Okay, we all know this cliché story that basically happens every game. You have a normal daily life, you are happy... And suddenly bam and you are in some weird killing game with some kind of sadistic mastermind loving to torture you and see people kill eachtother. Fun. Right?

You all know the story. Do I need to explain it again?

Yes..? Oh well.

You are a not-so-normal student, who is about to start your amazing year at Hope´s Peak Academy. Being all excited (or not caring, because you are either Kirigiri or Byakuya) you walk up to the entrance to the prestigious school of ultimates.
To enroll, one must already be attending high school, and must be the very best at what they do. The students do not apply to the school, instead the school recruits them. If one graduates from Hope's Peak Academy, they are almost certainly guaranteed success in life.

...But then you black out right at the entrance. What a warm welcome.

Once you wake up, you take time to find out what the heck is going on and find the other 15 students of your amazing Class 78. (And some other people. WhereTheHeckDidTheyComeFromWhoa) In the midst of everyone´s confusion, a random laughing bear jumps out from nowhere.

"Upupu~ How is it going, students? I am Monokuma, and I am your great Headmaster of Hope´s Peak Academy!"

"Unfortunately for you, your headmaster is very, veeeeery bored~ So, let´s play a game!"

"You students must murder eachother in order to leave this place! Stabbing, strangling, bludgeoning, crushing, hacking, drowning, igniting, how you do it doesn't matter. You must kill someone if you want to leave. It's as simple as that.
The rest is up to you. Give it your all to achieve the best outcome in the worst way impossible."

"Doesn´t that sound desbearingly fun? I think it sounds fun! So, students, be sure to have fuuuun~!"

Welcome to game 78! The game will basically run the same way Game 77 did, so I will allow myself to be lazy and not explain everything again~
