stuck to wall. Ayumi is looking at photos

5: Leio, John, Naoya, and Penni are now here with us in the office. I got more plot from the book I picked up.

6: Went to storage alone, saw that stuff got taken. People came here during the night.)

"Considering how tight of a schedule the murderer would have had to run, with every move turning out as planned... perhaps they were not alone in their endeavors. It would certainly free up a lot of their time... This would throw the timeline out the window though..."

"I've said some of my whereabouts already," Penni raises her hands up.

"As for the rest of my night,

[3] I collected some more items from the Computer Lab, while Naoya was staring off at one of the computers in the front, and Yuna was looking around.

[4] Then I went to the Female Dorms to unpack everything I was carrying. I didn't see anyone in my dorm room, thank goodness.

[5] Lastly, I was part of that Office mumbo-jumbo with Naoya, Emi, Leio, Yuna, and John."

"I guess I should mention that when I was in the Infirmary the first time last night [2], I saw Chuck there, walking over to the cabinet."

[Misaki]

"Alright. Based on the alibis presented so far. I could say with certainty that the only people who went to the Infirmary during the previous night are Penni, Chuck, Julie, Yuri, Miya and myself. This means one of them could be the killer or possible accomplice and grabbed the syringe and bottle of sleeping medicine."

[Kuroneko]

"Julie, did you notice anything in the smithy when you went by?"

"Were there any traces of metal shaving or other smithy related materials on Chuck's clothing?"

I am very tired but I seem to have some info that might help? My alibi isn't useful.

The place are missing a sewing kit, metal wires, rolls of cloth, conductive foil and fuel, ropes, mask and explosive powder). You then decided to check what has been taken and you notice fuel, lockpicks, some steel marbles, a can of glue and wallpapers, BBQ lighter, screwdriver, duct tape, bag, tape, Q-tips, pen, scissors, and glue and a camera, masks, preserved foods, a metal detector. Some clothes and tin foils.

"But could it be possible that the reason Chuck went to the cabinet in the Infirmary [2] was to get the sleeping medication for himself? I'd imagine someone must have grabbed it early during the night, if it wound up at the Smithy at some point later during the night."


"Maybe it was stolen from him, or someone asked him to get the medicine. Chuck, being the nice guy, would have totally went and brought the medicine for whoever asked."

"So then it would be a matter of who Chuck was talking to during the beginning of the night [1], because if Chuck got the medicine and other supplies himself, the killer may have never needed to step foot in the Infirmary."

Penni pauses.

"Of course, that's assuming that the puncture on his neck is from a syringe from the Infirmary, which I gather you're saying?

"I just realized that I may have mixed up a bit and thus shorted the time frame for when the needle and syringe were thrown in the forge. It may have happened during the first four hours of the evening, so there is another hour for when it may have happened."

"I do have suspicions that Chuck could have been an 'unwitting' accomplice and was asked by someone to get the syringe and sleeping medicine from the Infirmary and then were instructed to meet at the Balcony after where he was murdered. The killer then took the syringe and sleeping medicine from Chuck and set it up to make it look like they were used in the murder and then disposed of them in the smithy afterwards. If this was the case then the killer had to have met Chuck during action 1, grabbed the shot putt from Gym during action 2 and then killed Chuck sometime after action 2. Personally I believe the murder had been done during action 3 while the disposal of the syringe and sleeping medicine was done around action 4-6."
