Game 82 A Trial 1: The Bloody Trail

(alu's lazy and won't make post, so here's his stuff)

Erika takes out her roll of duct tape.

"Very well. Enough alibis have been made for me to state mine."
"No one has mentioned to have entered the rooms I taped, so I suppose it is alright."

"Hmm... let's see..."
"A1 I was in the storage. I took some duct tape and a fake kunai."
"As I worshipped my duct tape, I noticed Sayo- san and Jotaro-san were with me. The two of them grabbed some stuff, the shameless thieves."
"After that I saw Sayo-san apply a lot sunscreen all over her body for most likely lewd reasons, and also saw Jotaro-san holding up a big wooden shield."

"Next, in A2, I went to the infirmary. I was all alone."
"Looking around the room, I could tell some items were missing, among them a very obvious spot a compact defibrillator would be."

"A3, when I was out the infirmary, I put some duct tape on the door and left to the Tunnel Tank. I had a building to investigate, after all."
"In there, Shinobu-san and Rem-san joined me, and we just walked for a bit before we noticed the water in there turn red, making us unable to see what was going on. Though, I did see the shadow of a person in the water and some kind of huge marine monster thing."
"Eventually, as I yawned thinking of a certain chemical reaction that did just this, the water turned blue once again. We could now see."
"What I saw was the fish calming down and a manta ray helping someone to get to the metal plataform."
"I just stood there watching this happen while Shinobu-san looked at the fish and Rem-san cleaned the area with her cleaning equipment."

"In A4 I went to the storage's door and put a duct tape seal on the door. Oh, and I peeked in to see if there was anyone inside before that, and nope. Not a single person."
"...In the hallway, I also heard a noise come from somewhere, though it was very quiet from my position. I decided to ignore it, as it was probably some idiot trying to not be eaten by a shark."

"During A5, I went on to investigate the aquarium stage. When I got there, I found Shinobu-san. Of course, I did the obvious thing and made her my temporary Watson."
"We searched and found a note under the seats, along with a visitor guide on one of the front row seats."
"This is when I noticed all the items the poor, miserable girl was carrying..."
"A pot on her head, a recycle bag filled to the brim with something, and was dragging a bag of flour after her... I also saw her walk off into the supply room of the stage, coming back after a while with a duffel bag, instead of a recycled bag."
"Wonder what that was for, kukuku..."
"Anyway, our look around was not done yet. Shinobu-san and I peeked into some bucket we  found, and saw it was filled all the way to the top with plankton."
"We also found a killer whale in some pool. It wasn't agitated or anything, it was just there. Shinobu-san put the bucket of plankton several times near the pool to see the whale's reaction before getting bored and leaving."

"And finally, in A6 I went to the storage's door to check on my duct tape. It was, unexpectedly, still there. I was certain someone would enter by that point, but I suppose I was wrong, and that is also surprising."
"Anyway, I decided to leave the seal like that and left, deciding to end my investigation there for the time being."

"Well, the following day Kevin-san disappeared and whatnot. What's important is the fact that I checked several places and found some things."
"First. My storage duct tape was gone. Someone entered after A6. When I got in after discovering this fact, I found lots of items missing from the room."
"Second. The infirmary's duct tape seal was left untouched. I removed it and walked in, finding some items missing, the compact defibrillator from earlier included."
"Third thing. The main aquarium area did not have anything relevant at all."
"And lastly, I went to the aquarium stage along with Sayo-san. Actually, she just hid behind the door like a chicken as I looked around, feeling something was out of place. I walked to the podium and noticed culprit-san's work of art. Beautiful indeed."
"Well, I was kind of surprised to see Kevin-san alive. He was bloody and visibly in pain, but alive. He was tied to the steel beams of the stage lights, ropes tightly tied everywhere around him, with him slowly bleeding through them. I noted that Kevin-san had a lot of different injuries, the most notable being a missing eye. Many of his wounds were hidden by the rope he was tied with."
"A single piece of rope that was connected to Kevin-san was within my reach... So, well, how could I not pull it?"

"Anyway, as for my investigation on the crime scene..."
"The victim was suspended at the stage light steel beams, tied by four pieces of long ropes for each wrist and ankle along with the body. Pulling the rope that was available for me created a domino effect where all the tight ropes let go of the body. I noted the ropes were soaked in blood. Examining the ropes closer, I saw that metal pieces were glued to it for unknown reasons. Close to the pool of blood where Kevin-san was, I found a bloody knife lying around."
"That's not all. While thinking for a bit more,  I figured out that the metal glued to rope was an effective way to stop bleeding. Oh, and the rope had some scratches on it. It also looked like the bloody knife from earlier was previously stabbed in the victim. It might have fallen out when Kevin-san hit the floor. I'm not sure about this, however, as the ropes were covering him up and I couldn't see many of his wounds. Adding to that, the handle of the knife had blood on it. It wouldn't have if it had been used by our culprit to just stab the victim as our culprir's hand would be covering that part... Unless some blood somehow got to the handle after leaving it stuck on the body, in which case just ignore this bit."
"Looking around more, I found a black piece of cloth on the podium close to the rope that I pulled. It wasn't bloody or anything, I don't know what purpose it served. Something else I found were drag marks made from blood, scratches and shoe marks leading to where Kevin-san was hanged."
"Under Kevin-san's body, I found some scratches and some metal pieces that were previously inside him..."
".......Ugh, I'm getting tired of talking..."
"......Anyway, I looked up to the ceiling and looked at the stage lights Kevin-san had been tied to. The parts where the ropes had been tied to were bloody. That's when I got the thought: how the hell did the culprit get to the top?"
"I looked at all of the ladders in the room, but none had been used... Hmm..."

[Kuroneko]

Shinobu gazes into the eyes of the mute bunch, "Prolonged silence only maketh thee more suspicious, but the trial must go on." She sighs and starts digging around for the investigation results. "The incinerator room has one set of footprints between size seven and nine. They head toward some of the trash, and then to the incinerator itself. A drag trail leads out the room alongside the footprints and they go down the hall toward the aquarium area. The incinerator has traces of a sticky substance, presumably from the tube of superglue laying nearby. The shutter also has acetone which was used to clean off the superglue. Considering the chemical, it would be nice to know if Rem has any in her cleaning supplies. The shutter had been damage from being kicked repeatedly and has footprints between the sizes of eight and nine. Assuming that it was Kevin inside the incinerator, these would be signs of his struggle. There are also scratches on the inside that probably come from the sharpened metal piece. There is also cut duct tape inside the incinerator. A used up roll of duct tape had been discarded in the trash piles, so Erika should probably talk about her roll of duct tape. Something of note is that the duct tape and tube of superglue had already been here on the sixth hour of night."

[Misaki]

"Tch! Alright ill say that I took a backpack, a swiss army knife, a face mask, gloves, sunscreen and baby powder from the Storage. I took most of these for survival purposes."

[Sara Soul]

"Oh, I should give my autopsy now...

The body was in horrible shape. His tongue was cut off completely and rotten fish were stuffed into his mouth. One of his eyes was missing as well. The other was filled with a strange, black substance that smelled like paint and covered the entire eye upon further investigation. His head also seemed to have been hit with something, and had opened slightly. I can say for certain that wound was not enough to kill. Maggots were also shoved into his ears, and are long dead by now. The cause of the bleeding comes from pieces of metal being stuck into his body deeply. Other wounds include broken wrists, broken legs, missing hair, cuts, and burn wounds on his body. There are also stings from what seems to be jellyfish and rope burns on his wrists, arms, and legs. His wrists in specific are in bad shape."

[Tetsu]

 "It seems...like the culprit..entered the Jellyfish Booth at some point in time to get some Jellyfish stings..if that's the case.. Bauquemere was the only one who actually broke the case to grab something out of it. Since, you are not account on your whereabout in the Tunnel Tank, you could have gone to the Storage Room to grab some ropes...unless...you have help from someone else...to get your stuff ready to torture Kevin.."

[Kuroneko]

Shinobu unravels a packet with a single strand of purple hair. "This was on the top of the tunnel, although I'm not sure whether it was from the culprit or Luciana. Not that it matters, as they had both been up there."

"Whatever the case someone needs to make a theory, so I'll toss together how I believe these events went down. The culprit captured Kevin in the control room and dragged him to the incinerator room to trap him until later. After the others went to sleep, they went back to remove the superglue from the incinerator and possibly knocked out Kevin here. If it was a bloody knock out method, the cloth could have been used to transport him and prevent him from leaving blood droplets everywhere. There are plenty of metal pieces from various sources, so it would be difficult to say exactly where they came from. Kevin had then been dropped from the ladder to create injuries and start the process of him bleeding out. Seeing as those on the crime scene are confused as to how the culprit got Kevin to the lights, I will suggest this. The top of the tunnel tank might just be high enough to reach the light grid and they could move above the show stage from there. Kevin could have been hoisted to the top of the lights with rope, but I doubt anyone would be able to tie those knots without being up in the rafters with him."

"With the currently presented clues, the three purple haired individuals are prime suspects. Of the three, Luciana's shoe size does not fit those found and Sayo had been around others for most of the night. The most likely of the suspects would be Bauquemare."
