-Built in the midst of rapid city expansion, the city of Tsuki welcomes you to their brand new, state of the art tech school. Made for the most gifted of students who wish to excel in the world of new possibilities. Tsuki has wondrous state of the arts facilities for a wide range of digital progresses. Do you have what it takes to enroll? 

It seems sketchy to you. A new school being built without so much as advertisement in the papers, almost out of nowhere in a city nobody had heard of. But... It grasps your attention. A foreign girl appears on screen, her features too pale, too peculiar.

"Does it seem too good to be true, perhaps?"

The strange girl outstretches her arms towards the camera, a haunting smile on her features.

"What if I promised you could ditch your old fashioned ways of novella, of books... for touch, for sight? Join me in the world of 2004, where keys will be your best friend, and the other side of the screen welcomes unlimited possibilities."

The screen introduces her as Ura Ai, the daughter of the schools founder. But something seems off. She's manufactured, she's fake. Just when you think it's all over and go to change the channel the camera pauses and the girls facade faults. Her gaze shoots into the camera dead on... is she looking straight at you?

"...We offer a selection of new and innovative courses, such as interactive detective cases, competitive coding extravaganza's and even a digital interactive compass bearings and directions challenge. We beg you, no.. I beg you, as a backer of our new advance, to join us. Our future is at st-"

Yes, sorta! It will be based around class 3-3 and class 3-2, as that gives more class opportunities and spaced NPC interaction.

Ohno "died" last year in the original school, however I do plan to bring back old characters, and the Tech Academy in located far away from the previous games located... However, who knows... Ohno, or any of the old characters for that matter, could work in Tsuki city or attend the nearby university that is integral to the plot. Death can always be faked when people just want... to escape.

I'm glad you asked, the concept with NPC's is basically identical... with a few new added features. Quests to unlock backstory and songs will be included, however there will be a feature introduced known as 'Dud NPC'.

This is basically an NPC introduced in order to give meaningless prizes and no theme songs, which means you'll have to actual pay attention to the NPC interactions or else you might lead your class (3-3 or 3-2) one step closer to a bad ending.

NPC's will still have set positions on the map however there will also be a new way to get NPC backstories and songs, which is through roleplaying in threads and achieving relationship points! More details on this however will be examined in detail in a further sneak peak update.

We have much to talk about! Which spunky chicks are going to fight for survival amidst your class of curses and disaster? Which girls are you going to grow close to, and eventually going to have to save for the betterment of Tsuki- for your own benefit? Which girls just wanted to spend their final year at a brilliant school, but got roped into the madness and falsities that Tsuki provides? 

All your curious little questions about these ladies, plus a few other bonus ones, will be answered below! Let's look at our selection of class 3-3 and 3-2 lasses, shall we?

3-3 GIRLS

  

URA AI,

a 17 year old third year who prides herself on her families name and her riches. She has the mindset of 'if it happened before, why should it matter now?", and puts her past behind her every step of the way. She has an intense fascination for the future and what it can hold, and literally worships the ground the school sits on. Ai is very close to Ranna from class 3-2.

DAISY LEE,

a 17 year old third year who was briefly was raised in England before moving to Japan with her aunt when she was four. Daisy has an intent interest in tarot cards and astrology, and often uses these topics as a way to build and form conversations- she uses the to tell the future, to tell aspects of peoples personalities... it really helps Daisy and her awkward, aloof personality.

HYUGA CHIDORI,

an 18 year old third year who's attended the school in hopes of learning how to create robotics to benefit humans with missing limbs... or eyes. She has an incredibly serious persona that she attempts to put on as she's earnestly intent on learning, however that can easily break and showcase an easily flustered lil' mechanic fiddler.

3-2 GIRLS
  

RANNA (n/a),

a 16 year old aerodynamics expert who longs to create flying... everything. A flying toaster, a flying car? She's all for it. Perhaps she's a tad obsessed with flight, and the concept of being free, but who can blame this kind-hearted purple dork. Ranna, despite her ideals, is very secretive about the rest of her life that doesn't involve flying- the one person who knows her past this obsession is Ai from 3-3.

SHIRAHATA SUZU,
a 17 year old who transferred from some place super far away. When asked Suzu get's quiet and only explains she wanted a change. She speaks with excessive enthusiasm yet it seems obviously fake, she has an intensive interest in the social lives of everybody around her and longs to have the same thing herself, if only people didn't find her enthusiasm and her strange dialect annoying...

MEISAJI TUI,

an 18 year old bland looking student who's the student leader of the newfound detective program within the academy. Her father's a teacher in the school however it seems she utterly despises his presence. Tui is very cold and indifferent towards most people, however it's speculated this is due to her intensive interest in mysteries- does she want somebody to figure her out?

No, unfortunately the third year returnees are not teachers. Tea overlord was great but she was only a helper teacher, and decided after such a small turnout that she wanted to start her own tea empire- she works in Tsuki city in a corporate office now, manufacturing and working on brandishing her own tea company. The others... well... Perhaps you'll see them again?

Well, a main plot point in regards to Daisy and a lot of the quests will rely on zodiacs! The setting for this another will be set in weeks rather than days, so it's more realistic, and as such perhaps birthdays could be intertwined somewhere in there... Who knows, maybe treating a character on their birthday could lead to a theme or a clue?

Naturally, I cannot control user-user interaction outside of the game in regards to talk and such, however with the two class focal setup rather than one I hope the separation between users and focus on npc-player rather than player-player interaction works in their favour- I will however keep a keen eye on how players behave in regards to quests and their interactions, as some are rather easy. If the quests and interactions are, say, purposefully failed numerous times and obviously, well, i'll have a lil' chat to the player and if they keep mucking up... It's bye-bye. If caught in doing such things, a dead student will be instantly removed from the game, with the other dead student as backup, as will the person... or people, that have been told. Mass NPC's are an easy replacement.

Also in regards to the two class set-up, it's done in hopes that we get more sign-ups this time- and if there's 8-9 to every class, there can be two designated dead students to find, with much more room for clue finding and ruining- and two deaths a week.

The returnee's from last games 3rd class have been decided based on their character personalities and relevance to the new plot, so it's not random nor is it based on players characters to make things fair and more interesting. However, nothing is set in stone! If I do see development by a player or somebody fro the previous game i might just bring back one of their favorites from last game as a thank you!

About the zodiac's, I plan on there being questions that each user who signs up has to answer in order for their zodiac's to be determined, it'll also aid in deciding NPC pairings or special events- so answer like your character would!

DORMITORIES:

All students in Tsuki Tech will reside in on-campus dormitories- as the academy wishes to promote a communal and coefficent living experience for the children to help them get used to the concept of living alone. A chef is hired to cook dormitory dinners and family are allowed to visit once a week on a saturday. There's a chapel located in the lower levels of the dormitories as well as a bathhouse and a sauna. the lower level houses the first year students. The second level houses the second year students, as well as a large game room, school store and arcade room, there's also a smaller tutor room and a therapy room. to the top-most level is where the third years reside, a fall from the windows will hurt like hell, probably kill you. there's a large open star-viewing room made out of glass along with the majority of the club rooms, little library garden cove and robot laboratories.

Ground Floor: First year dorms, cafeteria, bathhouse, sauna, visitor lounge.

First Floor: Second year dorms, game room, scoot necessities store, arcade room, teacher dorms.

Second Floor: Third year dorms, star-viewing room, club rooms, robot laboratories, library.

MYSTERY OF 2002:

Two years prior to the setting a mass middle school slaughter took place in the city, killing 12 students as well as the perpetrator. However there's a plentiful mass of rumors about how it truly happened. the new headmaster of tsuki tech has been linked to allegations regarding this incident, however has gotten away from them scotch free. 

following the highly publicized journalistic account published at the end of 2003 by a former highschool student who goes by the acronym 'N' the killing at this middle school may be correlated with a number of other school murders around the country- some that nobody dares to remember. A research club banded together by Tsuki Tech's elite third years aims to research this account further and get to the bottom of this mayhem.
